Need Help! Machine Settings Framework not loading?

When I turn on the machine, I get a message saying that "activate Settings quit unexpectedly." The data indicates: Library not loaded Path: Library/Private Frameworks/Machine Settings Framework. Reason: image not found.
Please provide any help you can. While I can browse etc. I cannot use any of the function keys.
I am using MacBook Pro Mac OS X Version 10.6.8

My current OS is Mac OS X v10.6.8
I checked for updates but get a message saying that there are no updates available for my computer.

I am repeating the question that RHM submitted...has anyone found a solution to this issue...Applet com.pogo.client.jvmtest.applet started. I was not having a problem and then out of no where on Sept. 13 my game rooms failed to load and this message started appearing. I have done everything asked of me to clear files both Internet and Java, to uninstall, re-install, etc...nothing works. Does anyone have an answer for a very non technical user?

Need Help! iTunes will not load podcast!

Hi Everyone,
I'm close to killing myself here! I would really appreciate some help!
I created an Audio-Podcast (Fileformat: M4a) and wrote the xml file. Both files are on my public server!
When I open the xml file with Safari, the feed works! I can read all the info and I can download the file!
Conclusion: Files are there and working
I have even validated the feed on feedvalidator.org - checks out fine!
When I try to test my feed through iTunes /advanced/subscribe and put in the same address, (http://www.film.co.at/podcast/podcast1.xml) I get an error the this may be an invalid Podcast url!
If I enter: feed://film.co.at/podcast/podcast1.xml, I get an error that it was not possible to connect to the network!

I had a look at some of the URLs in that XML file and tried several variations of www.film.co.at; feed.film.co.at; and feed.film.co.at and the last one seemed almost to try but not succeed.
When I tried http://www.film.co.at/podcast/podcast1.xml in Safari, that loaded fine, so the location seems to be ok. I was also able to check the image at http://www.film.co.at/podcast/JWLogo_Podcast.jpg so the directory itself seems to be in the correct place.
Without being patronising, I presume that the file name is 100% correct, with no capital letters, no spaces or anything else that might cause this oddity.
One more thing that crosses my mind as I type this, which keyboard did you use to type the URL in the XML file (and what software did you use for that)? I am just wondering if any characters might have a different (ASCII) value between the US English and Austrian (Geman?) keyboards.
The only other thing that sometimes affects my podcast is a proxy server or a cache but these seem less likely in this case.

I purchased a imac, 2012, before there was Windows 7. I have the HP LaserJet 1100 and Print Servers Trendnet TE100 P21, with Windows 7 it worked, but with MAC OSX 10.8 does not want to, do not go printing. Could help with the setting?

YOur phone is in recovery mode, any data that was on there is already gone, you will have to restore your phone and use whatever backup you to restore to.

System.framework (not loaded) when trying to run Photoshop

Photoshop CS3 always hangs on startup. Looking at the console error messages I see the hang has the following message:
"Cannot find executeable for CFBundle 0x1d510350 </System/Library/Frameworks/System.framework> (not loaded)"
Anyone know what this is about or how to fix it?

I would try reinstalling Photoshop, since I know for a fact that you must have a System.framework, which contains critical system components.

Flash is not supported on the iPad - and as Adobe have announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of it, it probably never will be.
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store.

1. End all active calls and connections.
2. Select settings icon and Reset > Restore settings.
Note: After restoring the original settings, the phone switches off, and then on again. This may take longer than usual. Also, this will not affect your personal data. Let us know the outcome.

Make sure both phones (iPhone, Moto X, Droid X, Samsung Galaxy, Nokia, Motorola) are connected to the same wifi .. on the new device you will first have to download and install the updates by going to Settings >> About Device >> Updates. Once the updates have been installed you will not receive the error "MDN is not found (code: 33). You can proceed to pair the devices and transfer your content. It will also give the option to select the type of content (contacts, photos, video) you want to transfer.

Both of the files (js and swf) appear to exist where your code has them. Does the html page live in the same folder as the swf?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled flash player sever
al times. I upgraded to IE9. Still not working. I tried Firefox. Same there. I also went on my sons computer and same problem there. iphone loads vids, so I am assuming it is not a youtube problem. I have tired disabling acceleration in flash player. I have added youtube to safe sites. I have checked internet security settings. Java is enabled....I have done all the trouble shooting I can find.....Most vids do not load at all even if refreshing time and time again. It is rare but some will load at times so I know flash player is working properly. I cant figure this out.
