Need help...on a book I purchased and it did not download

I have bought a book on itunes, but it did not download correctly...I got charged for it but cannot listen to the whole book.   Who do I contact to download the whole book?

    Try syncing the iPhone to iTunes. If it doesn't appear, then log in to your account and check Purchased.

If not, then depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries), does it show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes for downloading (if there is an complete download of the track listed in the Music part of your library then you will need to delete it from there before it will get the cloud symbol in Purchased for redownloading) ?

  • I created a new i tunes account and I am trying to add music to my I pod touch but since I had an old account it will not let me add any new songs or let me transfer my existing songs to the new account.  I also purchased one song and it did not download

    I just opened a new I tunes account.  The music that I purchased from an old account will not transfer to my new account & the old account email no longer exists it is (djbdeercreek613@com***t.net) and the password would not be accepted when we entered it. I also purchased one song "Country Must Be Country Wide" By Brentley Gilbert and it did not download to my i-pod. please let me know how I can get this problem taken care of.

    Apple IDs do not go out of existence.  All purchases are PERMANENTLY associated with whatever ID was used for the purchase.  Go here to investigate.

  • Tried the itunes update and it did not download properly.  Now I get an error 7 message and also a msvcr80.dll missing message. help?

    I tried to download the last itunes update 1/22/14 and it did not download correctly.  I can't access itunes at all. Tried to uninstall and download from website but  I get error 7 (Windows 126) message and also msvcr80.dll is missing from your computer message.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    I have seen previous versions mentioned in a pop up message before on iCloud.com, but I'm not really sure at all how it would help, as I couldn't get it to do anything.
    The best advice I have at this time is to back up your work on your iOS device by regularly saving it to iTunes, if anything goes wrong you can then either load it into the numbers app again on the device or recover it via iTunes on your computer.
    My syncs are immediate, I never get chance to see if it works in the background, sorry.

    From the App Store meny bar click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads
    And check your Applications folder for the app.

  • What do I do when I am trying to download a program I purchased and it does not download the software?

    I have the serial number from Lightroom that I purchased from Best Buy.  When I put it in, and activate it, it says to click on the download button.  It only downloads the arvato bertelsmann logo and it does not download the software.  I already installed on a lap top, this is my desktop that I am trying to install on.  Adobe allows me to put lightroom on 2 computers.

    I have just purchased an add-on (Soft Pastel Presets) and followed all instruction but it did not download to my creative cloud file on my computer. In looking anywhere, I have no link, no confirmation with link--I did receive confirmation  of the purchase from Adobe as well as PayPal but not the actual thing I purchased with a link. So I have no file to unzip and install. Any suggestions on what to do to find and download it is greatly appreciated!

    @Jonathan, I tried it all. Like I said, Adobe support took my computer screen over for over 2 hours and could not do it. It just was not working; period. They also tried the second method and it was not working. Nothing was working. But how does it make it easier on the whole when the manual install is 2 easy steps--including the unzip? Why is it so important to simplify something that is already simple? Every plug in or preset has always been easy to install. The extension manager is just one more "hold" on the part of Adobe to lower the chances of easy switch-over to plugs that make the job easier. Take Nik's Viveza for example. Everything it does can be done by a Photoshop user with approximately 10 times as many steps and layers as with one click in Viveza... I can see why Adobe would like to give a hard time to Nik... but I can also see why Nik may want to start competing with Adobe... just food for thought (and let's not forget who owns Nik now!)
    I have it installed after I asked for the zip file from the vendor and I installed it the old fashioned way--and glad she responded right away. Who needs the extension manager complications and hours of other people (in this case Adobe support) working on my computer so I cannot do anything else when I can install it in 1 minute the old fashioned way?
    Another thing: those of us who use Photoshop are techies by definition.... the Extension manager is for people who are not techies. Does it make sense from the perspective of the user? No. Does it makes sense from the perspective of Adobe for control? You bet.
    But enough of the politics of it all; something you cannot change obviously but I as an ex corporate executive see through it quite well and despise it!
    I understand (and agree) that the HTML panels are better (and safer) than the flash panels but there is an unnecessary and deliberate time lag enforced by Adobe.
    I asked some of the plug manufacturer's and they said that Adobe communication is minimal so they are not able to modify what they need to do for their panels to work in the new Photoshop. I feel (know) it is on purpose from Adobe since it wants to remain King in the market but I can see other companies closing up. No, they do not yet have all the features but do you think they eventually will? You bet. And when they do, there will be a mass migration from Photoshop to others. There is a reason for Adobe stock prices falling again... Luckily I sold mine long time ago.
    Thanks for your trying to help and thanks for your ears. Given that you are staff, you may pass the information on to corporate execs... it may help them see that what they are doing will become a corporate failure on the long run since the majority of Photoshop users are small fish photographers and painters... there is Capture and several others coming up fast.. and Corel too of course. Not one is a subscription service I may add...
    I already reduced my monthly subscriptions to the bare minimum and even that at a discount as I noticed.. well... Adobe is giving a discount means... it is not selling.

         What these guys are trying to tell you is that the use of "ALL CAPS" is considered to be shouting and therefor rude behavior. Please turn your caps lock off.

    I purchased a book today on my iPad it won't download it shows up in purchased and I have checked all my systems are up to date. 

    Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping upward on the app window (not the smaller icon) off the screen.
    Then reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.
