Need Help on My App Purchase

Hello all,
I purchased the 'Tarot Card Reader - Easy and Quick Method .... ' Application by SRID Games via Appwold on August 20th (order number 12156770).
While I was in the downloading process, my connection suddenly went off hence the process failed.
Afterwards, when I was trying to download the app once again, I found out that the app was already listed under 'uninstalled' category in MyWorld. As I clicked it to reinstall, I couldn't find the 'reinstall' button.
Can you please help me with this case as I had already paid for the app and consulted the developer. He/she then told me to ask Blackberry App Help.

Try it and see if your Problem Resolves :
Open App World - Go to My World - Then While pressing and holding the ALT key, type RST.
App World will Close.
Then Perform a battery pull restart like this While Device is Powered On remove the Battery wait for a min. then re-insert it back wait till the device take a long Reboot.
Again Open App World and see if Reinstall Option is there or not

Firstly, please turn off your Caps lock. It is considered shouting in forums.
Secondly, please explain your exact issue and wheteher or not you can see your purchase in the App Store and if you are using the same Apple ID to reinstall it with as you used to purcase it with.

I need help to reload my purchases to my new mac!

I need help to reload my purchases to my new mac! My other mac harddisk died withou warning.
When I log on to itunes store with my apple ID>purchased (new) i only get the lists for apps and books. Not music. Anybody know a different way to redownload my songs ??

Currently music purchases can only be re-downloaded if you are in the US. If you aren't in the US then have you got a backup of your purchases on external drives and/or another computer ?

We are not psychic... You don't tell us what country's store you are using or even what the app is...
Go to the App store in iTunes. Find the page for the app, and click the link for the developers web site.

I need copies of in app purchase receipts

Can someone please tell me how I can get copies of past in app purchases from iTunes? I can't seem to figure it out and I really need them.

You can do screenshots of them via your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store

To try and stop it happening again you can use Settings > General > Restrictions to turn off in-app purchases and to require your account's password to be entered for every purchase (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need re-entering).

Newbie needs help with Flex app

Hi there. I am very new to Flex and also fairly new to
programming although I do have a little experience.
I am trying to create an app which stores code snippets or
common text I tend to use every day in my documents and emails.
So basically I need help on a design level. I can refer to
the developer's manual for exact instructions for commands, but I
need to know what to code first.
The app will consist of:
-a tree directory structure where I can create groups.
-There will be a basic text editor where I input all my data,
basic text formatting options (font, bullets etc) would be a bonus.
-A search function
-Finally it will ideally allow multiple client apps write to
a central database file over a network
Can anyone suggest how I should approach such a project?
Or are there any tutorials / source files which demonstrate
each bullet point?

I'm new too. But I think I might know the right components.
If you google any of these + flex 3 you should get some
decent documentation
tree - advanced dataGrid component
basic text editor - rich text editor component
search function - well, you're gonna need to read up on
arrays, and arraycollection. Once you get that stuff working, you
can write up a function to search for a string in an array.
network functionality - HTTPService, you can dump the
datagrid into a database, and have it load the database when you
open up the application.
Give these things a shot, tutorials / sources will come with
the google searches.

Hi guys, been reading your forums, blogposts, etc and am getting more confused. I'm just a video girl trying to produce meaningful content through web videos for small to mid sized businesses and want to come over from the dark side.
Good news,, I dont need a super giant system, I do simple editing for web videos, minimal graphics, no motion graphics, no animation etc. currently using CS4, will probably end up with 5.5.

Any responses would be great. I know you guys are busy answering the really high end tech questions

All the current iMac models (both 21.5" and 27" with OS X Mt. Lion 10.8) will run CS4, 5.5 and 6 just fine. They will also run Final Cut Pro X just fine. Ditto for most any application you may want to use.
Below are some notes (specific to your apparent requirements) that may help you with your purchase decision:
Notes on purchasing a 21.5" iMac
All 21.5" iMacs come with 8GB RAM but you cannot add more later. I strongly suggest getting the maximum RAM (16GB) when you order the iMac.
The basic hard drive is a 1TB 5400rpm drive. It will work fine with Adobe CS but you will probably want the added speed of the optional 1TB Fusion drive for better performance. Some people will recommend/argue for one of the optional SSD drives instead, but they are very expensive and still only come in relatively small capacities - I don't recommend the SSD drives. Get the Fusion drive and spend any extra money on a good external hard drive for backup and/or extra storage instead of an SSD.
Notes on purchasing a 27" iMac
All 27" iMacs come with 8GB RAM and you can add more later, up to 32GB
The basic hard drive is a 1TB 7200rpm drive - it will be fine with Adobe CS. There are upgrade options to a 3TB 7200rpm drive or a 1TB or 3TB fusion drive - these will be fine also. There are also SSD drive options, but I do not recommend them. (Same comments as above.)
Notes on all the current iMacs
iMacs no longer come with built-in CD/DVD drives. If you need one, you will need to purchase the Apple Superdrive accessory drive ($79)
All of the iMac graphic processors (GPU's) are compatible with Adobe CS 4, 5.5, 6
It is very difficult to impossible to change or upgrade the hard drive later on, so don't buy low-end thinking you can add a better internal hard drive later.
Be aware that Macs always come with the latest (most recent) version of OS X. And OS X Mavericks (10.9) is due to be released soon (in the next month or two). There is no guarantee that the older Adobe CS 4 or 5.5 versions will run on OS X Mavericks. If you cannot upgrade to CS 6 in the near future, you may want to purchase now rather than after OS X Mavericks is released.
For what it's worth, I'd recommend the 27" iMac if your budget can afford it. You will appreciate the larger screen size and added capabilities over the years you will use the computer.

Hve downloaded OS Mountain Lion but still appears as a needing downloading in the apps purchases yet it is downloaded how do I get rid of it?

I have downloaded OS Mountain Lion which was successful but going inot apps it still appears as requiring downloading but when I press to do this i am informed that download has been completed and so to cancel. How or why does this icon remain in the apps purchases and how should i get rid of it?

It stays in your purchased apps list because you bought it from the MAS. The most likely reason it offers to be "downloaded" (it's not that it needs to be downloaded, it is that is can be downloaded) is because you installed the OS X upgrade, which deletes the installer from the HDD. This is normal behavior.

HT4009 How long does it take for apple to return with the needed code for in app purchases. We have a developer working through elance that states he submitted a finalized version last friday to apple and is still waiting to get the code back from Apple?

We are being told by our elance developer that he is just waiting on apple to return the code for in app purchases with our app. he says he had to submit a complete version before they would give it to him and that he did that last friday. Needless to say i don;t beleive him. Can anyone validate for me the process of getting the code installed into our app and how long it should really take.

I'd say an average of one week, depending on backlog. Expect two if you are outside the US.
The outage has caused some lingering effects that seem to be delaying things for some, however.

Need Help with Older iTunes Purchases!

I purchased some music about a year ago in iTunes. I recently got a MacBook Pro, and when I signed into the iTunes Store, I accidentally told iTunes not to download my old purchases. Now, I can't seem to get them! What can I do about this?

iTunes would not have downloaded old purchases, ones you already successfully download. You get only one completed download per purchase. You'll need to transfer those previous purchases from your old computer. See:

Though it refers to items purchased from the iTunes Store, it applies to all your iTunes content. And if you happen to also own an iPod:

If you have items that you purchased from the iTunes Store on your old system and you won't be using that system once you move the content, don't forget to deauthorize the system before you dispose of it.

so i play clash of clans, and i bought a couple gem bags, in-app purchase with a gift card $30 was all good then i bought a couple more and got the gems with my credit card, i must of pressed it twice or something but cancled it and didnt complete the purchase now there is two ''unpaid bills'' which i never actually bought and also didnt get the gems....
