Need Help On this SQL

Question

Hello Good People,
I have this query always running for ever .... I mean very long and casuing a lotta I/O (db file sequencial read):

Here are the details about the query:
PS_JRNL_LN is a table with 11, 269, 729 rows
PS_BI_ACCT_ENTRY is a table with 5, 293, 402 rows and,
PS_BI_HDR is a table with 118, 191 rows
It has PSFJRNL_LN (INDEX) and PS_BI_ACCT_ENTRY INDEX (UNIQUE)
From the explain plan I ran from the SQL*Plus it has the following:

Actually I wanted to post only one but I mistakenly hit the post and stop it but it was gone already.
But they are still different.
This particular one is with SQL Profile that Ent. Mgr. recommends but i see it's costlier.
And the other without SQL Profile.
