Need help on UC320W outbound calls!!!

Hi, my client has UC320W. the office has 3 FXO lines.
they are claiming that they can't make outbound calls on 1, 2 FXO lines (inbound calls are fine).
it just drops after dial the numbers.
however 3rd line has no problem to dial out.
one weird thing.
I setup to dial 9 to make outbound calls.
3rd line, which works fine, doesnt need to dial 9 to call out.
you can just dial 1xxx-xxx-xxxx.
the other 2 lines wont work 9xxx-xxx-xxxx nor 1xxx-xxx-xxxx
it just drops.
please help!!!!!

Hi Jay,
It is perfect fine to configure all FXO lines as separated shared FXO lines and assign individual PSTN numbers. Are these 3 FXO lines are with the same service provider? If you hook an analog phone to the phone line, what are the dialing plan you can dial out? Do you need to dial the steering digit? If yes, then the service provider sets the UC320W as the centrex PBX.. Please let me know. I will send you a PMF to correct the FXO line dial plan. When you press the shared FXO line button 2 or 3, do you hear the stutter tone or normal dial tone? If it's stutter tone, the FXO line may be configured with voice mail service by your service provider and there are voice messages. It may affect the call to be dialed out.

    Why would you not be able to use your existing Apple ID and iTunes account on a new laptop? If you authorized the computer - you should be able to use your existing account - unless you already had 5 computers authorized with the existing ID - and that was why iTunes would not accept the ID. However, I'm sure that you would have received a popup message from iTunes telling you that you had reached the limit.
    I just received a new MBP and my daughter did as well. My entire family shares an Apple ID and we had no issues at all with my Apple ID and iTunes on our new computers and I did not have to sign up for a new account. Did you even try the old ID?

    not all the lines have ETF's. I have 30 tablets and the rest phones. The phones have ETFs and the tablets are all month to month.
    The total to move my account over is going to come out to about $8500.

  • Need help deleting a program called KompoZer

    Hi guys,
    I downloaded a program for WYSIWYG editor, it is called KompoZer.  I dont need it but I cannot delete the dmg file from the desktop or remove the the icon from the task bar.
    When I try and drop the dmg file into the trash I get the following message:
    The disk "KompoZer en-US" couldn't be ejected because "KompoZer" is using it.
    Quit that application and try to eject the disk again.
    Although I'm not using the program, any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Open Activity Monitor in the Utilities folder and see if you can see anything for KompoZer listed. If son, select it and click on the big red button at the top of the window to quit the process - then try deleting the app.
    (If you are running Mavericks the red button has been replaced with an x in the top left corner).

  • Noob Needs Help w/ Blocked Outgoing Calls

    I'm very unfamiliar with this technology, however, I've been put in charge of it.  We're using Cisco Unified CM Administration v6.1 and currently we're unable to make calls out to any 900 or 330 prefixes and I can't figure out why.  We've called our telephone service provider and they were able to call from their lines, so they are suggesting it is something on our end.
    The only thing I can think of is the CM, however, I'm not sure where to even begin looking.  I did a little research on Google and started checking the Route Filter, however, I wasn't sure if that is where I need to be. (I thought for a minute that it must be true if it was on the internet :-) )
    Anyway, my question is, can anyone shed some light on where I might find some settings that would be blocking us from calling out to these numbers.  Area codes 330 and 900 are honestly cell phone numbers and we can't 7 digit dial or even 10 digit dial these numbers.

    1. He means what is your protocol i.e. SIP, H.323, etc.  If you go to device ---> Trunks and search for everything you should be able to find the gateway your CUCM is pointing to.
    2.  There needs to be some sort of route pattern pointing to your gateway or no calls would complete.  Call Routing --> Rout/Hunt ---> Route Patterns and do a blanket search. 
    3.  Your gateway config which is your router, CUBE, or whatever you may be using.  Issue a "Show Run" and post the contents here.
    4.  'Debug ccsip mess' is the command from your gateway that you can use if you are utilizing SIP trunking.  This will provide information such as INVITE, TRYING, ACK, RINGING, etc. with much more information telling us what is going on.  All of this needs to be posted here for us to be able to help you.  Understand this is a very difficult situation since you are extremely limited in knowledge on the systems.

    I am facing issues while updating the calls using the Function module 'CRM_CLM_CALL_MODIFY'.
    the business requirement is as under:
    - a program needs to be built which will take the calls from all the Call lists from the Current week and has to update these
      calls by using by a certain field called 'CALL_RESULT' of the Sturucture 'CRMS_CLM_CALL'.
    - I have collected all the Calls but while using the Function module 'CRM_CLM_CALL_MODIFY', I was not getting any
      exceptions, but still could not the see the updation being done to the calls in the Call lists.
    In the CRM system also, there is no sign of this Function module being used and in the SAP Market place also I could not get  a proper answer/notes to this query.
    So please let me know your inputs on this to proceed further on the updation part.

    hello there, I have an iBook G3 PowerPC processor based with Mac OS X 10.4.11 (600 MHz, 384 MB SDRAM), i am using skype version 2.6 - 2.8 on it. As a voice calling it is working perfect without any issue but when i tried to do video calling i can only hear voice & in place of video it only shows Black Screen (for both parties). Can anyone please suggest what to do. Its very urgent.

  • Need help with Java script calling an html page

    I have a bunch of web pages, that call a java script called "header.js". The "header.js" puts a header on the top of each web page. In the Java script, I have a gif (picture) that displays a logo and if you click on it, it will send to you a different website.
    I'd like to replace this gif with an actual web page. So, the "header" would actually be a web page and not some gif.
    Below is a snippet of the code and I'd like to replace the highlighted section with a web page called "header.html". I don't even know if this is possible.

    Well, the problem with this is that I'm not an expert on SSI and I really know nothing about javascripting...so I'm afraid of breaking the whole web site and also having to modify all the web pages that call this header.
    I'll have to read up on server side include...cause I don't know much about it.
    If I could do what I want with this "header.js", it would be a lot easier.
