Need Help Pasting Key Frames from one still image to others, and Changing the duration of multiple still images.

I'm working on a stop motion project, and I have at least a thousand still images to work with.
I have adjusted several Key Frame settings on the 1st still image in my project, such as
Brightness
Cropping
Scale
Position
I now want to apply these exact settings to hundreds of still images at a time that make up one scene in the project (but not all still images in the entire project).. Is there a way to paste or easily transfer them?
Also, there are scenes I'm working on in which I want to change the image duration of hundreds of photos at once, but not change to duration of all images in the project, is this possible?
I've looked at several different web-links, but none of them have what I'm looking for. If you can please help me, I'd be willing to send you $10 through paypal. Knowledge is power; the solution to these problems would save me hours of time. If you don't fully understand my questions I can send you a pictures or a video, pointing out my needs.

Thanks again for your input.
When the project is created, I don't recall seeing the preference settings until after the project opens the first time. In that case if certain media was imported into the project panel but not in the sequence, after the duration was changed, it would be necessary to remove the media from the project panel then re-import again. If there is a workaround to this please let me know. It also doesn't appear that creating a new sequence would prevent the re-importing. Could you confirm?
Thanks for the link on automating to sequence--I remember that from CS4.
The application of identical effects to media on the timeline in a sequence was something I had learned back in CS3 or maybe earlier CS4 where the effected, in this case a transition between images was applied then copied then using the paste or (Control V) command, applied to all other stills. That worked fine but with lots of images, it ends up being a lot of "point and clicks" since the CTI must be moved to each transition insertion point before the paste is applied.
I actually thought that I had seen someone select the remainder of the images in the sequence then apply the paste command but I was never able to make that work. Have you heard of such a short-cut?

While setting up the links, if you choose to open the file in a new window then you won't face this issue, then you can simply switch to the previous file and bookmark view will remain as it is.

Why can't I change the duration of a still frame?

I am running Final Cut Express 3.5.1
When I try to change the duration of a still frame it generally snaps back to the existing duration rather than changing. Occasionally it will change but never to the duration I select which is ususlly :20 to :50 of a second. It sticks on a variety of durations between 1:20 and :05. I have tried both altering and rewriting the duration.I have tried restarting as well as all of the following methods:
1 Changing the duration in the User Preferences > Editing, still duration field.
2 Ammending the browser duration column .
3 Double clicking on the still to open it in the viewer and changing the duration field.
4 Draging the still into the timeline, control clicking and changing the duration in the drop down menu.
5 I also clicked on the still in the browser > edit > item properties but there was no timing tab available to select (as suggested on another posting.)

This project is just a short animation so every time I import the stills they are of the wrong duration so I try changing the duration by the other methods described previously, fail to be able to do that, erase everything from the project, restart and start again, initially with the preferences. So there's nothing for the still frames to conflict with. It's not the fact that there is a batch of stills that is the problem either as I keep experimenting with with single or small groups of stills in that context. I've also tried importing a variety of still formats into other projects. This is fairly new software. Could this be an incurable fault?

Before upgrading to the latest version of iMovie last month, I was able to set the duation of all of the stills included in an iMovie project at one time by clicking the apply to all still box in the adjustment pop up. That option is no longer apparent. If it is available I cannot find it, and I have tried several different ways to accomplish it. I have tried the iMovie help section and can find nothing to help.
Apple, do I really have to adjust close to 500 pictures to a 5 second duration individually???

Because often people are animating to words or beats in the music. Music is rarely performed with a computer-precise beat and tempo. Musicians aren't robots: they swing the beat sometimes. They use rubato. They change tempo. They change time signatures. As a result, you have to FIND those words and beats. It's not a situation where you can say, "There! I've found the duration of one beat! Now it's easy to find the rest of them!"
If you try it, you will be very disappointed.
Try finding the precise end of a piece of music that fades or ends on a big chord with a ring-out. You'll see that it's trial-and-error: what's the point where it becomes inaudible? It depends on how high your speakers are turned up. You might have them way up, you set an end point for the layer, and then you do a RAM Preview at a more reasonable volume. You might say, "Hey! The music ends before the layer ends!"... but you KNOW you set the layer's out point when the audio file goes silent.
AE has layer markers that can be used on an audio layer to mark beats, words, etc. They come in very handy.
I guess it comes down to this: because AE can do so much different stuff, there are very few automated procedures. Oh, Adobe tries with effects that convert audio levels to keyframes, but they're not 100% reliable... especially on something like a capella choral works. For true accuracy, you need find the timings yourself.
If you want something simpler, try a different application. But be prepared for lower level of accuracy.

For gmail you could try unlocking your account here: https://accounts.google.com/b/0/DisplayUnlockCaptcha. Don't know about hotmail.

How do I change the duration of a still image in iMovie to less than 0.1 second?

I am creating a movie using iMovie where I need the still images to be 0.05 seconds each or maybe even less., but whenever I select the still images and go to "Clip Adjustments" and under duration change 0.1s to 0.05s and select "Done", iMovie changes the duration back to 0.1s. I'm fairly new to iMovie and I've been messing around with it for quite a while now and still can't figure it out. Could someone help me?

How do you edit the duration of multiple still images?

FCP X has a default duration for still images when you import them. After importing, how can I edit the duration of multiple clips?
I've tried selecting them all, control-click and change duration, but nothing changes.
BTW I want to make them 5 frames each...

To change to iCloud ID on your phone you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID then sign in with the new ID. If you don't know the password for the old ID, and if the old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I have a requirement as below.
I am doing some selection in one page and populating the data in another page table region, next time when i am selecting another row and pressing the button i need to display the previous row as well as new row, how can i achieve this, currently i am able to see only the first row what i selected first.
Ex: 1 st scenario: after passing the selected data from one page to base page the data looks like below in base page.
1 test desc
2nd scenarios: when i am again selcting data and passing to the base page it should be like that
1 test desc
2 test desc
but currently it is showing
1 test desc only for the 2nd case, can any one please help me on thsi , its little bit urgent

How are you passing the values to the base page? Are you using setting the retainAM parameter to true while doing a forward.

The requirement is on the main page there are 6 fields out of which 4 are read-only and are taken from the database and 1 is taken from database, but can be edited, and the 6th one is completly editable for the user. I am trying to pass these parameters using setForwardURL, and on the second page (Preview page, where all these fields are read-only), I am able to retrieve these parameters using pageContext.getParameters() and am able to display it as an exception but I am not able to set these into the fields using pageContext.putParameters().

We have four environments in our firm, Dev, test, pre-prod and prod. We have completed installation of weblogic in dev(server1) and testing(Server2) environments in with linux OS. Now we are preparing to install on pre-prod
My questions is : Whether I can copy all the file systems( Have two file systems /opt/bea and /domain/weblogic) from testing(Server2) to pre-production without installing weblogic server. If yes what are the changes I need to do . Kinldy give full details. Thanks in advance

Database refresh from db A to db B and changing the name from B to A

We have two databases A and B, both running on HP-UX environment on different servers. both of 10.2.0.1.0 version.
Now, database A is production with 75.5 GB of data. database B is just skeloton with no user tablespaces.
1.Our requirement is to refresh / clone database A to B. we are fine in recreating the database B like in case of cloning. but we want to avoid recreating database B as much possible.
2. After refresh/clone, database B should be renamed_ to database A.
Can you all please suggest the different methods available both by shutting down / without shutdown of database A and the approximate time taken on each cases.

As per your case, we need to shutdown database A and delete the database B. We are trying to avoid this case as much as possible.
We are thinking of options like
export/import using datapump,
transportable tablespaces
restoring and recovering from backups
In the above scenarios, we no need to delete the database B and no need to shutdown database A.
Also, I need the approx time for each process and the method to rename the database?

There is no single "right" or "best" table. (Most of us would have differerent jobs if there were.)
It does, however, make sense to talk about the "right" or "best" table for some specific purpose .
The emp and dept tables in the scott schema are great for transaction processing, where rows are frequenctly INSERTed, UPDATEd and/or DELETEd. For example, if department 10 moves from New York to Pune, you only have to find and UPDATE 1 row, and that one UPDATE will affect all employees in departemnt 10, regardess of how many there are.
What purpose will the emp_dept table have? Why is the table design used in the scott schema not best for you?
One possibility is that you need a tale that is very fast to query, even though it may be very inefficient for transactions. For example, you might want a data warehouse that is only refreshed once a day, and were you can run several common queries quickly, without joining the emp and dept tales.
Another possibility is that your data model (that is, what are the entities and the attributes) is different. For example, you may have a model where employees King and Miller both work in department 10, but King's location is New York, but Miller's is Pune.
In either of these situations, the table you posted migt be the best design. Why are you asking the question? What is the problem with the emp_dept table you posted?
