  • "Sign out from creative cloud" is greyed out.

    Hi
When I open CREATIVE CLOUD preferences --> General --> account
"Sign out from creative cloud" is always greyed out.
I want to sign out from creative cloud and sign in with different adobe Id.
    thanks

    Hi Chandub,
This might indicate that the Creative Cloud app is not loading completely or doesn't have sufficient user rights to finish loading.
Are you on Windows or Mac? If you are on Windows, you might try launching the app by using right-click Run As Administrator, if you are on Mac see if the same behavior happens from a newly created admin account.
There is also an option with the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove all Adobe ID info, option 10.
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
    Hope that helps,
    Dave

Lightroom does not open..  I uninstalled then reinstalled LR CC to no avail; I signed out of Creative Cloud I signed back in... NOTHING... NADA!!

I know it is headache to go through same process again.
Open Preferences folder and move all Lightroom prefernces file to Desktop.
Make sure that not even single Light room  prference files like com.adobe.lightoom.plist...etcare there inside Preferences folder.
Then reboot the computer and Sign out from Creative Cloud and Sign in and then try to Launch Ligthroom CC 2015 application , by double clicking on Lightroom cc 2015 option under Apps list in Creative Cloud application"  .
    Still same issue ??
Remove Lightroom cc application and the reinstall the same from Creative Cloud.
Then try launching Lightroom cc 2015 from Apps list in CC app.
    Still same issue?
If it is okay for you , you may try launching from Root user account.

  • Signing out of Creative Cloud

Is there a way I could sign out of Creative Cloud? I can't find the option to do so.

Yes, open the Creative Cloud application and click on the gear icon in the upper right of the app. Select Preferences  and then click the Account tab under General.

  • I keep getting signed out of Creative Cloud and getting reverted back to trial version

I get signed out a lot whenever I work off of an external USB hard drive.  I've also noticed that I get signed out a lot whenever I plug or unplug USB devices (like Wacom tablets, USB drives, mouse, etc).  I suspect that the Creative Cloud manager is monitoring my system configuration and signing me out whenever it thinks I've switched to a different computer?????
Sometimes, I get signed out when I'm already working in the middle of somthing in Photoshop CC.  This is pretty frustrating and it totally disrupts my workflow.  Is there any way to stay signed in to Creative Cloud?

The suggestion does/did not help.  The problem is NOT that I can't log back in.  The issue is that I keep getting logged OUT.  I've always been able to log back in, but why do I need to keep logging in again when I'm working on the same computer?  I lose about 2 minutes everytime I need to log back into Creative Cloud.  If I have to log in 30 times, I lose a whole hour.
Typically, this is what happens to me.  I'll be in Lightroom doing RAW processing.  Then I'll get to a point when I need to bring the image into Photoshop.  When I launch Photoshop (ctrl + E), I'll get a message saying I need to sign in.  I sign in but then I get a message saying I need to complete my registration (which I ignore because otherwise, I'll be filling in the registration over and over and over  and over again).  I also always get the message to accept Adobe's Terms and Conditions again (which I've accepted many many many times already).  The odd thing is, when this happens, the image does not open in Photoshop.  I have to close Photoshop, return to Lightroom and hit ctrl + E again (losing more time).
Sometimes, when I sign back in, I get a message saying I'm using Trial software (huh????).
I'm a software engineer myself.  I am almost positive that the Creative Cloud desktop app is using an algorithm that tries (but fails miserably) to figure out that I'm installing the Creative Cloud apps on different machines.  I understand that you guys are trying hard to keep people from installing the apps on more than 2 machines, but this is an awful way to do it.
Please forward this to your software team.

  • Being immediately signed out of Creative Cloud

I know others have been having similar problems – being signed out of CC as soon as they have tried to sign in – and I have tried the fixes. I know that the latest advice is to quit the desktop application at which point a new version of the app should download and work but it doesn’t. I know my id and password are correct as I have used them successfully to reach this forum. Still – everytime I try and sign into Creative Cloud, I am signed out straight away. And yes – have uninstalled and then reinstalled the app from the web. Apps seem to work ok but there’ve been no updates via the CC desktop for sometime. Anyone actually got a fix that fixes?

Which OS are you using. Please update to the latest CC desktop from: https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud, try to sign in again and let us know if the issue still persists.
Try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
    Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CS6).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.
You are no longer signed into your Creative Cloud applications

  • Signed out of creative cloud

I downloaded Creative Cloud, and whenever i try to sign in to my Adobe ID, it doesn't let me and it says that I have been signed out. I tried deleting the OOBE folder in the AppData folder, but every time that I open Creative Cloud, it keeps coming back and wont stay deleted. There is nothing more that I can really do.

  • Photoshop says I'm not signed in to Creative Cloud, but I am.

Keep trying to sync Photoshop settings and get the message that Photoshop can't access Creative Cloud. In Photoshop Preferences, under "Sync Settings" it says "not signed in" but in the help menu it  says I am signed in and gives me to option to sign out, which will deactivate my apps. I've trashed Photoshop preferences but no change. The Creative Cloud app says I am signed in (and I had just updated several apps - including Photoshop - before opening Photoshop). Anyone know how I can fix this?
