Need help since I upgrade to V3.1.3

Can anyone please help me to sort the problem? Since I upgrade my iphone to 3.1.3 everytime when i turn off my iphone, then turn it back on..... all the app which I downloaded from the app store. When i try to use them, they will immediately shut down and back to the home screen.... is it my iphone's problem or the firmware problem?

i do the thing which u've been told.... but the problem still didnt solve yet.... any idea?? is it the problem of V3.1.3?? i am really mad with that... as every time when i try to turn on the phone again, it just freeze at the apple icon for more than 2mins.... when it start up again.... all the apps just cant work. can anyone please give me some advice?

Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.
No content is affected by this procedure.

I have used Lightroom since 1.0 and have had no problems with it, I recently upgraded from 2.3 to 2.4 as to stay current, in the process of the upgrading I have lost multiple photo catalogs that I had in 2.3 and I can't find them since I upgraded to 2.4, any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess that makes sense. I have asked myself this question several times, should one match their motherboard to their processor or the processor to the motherboard. In my case, when building my last sys, I started with the motherboard. I told my TD that for this sys I wanted a motherboard that I would not "grow out of" for at least 3 - 4 years. This meant it had to be large enough to handle many HDs and slots for various cards, as well as processors.
At this time I don't know if I have made a mistake, because I don't think the HUGE mother bd I got can handle the new QUAD processors. I went to the Intel site where thay list all the motherbds and noted they didn't seem to list the new QUAD processors. This is really a pisser, can't win if you do can't win if you don't.

Yes, today's mother bds, according to my TD, have on-board audio that is as good and often better than cards, such as the Sound Blaster series.
Tonight, however, my new ALESIS Multimix 12 USB mixer with phantom power and pre amps just arrived from B&H Photo in NYC. After spending about 2 hours studying the very nicely and carefully written 40-page instruction booklet (complete with glossary), I see that this mixer can double as a sophisticated external SOUND CARD. Wow! So, not only will it give me compyter I/O via the USB cable, but all the additional benefits of a recording studio mixer and sound reinforcement mixer. I still havent plugged it into the sys, but I look forward to seeing how it will integrate and how it will work with ADOBE's new sound package,
BTW, for those of you who aren't familiar with B&H you should be. These peole are totally professional, sell quality professional products, ship out almost immediately and often for free, charge the best or reasonable prices and wave sales tax on out of state order. ALso, in the rare even you have to return something, they return and refund quickly and without hassel if you follow their reasonable proceedure.

I'm not quite sure why you would want to upgrade it to an i7 after you buy it? Wouldn't it make more sense to get the one that already has it in it? Simply because you'll be getting more of a discount on the CPU since aftermarket prices tend to be rather ridiculous for mobile CPU's.......
Is it possible? I can't say 100%. If it's using the same socket (37.5mm x 37.5mm (rPGA988B)) then yes, it's most likely upgradeable, but again, I don't have a GE60 so I can't say it will be.

Adding RAM will help especially for graphics and number crunching applications. You will no longer get the out of memory warnings. Windows 7 is happier with more memory.
Be advised that there are only two soDIMM slots for memory in a notebook. That means you will have to replace the current memory modules with two 2 GB memory modules to achieve 4 GB of installed memory.
I recommend only purchasing guaranteed compatible memory modules.
That way you won't have disappointments ( blue screens or black screens) after new module installation and attempting to boot into Windows.
The better memory modules are made by manufacturers such as Kingston (model KTH-ZD8000B/2G • DDR2-667 / PC2-5300 • 1.8V)
As for the cost: You will have to find your own local supplier by searching online .

Need help with backing upgrading iphone

Hi Forum community!
So I finally decided to upgrade from the 1st gen iphone to the 3GS. The problem is that the laptop I was syncing my old iphone on crashed and I lost everything >:^(
So basically I have all the videos and songs stuck on my old iphone. When I try to sync with another laptop I get a message that all of my old songs will be deleted since none of them are in the new laptop's itunes playlist.
Question: How do I get all my media off of my old iphone and onto my new one without losing any data?? (again, there is no backup of the songs or videos)

The problem is that most of my music was unpurchased (they are uncopywrited live DJ mixes). The videos are DVDs that I converted so that I can watch them on the iphone.
Any ideas on how I can transfer the files to my computer?

Need help in kernel upgrade

Hi,
The kernel patch level reverts back to the old kernel when I started SAP after the kernel udate. This is my first time to upgarde the kernel for win IA64, SAP netweaver04 & Oracle9i. I am used to unix installations.
Here are the steps I had made for the upgrade. After downloading sapexe and sapexedb, I extracted it into a temporary directory and did the following:
1. shutdown SAP including the services.
2. back-up the old kernel.
3. copied the new kernel to the \usr\sap\SID\SYS\exe\run directory.
4. check some of the exe files in the target directory and verified that it was copied correctly. (tp = patch level 193, date stamp 2007)
5. restarted the server
6. started sap.
7. checked system->status->Kernel Info
It still shows the old patch level.
8. checked some of the exe files again in the target directory it now shows tp = patch level 39, date stamp 2004)
why did it reverted back to the old level? Please help.

All the steps you have menioned are properl sequenced steps.
Kernel should get updated.
One possibility for not getting uodated might be unicode/non-unicode kernel.
Just check whether you have updated relevent kernel in terms of unicode and non-unicode.

NEED HELP/INFO RE: UPGRADING ITUNES

There are several songs I have tried to purchase from itunes and it won't let me purchase them. It comes up with 'to purchase this item please upgrade to itunes 7.2 or later'. When I click on the upgrade button, it brings up a 7.6 upgrade. I don't want to upgrade to this version; too many bugs. How can I upgrade to the 7.2 version? Any help would be appreciated.

My 1st iMac, need help with the upgrade to Leopard CPU Drop-In DVD

Hello all, my 1st post as a new Apple switcher!
I just received my new iMac 24" today, and I am not sure about the upgrade to Leopard. (Came pre-installed with Tiger, and came with a Leopard CPU Drop-In DVD). I have read about a few issues with the upgrade / re-install process to Leopard, stemming from the rumor that the Leopard CPU Drop-In DVD is not a full version, but an upgrade only.
First of all, obviously I am supposed to put in the "Drop-In DVD" and let it rip, but there are several options to pick from. One of them is upgrade, and another is to erase the hard drive and perform a clean install.
My questions are:
If I perform the erase and install, I have heard that iLife 08 will not be installed. If so, where / how do I reinstall that and any other apps that are left out?
Secondly, in the future, if I need to re-install again, will this "Drop-In DVD" work because Tiger has been removed from the hard drive? Will I just pop in my Tiger disks like the old Windows stuff required?
I plan on just doing the upgrade, but I would like to know what to do in the future if I have to do an erase / install.

I upgraded to Leopard after buying my first mac with Tiger.
I rang customer service and asked how do I install iLife 08 if I do a clean instal,l as when i upgraded my Safari would not play flash, quicktime or open certain websites. Also I had a very long load up period with Blue Screen which bothered me a lot. (I know I am fussy)
Anyway my brother suggested I use Pacifist to get the .pkg files from the Tiger boot disk. He took control of my machine as he has Leopard and did this for me remotely as I am not a wizard like him.
By the way that is a great feature of Leopard.
Anyway this worked for me, only iMovie would not start properly but when I download the updates to iLife 08 they all work perfectly now. Saved my 79 euro as well instead of having to buy again as I think iLife should be supplied on a separate disk, (bad form apple) as they know for many a clean install is likely if they experience serious issues upgrading.
Anyway pacifist http://www.charlessoft.com/ is worth a try if you can't afford to fork out for iLife again like me.
Just make sure you select all the iLife .pkg files and composer files. when it installs if the files are already there just click leave alone and it will install only what it needs. Then run the updates if you have any issues opening any of the programs such as imovie and this should replace any missing files.
I have open and run all the iLife programs and so far so good.

I need help with the upgraded version of Garage Band '11. Its totally different.

I am incredibly frustrated with the newest version of Garage Band. I am a choreographer and constantly need to edit music. The work I do is very simple. Just cutting sections of music to make the songs shorter. I have been using Garage Band for years with total ease. I used to be able to just highlight a section of music and click delete. Now all that does is either stretch out all the timing or delete the whole track. I need simple cut edits. PLEASE HELP!!! The help sections do not help at all!
