Need help to renew my membership.

hi. my membership is about to end in three days and i would like to renew now but very hard to figure out how. need someone to either do it for me or walk me through it. the issue was my bank card was lost and replaced and i forgot to add new card number.

  • My develop option in Lightroom 5 will not work. It says I need to renew my membership but I have it for another 9 months. What is the problem

    I went  to see my LR. When I went to work on images and I went to DEVELOP it says I need to renew my membership. That is not possible because I bought the membership in Dec 2014 and it was the 1 year membership. What could be the issue? Please advise

    Log into Adobe.com with your Adobe ID and check your details there. I think you may need to call the support number for your location. We cannot help more here.

    I'm having problems on the Lightroom CC App,as it seem's that when I open the Develop heading at the top of the screen,there is message that comes,which says this section is disabled and I need to renew my membership.My membership is up to date regarding payments etc.I use the student/ teacher version of the CC as I'm a student.Can anybody please advise what the problems seem's to be and what can i do to access the develop and other facilities on Lightroom?

    This is an indication that Lightroom is not connected to your subscription. Verify that your are logged into the Creative Cloud desktop app, or try logging out and back in again to refresh your subscription information: Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app.
    Also, verify that your student subscription is still current and active.

    Hello, I had an Adobe Muse membership and I have changed it to a full Adobe Creative cloud membership. The problem is when I login in to business catalyst and try to push live  a second site, it tells me as follows:  Your Adobe Creative Cloud Membership has reached its limit for hosted sites.
    I think business catalyst has not recognize jet that I have change my Adobe Creative Cloud Membership and does not allow me access to the 5 sites that are supposed to come with my adobe creative cloud.
    Please help me refresh my status on business catalyst so I can publish my 5 sites.

    You should not have the issue from before. If you do, then just sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID.

    If you purchased the Perpetual Licensed version of Lightroom and received a 24 numeric serial number you will have to download the correct version from the link below.
    Before doing the new installation you will have to uninstall the existing version from your computer (it is the Creative Cloud version) since it is requesting you to "renew your membership" . This process will not interfere with your Catalog file, Preferences or your personal files, it will just remove the existing application. Both versions are the same application just a different download and activation process.
    Reboot your system then run the install of the Perpetual License download and input the serial number to activate. Things should be fine.

    Did you purchased the Full Perpetual License from Adobe for $149.00?, if so then what has happened is that you probably downloaded the Creative Cloud trial version which has now expired.
    The license key for the perpetual version will not be accepted to activate the CC version.
    Uninstall the existing Lightroom and then download the one available from the link below. The uninstall process will not affect your Catalog, Preferences or personal files but will just remove the application. Install the new download and you license key will be accepted.
    Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.6
    If this is not the situation you face then provide some more details.

    I just renewed my membership for the Creative Cloud and my first payment has already gone through and I have to Creative Cloud icon on my desktop. Although, when I go to access Photoshop, it sends me to the screen where it says there is a download error. I need this for school and it hasn't been working!! I bougnt a full master pack CS6 which I had installed on a mac for one year. Then, I decided to change it to another computer, so I sisintalled it according to instructions. In the meantime I got a free trial of creative cloud on that computer, but I gave up and decided to reinstall my cd-roms. However, everytime I try to use acrobat for instance it says that my trial period ran out! I disinstalled my cloud products, I am using my registered full master series items, they have nothing whatsoever to do with my creative cloud FREE subscription. If I try to cancel my free membership, it is to no avail, there simply is no such possiblity. I want to use the software I paid dearly for, not the cloud items I disinstalled and which do not interest me. How can I contact Adobe to fix it? It was no fault of mine, I did all I was supposed to, disintalling items before installing the right ones, but the system must have some error i am not responsible for.

    open an app and click help>activate.
    if you try to open an app and see a 'your trial has expired" window, click license this software and enter your serial number.
    if you can't do either, run the cleaner and make sure cc is cleaned from your computer, Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

I only had it on one other computer before I added it to this second computer, and I understand we get 3 copies. There should not be any issues. I need an answer ASAP.. actually pretty shocked that there is no immediate customer service that I can contact for a problem like this.

    If the develop module is disabled then you have downloaded and installed Lightroom from the creative cloud. It cannot be licensed with a serial number. It requires a creative cloud subscription, and is activated and kept active with your Adobe ID and password. That version will not work on your computer and will have to be uninstalled. Then you can install from one of these two links:
    Adobe - Lightroom : For Windows : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
    Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh : Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.7.1
    This will have no impact on your catalog or your images. After you install from the right website you will be able to continue where you left off.
