Need help w/DW CS3 Spry image substitution

Question

I have put up a page at
http://tstpg.miahi53.com to
demonstrate my problem. When the master data on the left is clicked
the detail data on the right (under the image area) changes but the
image never appears. What have I done wrong? How do I correct this?
Why doesn't my code look like the video tutorial code? Thanks in
advance for any help. I have been working for over a week on this
and just found this resource. I posted on the DW Application site
but no one responded. The XML data is as follows:

Kin, I can't thank you enough. My site root is testing and
within that is (among others) is the images folder and the events
folder. The images folder contains the individual jpg's and the
events folder contains the XML file. I am pointing to the correct
area, but, I thought that when I loaded the site to the test page
it would send all of the revelent files. For whatever reason the
images didn't get sent (perhaps I loaded the folder after I sent?).
But why doesn't the images show when I test the file locally?
Shouldn't it be properly pointing to the right place? I have just
loaded the images to the web site and it works fine. Thanks
