    a factory reset in this case would not work becoz u still need the security code to get the reset done...if u dont know what the security code is then u wont be able to proceed with the reset
    u will have to take the phone to a nokia care point for assistance from a technician - locations are found by clicking the "contact us" link

    Did you enter the last three digits on the back of the card for Visa or Master or the 4 digit # on the front of Amex?

    Yeah you Can restore it to the last backup you took on the computer if you didn't take any then restore it to facotry default
    If there was any other Way a thier WHO stole your iOS device could access All your personal data using that Way

    I would suggest you to sign in with your Adobe ID during installation and your product will automatically recognize your membership details.

  • Hi. I need help with keychain.

    First I change my phone number and then I change my hard drive and reinstall OS Mavericks. Now when I need to configure keychain apple send sms message to my old phone number. I change that number in Apple Id configuration and still receive the sms message in the old phone number that I don't have.
    How can I solve this situation so that I can receive the sms message in my new phone number.
    The old phone number is the one that I use when I first configure keychain in my mac and when I had a trouble (B-tree node) with my hard disk I changed it and reinstall Mavericks so I now I don't have a device with keychain.

    You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
    You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.
