Okay guys, I have an ipod nano and i have downloaded the newest verison like 3 times now...7.something. When i plug my ipod in it says charging so it knows its there a little bit but when my Itunes auto comes up my ipod doesnt show. And i dont know any other way to see ittttttt!! So help me guys

The ipod and iphone will not connect. This has never been a feature of either device.
Bluetooth is supported for stereo headsets/speakers, handsfree telephone devices/headsets, some keyboards, some peer-to-peer apps from the app store and internt tethering where provided by the carrier.
Other than this, it will not connect to another device/phone/computer.

Are you sure you have the right pin for your other friend? Try deleting the contact and re-adding them. Also, BBM has to be approved in the countries of both parties.

There is no other way than to plug into a computer to restore the phone. You can use another computer to do so, but in case you did not back up to iCloud your data and settings will be gone.

Only the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Sounds like the phone was hacked to unlock it originally. Find out what carrier it is locked to, and look up their contact information using google or the search engine of your choice.

Like Rob I'm a Windows user, and - like him - I thought "uninstalling" on Macs was simply a case of trashing the application. Google would seem to concur.

I think it must be an IMAP account then, & in Mail>Preferences>Accounts>Advanced>Keep copies for Offline viewing:>Don't keep copies, then on the Server, or maybe it's just this one itself, but on the Server you have a setting to remove eMails after 30 days.
If it's a POP account we'd have to investigate that... but you didn't say so I'm guessing here.

Ok i think i have found out how to do it. Unplug your i phone, go to settings and then reset then reset all data and settings. This will warn you that it is going to erase eveything on your phone.
DO NOT BACK UP BEFORE HAND
then restart your phone and restore back up from when you donwloaded the new IOS5. This should sort out your problem :-)

I imported a CD audio book into iTunes 11, searching says its there, but I cannot find it. It does appear in my iTunes music folder.

Using Audiobook builder I imported an audiobook CD into iTunes 11. I can see it in my iTunes music folder on the hard drive, searching in iTunes 11 says its there, but in either the albums or list, it does not appear. I have successfully imported many CDs using Audiobook Builder before, but with this particulary book I have this problem.
Any ideas anyone ?

The missing file thing happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
At guess you've used a different profile name. Files inside the media folder have survied the transfer, but those outside are expected to be on the same absolute file paths, but no longer are.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes.

Did you buy your iPod Touch from a friend? If so it is very likely that the prior owner had jailbroken the iPod Touch without telling you. Try ensuring that you have the most up-to-date version of iTunes. Next try to plug in your iPod to your computer by way of usb cord. Then open iTunes and check whether your iPod is recognized. If it isn't recognized try navigating to "My Computer" under start and check whether your iPod appears as a removable device. If your iPod Touch is still not present then try putting your iPod Touch in DFU Mode and attempt to restore it.

Need help finding a tutorial == I have the URL but can't get it to play

I am a beginner and watch lots of adobe lessons from members. I wrote down the URL of one of them and saved it in microsoft word then copied it to play back on youtube and it worked then but now youtube does not recognize the URL. My question is where am I to save the URL's of training videos from adobe membors so I can watch them again as I don't remember everythjing all at once.

What you're doing is usually fine, but for cases where videos are moved/removed it sounds like you need to jot down the title / keywords / author's name and just use a search function.
I'd probably search the whole Internet rather than just YouTube, too. Lots of videos show up in more than one hosting service.
