Need Help With A School iPad

My school gave me an iPad this year and didn't take it back before the summer so I'm pretty sure they forgot they gave me one (I switched facilitators while getting it so the info probably got lost, and when I was returning my books they didn't ask me about it). But recently it's been restricing random sites and such. I need to know how to either remove the Meraki profiles, or how to reset it to factory settings. I tried the DFU reset trick, but the profiles are still there. I have an iCloud backup with the data from the iPad before I reset it, and I'd like to use that back up. I also can't connect it to my iTunes. I'm fine with jaibreaking it so the restrictions are off, and I can do what I want with the iPad, as long as I can un-jailbreak it right after so if they do want it back they'll just put the profiles back on. If this is possible please tell me. My computer is garbage so the iPad is the best way of doing all my internet things.

Yes I would take it back as soon as possible. Meraki has the ability to track your iPad so they may come knocking at your door knowing that you have it. If it has been reported stolen, the police can get a warrant and come searching for it. Get rid of the problem before the problem gets to you. Do the right thing and return it.

need recomendation for cross platform h264s encoding settings for ipads 2, 3, iphones, and pc. my typical settings are in adobe media encoder are:
720x480, 29.97fps lower (do VBR2 target 0.50 mbps max 0.80 mbps (our service/host provider is using amazon servers and recommending these targets which IMO are to low)
Profile is Main and level is 3.1 seems to play on some with io5 but not io6
streaming compatiblity setting is standard.

Need help with Forms on iPad

I am trying to view and submit forms on my iPad. I've created a form in LiveCycle and emailed it to myself but I am unable to view or open the PDF form with the Adobe Reader app. Please help!

Hi Randy - I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 9.5 and when I try to create a new form a pop-up comes up saying that the form will be edited in Adobe LiveCycle designer and that Adobe Acrobat will close. I do not have the option to stay in Adobe Acrobat. Any idea how to stay in Adobe Acrobat instead of moving into LiveCycle? I want to create some PDF forms that can be filled out on an iPad in Adobe Reader and then emailed. Thank you!

Need help with new replaced ipad 2!

My previous ipad 2 had some peoblem with hardware and I went to apple store, they replaced a new one for me.
But, the problem comes.
Does anyone know that if the apple care plan that I purchased with my previous ipad2 will follow the cover the new one?
If doesn't, do I need to purchase a new plan?! Or I just need to call to transfer the plan to my new one???

So basically talk to apple, tell them youi've swapped out devices, they'll do some 'paperwork' and notes online and your old plan should transfer to your new device

Need help with wifi on iPad 2 and to some extent iPhone 4

I have a few different wireless routers and no matter what I do or how I set them up, my wifi only iPad 2 has very erratic wifi speeds.
I see the same thing but to a lesser degree on my wife's and my iPhone 4 (2 of them).
I have a few year old Apple Airport Extreme and a brand new Cisco Linksys E3200.
The Airport extreme has very little options, but on the E3200 I have tried all the different wifi options (mixed, G only, N only which I can't even connect too) and using both or just one of the dual bands.
I am really at my wit's end here and two trips to the Apple store have yielded nothing. First genius said to wipe the iPad 2 and set it up as a new device and the 2nd genius said buy a new router (which is why I purchased the E3200).
Of course the apple store wifi it behaves flawlessly, but I suspect being an open network helps that...
Anyway, my internet service is uVerse and I get wired Speedtests in the neighborhood of 10-12 Mbps, but on the iPad it never goes above 6 Mbps down.

Need Help with my School Assignment - Error Message

Hey guys,
I'm doing a school assignment for my Object Oriented Java programing class. Here's the assignment requirements:
"There are five kinds of flowers, and their associated costs. Create an array of strings that holds the names of these flowers. Create another array that holds the cost of each corresponding flower. Your program should read the name of a flower and the quantity desired by a customer. Locate the flower in the name array and use that index to find the cost per stem in the cost array. Compute and print the total cost of the sale. Write your solution in one class: FlowerCounterArray.
The solution should implement the following two methods:
- addOrder(String flowerName, int quantity) to add to the order. This is in addition to reading from the terminal.
- printTotal() to print out the total cost to the terminal."
I wrote up some code so far and I want to test it, but I am getting this error: "']' expected" on the newFlower[0] = new FlowerCounterArrays("petunia", 0.50]; line near the end of the code.

Ok. I'm kind of new to all this, so some stuff I'm not 100% clear on.
I get what you're saying though. I put the array into the method.
Although now I get a new errod: "cannot find symbol - constructor FlowerCounterArrays(java.lang.String,double)"
I get this error on my newFlower[0] = new FlowerCounterArrays("petunia", 0.50); line

I need to transfer my magazine subscriptions to my new mini iPad from my old iPad. Can't do it. Already connected to iTunes. Still isn't working.

If you are using a Mac computer, first you need to download the iBook App from the Mac App Store. After the installation import all magazines to iBooks, then you will be able to sync your books on iTunes. iTunes no longer let you import books or pdf, you do this in iBooks, then select the books tab from iTunes to sync (selecting your ios device).
If you are using windows... I have no clue .

Hey guys, I just got assigned this lab in my Java class today, and well, this is the first time i've ever been stuck in Java, and I figured i could turn to the Sun Community for help. The lab is to design a program that when a user enters a number, the program outputs a wedge of the stars, using that number as the starting line. So, in case i worded that horribly heres an example:

I really need help with re-activating my little sisters iPad, i already set it up a couple of months ago when i bought it,but unfortunately she disabled it by forgetting her password. i followed the necessary steps to reset it again, when the iPad came back on and we put the apple id and password it kept refusing it, i even reset the password, which sent the verification the email account, i followed the steps to reset, But then i noticed the message at the top of the activate screen with the message “this iPad is currently linked to the following apple ID _______ with a a few hidden dashes, but at the end of the email it says co.uk, but the problem is the email ends with .com. I have no idea how this happened, and its driving me insane and my little sister only used her iPad for a month before this happened. for some reason the the iPad email address ends in co.uk when the actual email ends with .com
I also set up the software find my ipad

You cannot use iTunes to transfer song files from iPod to computer, except for songs purchased from the iTunes Store. However, there are third-party methods and utilities that can transfer from iPod to computer. If you do an Internet search on something like"iPod transfer," you should get some links. (The CNET article seems to be popular.)
Once the song files are on your computer's drive, you can add them to your iTunes library, and then sync your iPad.

Need help with being double charged on my icloud account when purchasing extra storage for my ipad?

I had this same problem on my 4S. I fixed it by restoring the phone to factory defaults. Previously, I had taken the additional step of restoring from backup but, as soon as I did, the problem returned. The fix is a hassle as I now have to reinstall my apps but at least I can manage mail on the phone.
The problem also occurred on my iPad2 but I'm not restoring it as it's a serious hassle (see above) and I don't actually read much mail on the device.
As a side note, I noticed incredibly high load averages (5+ processes for 1, 5, and 15 minutes; 12+ for 1 and 5 minutes at one point) as well as CPU usage that didn't drop below 15% (apparently all user processes, system seemed to be about normal). As could be expected, this also lead to incredibly rapid battery depletion.
I can't tell what processes were hogging the CPU as neither of my devices are jailbroken and Apple doesn't seem to like 'top' much.
