Need Help with Adobe Acrobat please
I have recently started using Adobe Acrobat. I use it to
combine several files (Word, powerpoint, and excel docs) into one
pdf, which I then email out to meeting attendees. Then, at the
meeting, I use the pdf for my AV presentation. But - my remote
slide advancer won't work for the presentors. At first I thought it
was the equipment, but then I realized the bundled pdf isn't really
a slide show, as in Powerpoint. Can anyone advise me on a solution?
I really need the presentors to be able to advance the slides, not
look to me to hit the arrow down key each time. thanks!
He indicated he did not have the disk anymore. If he registered, he may be able to get a replacement from Adobe, but would have to contact them.

Are you working with a subscription version or perpetual (where you bought the software outright)? Are you running into a particular problem or receiving an error message when you try to activate?

Need help downloading Adobe Acrobat X Pro
I purchased Adobe Acrobat X Pro & have an empty disc cover, i cannot locate the disc and need to reload teh software to my PC after a system refresh. I cannot locate the dowload under My Order History or My Download History. Can anyone assist?
Not it’s XI, but I was told it would accept it, it seems I’ve been misled?

I keep getting "There's a problem with Adobe Acrobat, please try again" pop-up messages.
I keep getting pop up's that say "There's a problem with Adobe Acrobat, please try again". I'm trying to work and can't open any .pdf files. I bought the conversion service yesterday and today today nothing works.

The error message you mentioned doesn't have anything to do with ExportPDF as Acrobat and ExportPDF aren't connected in any way.
Could you try the steps outlined in our Getting Started guide: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2412

i need help with adobe muse sub-menu styling~! i can adjust them to exactly how i like them, but then when i go to the next set of sub-menus, the other ones revert back to the starting white/black boxes. i am frustrated as i have redone this so many times! Please help me!
To achieve this, you can use an accordion widget with custum styling.

Need help with Adobe Premiere Elements 2
I can drag a large high rez jpeg into timeline. Then when I click to playback....it gets more pixelated. That's a bad beginning. Then, when I go to export it, I've tried several extensions. All look bad during playback on YouTube. This should be pretty simple. High quality jpeg, but is fuzzy in movie. What's going wrong?

ok fine. I have PSDs too. I tried what you said.
I put a PSD right beside a JPEG in the timeline. I rendered it (which I
didn't know to do because the instructions don't even mention it. The
instructions are terrible. Seems it leaves out a lot of info.)
So, then I click PLAY on my monitor. I see no difference between the PSD
and the JPEG yet. So, if I want to put this on YouTube, what's the best way
exactly, without gettting too technical? It looks like I have the choice
between Exporting in Mpeg or Quicktime or Windows Media. I think youtube
likes wmv.

Do not know the particulars of PrE 2, but in later versions, you can
Rt-click on the Program Monitor, and choose Magnification = 100%, rather
than Fit. You might have to resize your Program Monitor, but check at 100%.

Also remember a few points:

1.) You are looking at a DVD-quality image now, and that was designed
with low-rez CRT TV's in mind, and NOT hi-rez computer monitors. DVD vs
hi-rez sources and displays is probably less than what VHS vs DVD was, not
that long ago.
2.) You are looking at an emulation, a preview
3.) Your images have already been compressed to JPEG once, loosing
quality. That is why I always work in PSD, especially if there has already
been one JPEG compression, whether in camera, or in the image processing
stage. I keep JPEG either out of my workflow, or as limited, as is
possible. Some do not see the quality loss with JPEG compression, but I do,
and if I can create images that are as good as it gets, I know that my
clients will be happy.

I have written the code in pre-save event to prompt a message when user didn't enter any value before saving. The form data should not be saved upon clicking save (Just prompt the message and exit form the form). Can u please advice me how to do this.

I have the free version on Adobe XI on my relatively new HP computer. Part of my freelance job entails downloading and editing PDFs. When I do so, I always get a notice that the document may not display correctly, and, indeed, I frequently get color blocks that cover type or photographs. This does not happen on my old, old laptop with Adobe Acrobat 5. My old laptop, however, doesn't have the editing software I need. What can I do to get XI to display correctly?

ElisabethOpen the email and then from the File menu select Save As Rich Text Format. That'll save it to open in TextEdit. If you want a pdf then open the email and do command-p (Print) and then from the PDF drop down box lower left corner select Save as PDF.

I need help with Portal Themes. I have read every document I can find but I am having no luck. All I want to do is change the colors for the Exceptions on one of my queries. I have created my own Portal Theme where I have changed the colors but I do not know how to assign my newly-created Portal Theme to my query. Can someone please give me the detailed steps on how to do this? Please help because this is driving me crazy.

Urgent-Please help with Adobe Acrobat XPro
Have the disc, and three out of the 4 programs installed, however, the most important, Adobe Acrobat XPro failed to install onto my computer. What do I do. I need this for a project I am working on.
Do you receive any specific error messages? Which operating system are you using?

I need help with adobe reader can someone please tell me what to do?
I am having a problem with Adobe Reader 9.3.2 When I try to install, it
begins installing, but then stops and the error messagy states
"Adobe download manager is currently installing an application,
Once installation is complete stop installing all other
applicaitons." I don't know why I am getting this message. I am unable to read
any PFD files, I am unable to uninstall download mgr or Adobe Reader.
Both show up on my add/remove program, but when I try to remove Reader
I get the message that "this path package could not be opened. Verify that the
path packae exists and that you can access it" I have no idea how do to this.Use the executable installer without download manager
