Hi regoronivert,
Welcome to Adobe Forum,
Please try installing in the root user account and check.
or
You can try reinstalling Adobe application manger. Go to HD>library>application support>adobe>caps and rename the caps folder.
After renaming this folder, go to USER library>application support>adobe>OOBE and rename OOBE folder as well and install Adobe application manager from below link. it should work fine.

  • Need help with Creative Cloud & Opening Illustrator

    I recently purchased/downloaded Illustrator 6 and Photoshop through the Creative Cloud.  It looks like I properly got Photshop into the programs, but not Illustrator.  When I look it shows that I downloaded Illustrator, yet I cannot find the icon for it in programs.  When I go into my control panel, programs and click on the icon it only asks if I want to uninstall.  All I want to do is open the illustrator program to create some art.  Where do I go?

    You are welcome, Arlene.

  • I need help getting Creative Cloud installed

    I've got a new MAC. I've had Photoshop CS5 on my old PC and have decided to upgrade to CC. I have gone through all the purchasing and download process However, all I can seem to do is get the Creative Cloud Installer on my desktop (and is listed in downloads). It doesn't install. Again, I'm new to Mac, but I've followed the directions over and over, but no luck.
    Thanks for your ideas.

    Questioner you will want to mount the DMG file and run the installer.  You can find details on how to install the applications included with your Creative Cloud Membership at Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

  • Need help with Creative Cloud Desktop.

    Creative cloud desktop works, but it does not respond to anything (downloading apps, updating, etc.), except for the control menu. Already tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and Adobe cleaner.

    Thelinari have you renamed the OOBE folder and tried applying the update again?  You can find more details at Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/failed-install-creative-cloud-desktop.html.

  • Trouble with Creative Cloud install/uninstall for MacBook Pro

    Creative Cloud for Desktop installed just fine, and all the windows worked except for "Apps"... all I wanted to do was download the Dreamweaver CC trial, so this was a problem. I got the "spinning wheel" on the Apps tab for a verrryyy long time, and tried everything on this page: App doesn’t open | Progress wheel spins continually
    Those didn't help.
    I tried the first solution from this page: Error "Failed to Install" Creative Cloud Desktop application
    Adobe Creative Cloud won't uninstall... it says I need to Quit first, which I am unable to do because the CC icon doesn't show up on my Macbook Status bar any longer... Cmd+Alt+Escape shows only Chrome and Finder as active, so I can't force quit from that window... I'm at a loss here!
    In case this is helpful: I have Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign CS6 currently installed on my computer... would this effect anything?
    Please help, I need Dreamweaver for work – I'm a web designer!

    Hi k8whiiite,
    We would be more than happy to help you with the your problem.

       3.  Launch Creative Cloud

  • Need help with Creative Dianost

    I used to have an HP Pavilion PC with wunning Windows XP and I had bought a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 for it. I recently bought a newer HP Pavilion PC but this time with Windows Vista Home Basic. After buying the PC I heard that the card and the OS were not compatible and to no surprise, there were problems right away. After installing the card into the PC I noticed that only th front 2 speakers and my subwoofer of my 5. sound system were playing music. So I tried to do a Creative Diagnostics but to my surprise I got an error message reading: "Creative Control Panel FrameWork has stopped working." I reinstalled the card twice and then remembered that I hadn't updated the drivers. So I looked for the Vista drivers for the card and "installed" them. I say "installed" because they didn't actually install correctly. The setup says that it has finished installing but in device manager the driver still reads the old driver number. The new driver is the 2.2.0002 and the old one is the 6.0..242. I have no idea what the hell is wrong with it. Everytime I click "Start Tests" the program freezes for a second an I get the error message. Could someone PLEASE help? Thank you in advace.

  • Need help with Creative Speaker Calibra

    Everytime I double-click on Creative Speaker Calibrator I get an error message reading: "Error obtaining calibrator interface! Please install and register CTSCAL.DLL" and it doesn't work. The issue might be ecause I'm running Windows Vista Home Basic on the computer and I can't update the drivers to theVista drivers. other than that, I have no idea what the problem is. If anyone could help it would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you in advance.

  • Need help with some JS installing Bumpbox 2.0

    I am trying to add a lightbox effect to a pdf on my website, I found a Javascript plugin at http://www.artviper.net/bumpbox-demo/index.html that looks like it should do the trick, but I am having trouble getting it to work.
    To narrow down the problem I created a test.html file that I stuck in the root directory of the folder I downloaded from their site (so I am working locally off my desktop at this point)
    My code is as follows... I feel like I am missing something super obvious, does anyone see it? (do I need to define the .bump class in the css file?)
    Thank you in advance for the much needed help!
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
    <head>
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />
    <title>Untitled Document</title>
    </head>
    <body>
          <a href="http://www.artviper.net/test.pdf" class="bump" rel="800-350">PDF File &raquo;</a><br />
    <script type="text/javascript" src="js/mootools.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="js/bumpbox-2.0.1.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript"> doBump( '.bump',750, 500, '111', '900', '0.8', 5, 1 ,'333', 15,'000', 4,
                     Fx.Transitions.Bounce.EaseOut,
                     Fx.Transitions.Bounce.EaseOut,
                     'images/demo_bg_bumpbox.png',
                     'top left',
                     'repeat-x' ); </script>
    </body>
    </html>

    These paths won't work because they point to files on your local hard drive.
    <script type="text/javascript" src="file:///Macintosh HD/Users/Robert/Downloads/bumpbox Folder copy/js/mootools.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="file:///Macintosh HD/Users/Robert/Downloads/bumpbox Folder copy/js/bumpbox-2.0.1.js"></script>
    Are you working within a properly defined local site?
    Did you save those javascript files to the js folder in your local site root?
    Correct path to scripts for this test page should look like this:
    <script type="text/javascript" src="../js/mootools.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="../js/bumpbox-2.0.1.js"></script>
    PS.  Do not add spaces to folder or file names.  It can create problems for web files.

  • SCCM Driver Injection : What am I missing? Need help with getting drivers installing correctly in my environment.

    Everyone,
    I'm not new to using SCCM, but i'm VERY new to setting up and managing it.  I have just laid it down for the school district that I manage, and i'm loving it.  Imaging is going great, all but one thing now...drivers installing.
    Let me tell you what I've been doing, so hopefully a kind soul out there can tell me where my logic of the driver "injection" process is lacking and might can fill in some gaps.
    I downloaded all drivers pertaining to the 7-8 series of computers we have in our environment currently, and imported them based on a criteria such as this:
    x86.LenovoEdge71.Desktop
    x86.DellOpti755.Desktop
    so forth and so on
    I created packages based on the same exact naming scheme.  I update my distribution point at the end of the import, and all the drivers/packages/categories are in place.  When I go to Monitoring/Distribution Status/Content Status, all of my packages
    show up , but under targeted it says 0.
    My thoughts from reading online, is I upload all these drivers and during my task sequence where it says it's "applying device drivers" it's set to "install only the best matched compatible drivers" and "consider drivers from all
    categories".  I also checked "do unattended installation of unsigned drivers no versions of Windows where this is allowed".
    so correct me if my thinking is incorrect, it should search through all series of the computers we have in our environment and grab the best drivers from the overall database.  Is this not right?
    The reason I ask this, is we have a few hundred HP 6000 Pro desktops.  WHen I image them, it comes up with 2 unknown devices.  OF these, I can manually point them at the folder from which I uploaded the drivers for this series/category and it installs
    100% successfully...MANUALLY.  What's the reasoning behind this?
    I can't help but think there's something missing in my process / logic and I need to be set straight.
    Can someone out there tell me what i'm doing wrong?  We're planning a district-wide re-imaging before summer's over, and the clock's ticking...but the drivers being installed are all that's keeping us from starting our migrations.
    Any help on this is GREATLY appreciated, thank you very much!

    You have setup everything correct, but for your desired result you need to use "Apply Driver Package" Task rather than "Auto Apply Drivers".
    Auto Apply drivers will install the best matched/compatible drivers for only the PNP devices.For more info on this:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb680990.aspx
    Whereas "Apply Driver Package" would install all drivers you have in the package and hence you don't see the unknown drivers in device manager. For more info on this: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb680403.aspx
    If you have multiple models, create this task for each model individually and then associate with a WMI query condition under Options tab to check the manufacturer/model
    Example: Select * from Win32_ComputerSystem where Manufacturer = "HP" and Model Like "6000%"

  • Need help with Creative Suite 2 Premium

    I installed Creative Suite 2 Premium on my new Dell with Windows 7. When I start any of the programs I get different error messages depending on which program I am trying to start. For Photoshop I get "Your Adobe Photoshop username, organization or serial number is missing or invalid. The application cannot continue and must quit." I have tried uninstalling the programs and reinstalling them. I have tried running the programs and an adminstrator. I have changed the compatibility of the WIndows version. Nothing works. I called tech and they would not help because they no longer support the programs because they are too old. Does anyone have any solutions?

    Copying a solution from the doc
    Error: "...user name, organization or serial number is missing or invalid..." when you start Photoshop (CS2 on Mac OS)
    Solution 1: Run the installer, input the user information, and then quit the installer.
    1. Run the Photoshop Installer from the CD, and proceed through the installation screens.
    2. Type in your Username, Organization, and Serial Number when you are asked to Personalize Your Software, and click Next.
    3. The installation begins. Go to the Installer menu, and choose Quit Installer and close the installer window.
    4. Restart Photoshop.
    If this does not help, try the other solutions mentioned in the document.

  • Need Help with Creative Suite 6 Design Standard.

    I was working with a tech named Ashok Kumar Mohanty. I was sharing my screen with him and trying to install Creative Suite 6 Design Standard. We lost each other. He had me set up a new administer account but I can't get online with it because it has no browser and I don't know how to get one.
    My installation keeps freezing at the AdobeHelp portion of the installation. The time remaining continues to climb but the installation freezes at 19%. I have been trying to resolve this for 2 weeks. I tried to download a trial version online and finally bought one but both programs keep freezing in the same place. I am downloading from a disc.

    because it has no browser and I don't know how to get one.
    IE is available to all users by default on Windows, Safari on Mac, and Firefox, Opera and Chrome are avialable as free downloads. The rest is far too vague. You are not providing any system information or other details. As a start, simply run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and try again. For anything else we realyl need much more information and possibly the install logs.
