Need help with downloading adobe photoshop elements 11 and premiere elements 11.
i already have my product keys from the internet, but when i go to the download page and push on the download button, nothing happens. im running windows 8

well i recently received the adobe photoshop and adobe premiere elements , when to download in on my mac i got as fast a sit appearing ton the desktop as a cd but when i click it and press install it just says ... and i quote . "we've encountered the following issues . Installer failed to initialise . Please download adobe support advisor to detect the problem " any one can help ??? please ( the photos included is what is com in yup on the screen and on my desktop )

Your photos are never stored inside the Photoshop Starter Edition. They are always stored somewhere on your hard disk where you can find them.
What is stored in your Photoshop Starter Edition (in the "catalog") is all the organizing you have done (tags, captions, etc.) If you want to retrieve this information, you could download PSE 11 and then try to convert/upgrade the catalog, which would make this infromation retrievable and usable. -

I've learned something. New. This must be recently changed. That last time I clicked on a Link I though was a dmg file and turned out it was and exe file my Macs wouldn't allow me to do so. But haven't tried recently everytime and exe file comes up I cancel. I gues I am used to the time everytime a Virus or some other nasty was downloaded it was packaged in and exe file and Macs owuldn't allow it. I suppose with the INtel guts now they can no longer refuse to download. -

Am new to Mac. Downloaded Adobe Photoshop Elements and am trying to open it but they want a redemption code and a serial number. Since I downloaded it I don't have either of those but apparently I am missing something because I can't use it unless I enter that info and I don't know where to find it. Yes, you can download Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. The only thing that you need to do is go to this LINK http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-dir ect-download-links.html and download it. You need to follow the ADOBE download instructions.
First, you need to sign in with your Adobe ID. Second, go to the LINK I gave you and find Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 (PSE 9) Direct Download Links, them give a click to File 2 and download it (it takes time), them when it is done (downloaded) another click to File 1. After you finished downloading File 1, it will ask you to enter your Serial Number of the product. After you put the Serial Number of the your product, Adobe Elements 9 will be in your computer.
If for some reason you don't know or you don't remember the Serial Number of your product, go to your Account and Sign in with your Adobe ID, then go to "My products and Services" and it will tell you the Serial Number of the product.
You will find "My products and Services" on the top right side of the screen, where it say "Welcome xxxxx". Remember, to see "My products and Services" first you need to Sign in with your Adobe ID. -

I am trying to download the trial of PSE 13 which consists of two files. The first downloads ok but on the second I get this message:

I have just noticed that the URL it is trying to use is looking for ...win32.exe under a directory called win64. That sounds like a stupid typo mistake. I manually modified the URL to this instead (and it downloaded something)...
