Need help to find location of iPad using find my iPad app.. Sound was activated this morning but it won't give me the location.. How can I find it??

It sounds like your iPad is not showing in Find my iPad when you check it. Take a look at this info from the following article named:

Device does not appear in Find My iPhone
This can occur if:
The date on your device (iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch) is incorrect. Choose Settings > General > Date & Time to check and set the date.
Your device is not up-to-date. It needs to be running iOS 5 or later.
Your iCloud account is not configured on your device. Choose Settings > iCloud and enter your iCloud account information.
You have multiple iCloud accounts entered on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Only one account can have Find My iPhone turned on at a given time. Log in to Find My iPhone with your other iCloud accounts until your device is listed.
There's a scheduled maintenance or another issue affecting Find My iPhone. Check the System Status site to see if this is the case.
Your device has lost network connectivity. If you have access to your device, and it appears to have an active Internet connection, enable and then disable Airplane mode. If you continue to have issues, turn the device off and back on.
Find My Mac can only locate your Mac if it is connected to the Internet via a known Wi-Fi network. If your Mac is connected to the Internet only by an Ethernet cable, Find My Mac will not be able to locate your Mac.
Device appears in Find My iPhone, but is offlineThis can occur if:
Your device is powered off, such as when the battery has run out. Note that the remaining battery for the device, if it's connected to the Internet, displays in the upper-right corner of the information pane of the selected device. You can still play a sound on, send a message to, issue a lock request, or initiate an erase of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. The command will be received after the device is turned on and regains its Internet connection.
Your iPhone’s cellular service has been terminated by your wireless service provider. If you contacted your service provider to report your device lost or stolen before locating your phone, and they deactivated your SIM card or account, this would be expected. If this is the case, you may no longer be able to locate, display a message on, or erase your iPhone. For more information, read about what to do if your device is lost or stolen.
Your iPad, iPod Touch, or Mac is asleep and not connected to a known Wi-Fi network. You will still be able to request an erase, send a message to display and lock your device, or request that a sound be played. The command will be processed when your device is awakened and connected to the Internet.

If the iPhone was hacked and unlocked via unofficial means, it has become locked again. Insert original SIM in the phone to activate with iTunes.

Need help with a Spreadsheet style app

I was just wanting some help in working with developing an app for my iphone... i had previous experience in microsoft visual basic but i don't quite understand this code....
I am in flight school and trying to develop an app that reflects the weight an balance forms we do... I am stuck on how to do basic multiplication and division with xcode, i have viewed several videos and tutorials but they each do things differently and i can't seem to bring it together into this app.
So in the picture below.... what i need help with is how to do the following

aircraft weight * arm = Moment outbound
front seats * arm = Moment outbound
to fuel @ landing
"0" fuel weight = aircraft weight + front seats + rear seats+ Baggage 1 + baggage 2

A character class [...] robs some otherwise special codes from their magic. The +, for instance, is interpreted as a plus, not as "repeat ad nauseum" anymore.
So your try [\d+] will simply match either a single digit or a single plus. The solution is to move the + outside of the character class

.. and in that case there is no reason anymore to create a class for just digits, as you got it already.
The period *needs* to be escaped, because otherwise it will match *any* character.
Try this for a change:

I need help with finding right stylus pen for lenovo yoga 2 pro!

I did read other person's post, but I did not find my answer. I am currently using my fingers to write my notes and it drives me nuts! I do have a stylus pen that have huge round fabric tip. It does not write well. I want a stylus pen with pointy end so I can acturally take my notes on OneNote. I writes equations down so it is very hard to write small and neat with my hand. I do know that my laptop is touch sensitive so it only works with rubber or fabric tips! I could not find any stylus pen with those tip that are pointy.... I need help on finding pointy tipped stylus pen that will let me write well. I am ordering ati-glare screen protector because I can see myself on the screen like a mirror... lol Hopefully this will not keep me from finding a pen that works well! Please give me link to the pen, if you can! Thank you for reading!

ColonelONeill is correct.
The Yoga 2 Pro does not have a digitizer, so a capacitative stylus, which mimics a fingertip, is what you'd need.

Need help with 'Find my iPhone'

Yesterday, I lost my ipod touch (gen 4) on an amtrack train.
I believe that I had the location feature turned on, as well as 'find my iphone'.
Now I'm trying to figure out how to use / access 'find my iphone'. I realize the ipod may have lost its charge by now, although I tried yesterday, when it had a charge. Time is of the essence!
I also downloaded the 'find my iphone app' and for the first time, it shows up in icloud, when I log on. (This is for my Macbook Pro, but the ipod does not show up.)
I'm pretty sure that the addresses, email and 'find my iphone' were all turned on in my ipod. I'm not sure if 'icloud' specifically was setup on my ipod. Is there a way I can set that up remotely, online at apple support?
Any other suggestions?

This is how you set up Find My iPod:

If you did set it up, go to http://icloud.com, log in using the Apple ID you set up Find My iPod with, and go to the Find My iPhone section. With luck, your iPod will appear and give you a general idea as to its location, though note that the location will actually be of the WiFi router the iPod is connected to, not the exact location of the iPod itself.
If you did not set up Find My IPhone before the iPod was lost, there is no way to turn it on after the fact. And if the iPod has run out of charge or otherwise is turned off, or not connected to a WiFi access point, there won't be any way to track it.

Just set up my find my Iphone app and it doesnt have me in the right roads ( im at work and it has me 3 roads away from where I am sitting at my desk) was wondering if its something I did or if I need to do something else.

I discovered this problem when I upgraded my iPhone 4 to a 5c.
My laptop will recognise my 5c and even the wife's iPad but won't recognuse her 5c, when I plug it in it makes a sound but just doesn't show up in iTunes.
It DID work on my laptop as recently as November when I backed up her phone and updated her software but like I say ever since I upgraded it just won't recognise her 5c but does mine.
I just can't think what is wrong? I haven't messed around with anything on the laptop or messed around with the wife's settings on her 5c

my Insert record form dialog (below) looks like this, and I need to change both 'title' and 'blog_entry' values (as shown above), but I cannot make that choice in my form.
I am using DW CC with the Deprecated Server Behavior from DMX zone.
I have made sure my results match the tutorial, but I cant get past the above inconsistency in functionality.

The Columns area indicates which form field is used to insert a value in each column. Although the post_id and updated columns are listed as getting no value, their values are generated automatically by the database.
Check that the title and blog_entry columns are being assigned the correct values. If either is marked as getting no value, it means that you have spelled the names of the form fields differently from the column names. Correct this by selecting the column name in the Columns area and selecting the form field's name from the Value pop-up menu.

I have several links with an onclick event, which contains some javascript handling and window.open() after it, and they have attribute href="javascript:void(0);" as well.
When user try Ctrl+click Firefox opens him 2 tabs: the first one with "right" content and the second with javascript:void(0).
I've tried to set href="#" and in this case Ctrl+click works as I want, but on the original tab the user is redirected by the browser to the top of the page. The empty attribute (href="") also results 2 tabs. Maybe there is some value of the href attribute with which everything will work as I want? I've fed up with this and will be appreciated a lot if you help. Thanks.

I won't be searching thru all that code to try to find something relevant to your post, but if you are using a Loader to load the images, you can get the width and height as soon as the loading is complete using the loader object (loader.width, loader.height). You just need to wait until loading is complete, so you'll need a listener for that if you don't have one already.

Need help with finding prime numbers

I have seen this question asked several times so i apologize for asking once again but I am very new to programming and could use some help. I know the way I have the extra if statements is not at all efficient but I cannot seem to figure out how to get a nested for statement with a divisor to work. The error I'm getting with this current code is that the second for statement needs to be boolean.

I am really trying to get you the information you need but I am not at all familiar with this.The point here is that programming is as much about clarity and specificity of thought and communication as it is about the mechanics of the language. If you can't clearly and precisely express what you're trying to do--without regard to any programming language--then you won't be able to program it.
At the very least, if you can't find a way to express your algorithm clearly and precisely, then you ought to put print statements in at each step of your program so you can see exactly what's happening each step of the way, compare that to what you think should be happening, and then find out where you're going wrong.
Also, as a point of best practice, you should alaways use braces for if, for, etc., even when they're not strictly necessary.

I am a little green to this all. I am trying to find and
replace a word inside the edit region and Dreamweaver will not
change it, because it says its inside a locked region, but its a
editable region?
I have about 900 pages I need to make this change on and was
relying on the find and replace tool to do that. I tried differn't
advanced options, nothing seams to change it. I am using cs3.

Using Templates with a 900 page site is a crime against
humanity. You reach
the optimal size for Templates between about 50 and 100.
The error you are getting suggests that there are coding
errors on the page
(perhaps even unrelated to ANY DW Template markup). We'd need
to see the
page to make progress with what that might be, as Alan says.
