To find a great deal on an open box item is awesome! I'm sure you and your wife were excited to have everything delivered and installed. It is regrettable to hear of the delay you may have experienced due to inclement weather. While I'm glad James and the other home theater technician were able to make it rather than reschedule and were professional, I understand that a phone call would have made a significant difference once they realized they would be late.
To find that your open box LG soundbar you had purchased may not have had the mounting bracket you expected, would of course be detrimental to your installation experience. Our open box items should be thoroughly inspected to be labeled and priced accurately. I am truly sorry that your unit may not have included all parts as expected, and that the bracket the store initially provided you to resolve this issue may not have worked for your needs.
It is discouraging to hear that Jane and Chris from the store may not have been able to provide a satisfactory resolution. To hear that you may have to upgrade to a soundbar you didn't choose and have to pay for another appointment would be quite irritating and rather disappointing. I apologize for any disappointment or frustration this entire experience may have caused you.
Please know that I was able to locate your purchase and order information with the information you shared in your post, and I am reaching out to the leadership at the store to see if we may have any other options for you. Need help with what to do if I want to change my apple id but my id is my icloud e-mail address

I have spent days and hours trying to find a definite answer on what I can do with my situation. I have been able to figure out that I cannot change my apple id because my apple id is my icloud e-mail address. But does that leave me no option? Does that mean that I will have to create a new apple id and subsequently I will also get a new icloud e-mail address? If so, then how will I retain all of my purchases? Is it possible to delete my icloud account and then change my apple id?

If you want to want to change your Apple ID and your iCloud email address, you'll need to create a new Apple ID using the name you want, then create a new iCloud account with it and migrate your data to the new account. After creating your new Apple ID, save any photo stream photos on your iOS device that you want to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll. If you are syncing notes with iCloud that you want to keep, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iDevice and choose Keep on My iDevice when prompted. Then sign back in with a new Apple ID to create your new account and choose Merge to upload your data to the new account. You will then have to recreate your notes in the new account from the emails you sent earlier. When you turn on Mail in Settings>iCloud you will choose your new @icloud.com email address.
Once this is done on the first device, if you have other devices, you can just save any photo strema photos, delete the existing account, then choose Delete from My iDevice (since the data is already in the new account) and sign back in with the new ID to download the data.
You'll then have to decide if you want to keep using the old ID for iTunes or not. Personally, I wouldn't recommend changing it to a new ID for several reasons. First, all of your current purchased media is tied to the current ID and cannot be moved to your new ID. This means that you will end up with different things purchased with different IDs over time, which can make things complicated. Secondly, if you have already enabled automatic downloads, or have downloaded previous purchased using your old ID, you cannot change it to your new ID for 90 days from the time you first did this. Once this waiting period expires you can then change to the new ID and access previous purchases with your new ID, but you would not be able to access previous purchased from the old ID again for another 90 days. (This is what I mean by it being complicated to have multiple Apple IDs for iTunes purchases.) -

Need help with boot up password
Hi I need help with my IBM G41 think pad I when to sleep one night and I put some papers on the keys then close the lid with the papers in between on top of the keys now I get need a password when I started my PC can some some help me with this . Sorry if this seems like a stupid question, but why don't you have the password already? did the computer just randomly lock you out of it? If that is the case, that would be really strange. If there is no bios password on the computer, you should be able to reset the password in the bios.

I need help with pivoting rows to columns. I know there are other posts regarding this, but my requirement is more complex and harder. So, please give me a solution for this.
There are two tables say Table 1 and Table 2.

So, can you please tell me what is should use to get the data in the required format? We are using Oracle 10g. Please let me know if u need any more informationSomething like this ?

I need help with ISIGHT! I can't get it to work with MSN!

My issue is this... I have AIM/AOL and I am able to see myself on webcam.. however noone else can unless they HAVE a webcam... My first question is- "DO you have to have a WEBCAM on both ends for both people to see you?" Does the person I am chatting with HAVE to have a webcam to see me? If so WHY? They should atleast be able to see ME if I want them to... Also if they are using windows for PC platform... can they use a pc webcam and still connect with me through my isight although I am on a mac?
My second major ISSUE is.. WHY is the isight only compatible with AOL/AIM? I was told when I bought this it would be compatible with MSN Messenger for windows AND the MAC version... I have both and the isight does not show up on it... CAN ISIGHT be connected to msn messenger for MAC??? PLEASE help me!
I called APPLE tech support and they couldn't even help me! They told me to call Microsoft! Anyhow- one guy did say he was able to get his ISIGHT working with the MSN messenger for MAC platform.. do you have ANY idea how to do that?? The thing is ALL my freinds are on PC's and have MSN messenger..

I have found the best alternative to MSN to be aMSN with macam for the webcam driver (it is a cheap usb webcam). Both are free open source projects. I guess if you use an iSight you will not need macam.

The speed is substantially faster and it is far more stable than Mercury in my experience.
The only difficulty is the camera is often shown as being "in use by another application". To counter this I start macam, then plug in the camera (or unplug and plug back in). Then I start aMSN. -

Need help with help pse4 not supported by adobe. how to do topics not available and I have never used any thing like this. Help says there is a download but have not been able to get it. What's a rookie to do ? Is there somewhere I can go to find out how to use PSE4?
The internet is overflowing with tutorials on PSE. Just google what you want and include Photoshop Elements 4 as part of your search term, or go to the library and they may have several different books on PSE 4. For PSE 4, you won't find a mac specific book, but that doesn't matter because the editor is the same on either program. Just substitute Command for Ctrl and Option for Alt in the keystrokes, and ignore anything about the organizer.
