Need help with my Zen Touch. I have no clue what's wro

I downloaded some firmware a few weeks ago, and ever since then my Zen Touch hasn't been working properly. My current is version .0.03. As soon as I downloaded that my computer would not detect the player. When I plugged it in the USB I got three quick low pitched beeps, and then nothing. Since the player isn't connectng to my computer of course I can't transfer any music. I've tried to get it to connect a million times but it's always the same. I evn tried it on another computer so I'm guessing something's wrong with the player itself.

I need help with my iPod because I have no idea what to do, help?

Recently, I updated my iPod from iTunes and so I lost access to all my apps that I had on it.
A couple of days before this I had changed my email and password to something I could access more easily.
Because of this, or something that I'm failing to notice or do, I cannot access any of my old accounts on any of my apps. I have fiddled around with game center and tried to figure out if it's because I changed my email or because I updated my iPod. I am very sure that all the information is still there, I only need a way into it. How?
I am at a complete loss, and I've tried everything I can; logging in and out of game center, turnning my iPod off and on, syncing it, but nothing seems to work. Am I missing something? I would really really like it if I were told that I'm just missing something really easy and have this dealt with.
If I can't do anything, is there any way I could have any information I have on my ipod/game center put onto the email I have now?
If anyone at all can help me I would really appriciate it, even if it's like 'you forgot this, stupid'

When you say you changed your email and password, did you rename an Apple ID? Create a new one? or just change the email linked to an existing Apple ID?
When you state you cannot access any of your old accounts, how many accounts do you have? It's not a good idea to have things purchased with multiple accounts. App updates for example, require you to be logged in with the account they were purchased with. It's a pain to have to log in and out of various Apple IDs to update your apps. When an old Apple ID (email) goes out of date, people should rename it rather than creating a new Apple ID, How to change the name you use for your Apple ID
Are any of your Apple IDs disabled? That can happen if you mix up the passwords and enter it wrong a few times. See https://iforgot.apple.com/ to reset a disabled Apple ID (the AppleConnect password).
Make sure you are using the correct Apple ID with GameCenter, the one you set it up with. Again, another risk of having multiple active Apple IDs.

Need Help with my ZEN MX

Need Help with my ZEN MX9Hi folks. On my computer I have about 9G of different music, or 52 albums. I can't figure out how to get that music on to the player. To correct myself, I mean I know how to physically/logically copy it over to my player. All of that music is also?on the player in "Music" folder. I have this "Creative Centrale" installed and working. I need step-by-step instructions on how to create a PLAYLIST (I'm guessing), and have the?player play song after song in an album, not randomize the play. I think that is why I created that playlist. Thank You folks For Your Help?

I guess you have a problem with the inability of mx to play folders. i have used folders as playlists since i got my first computer since i just want to throw the folder with the files over to another media for playing. Not to be able to play tis is truly annoying.

There are two types of album art embedding.
One is where the album art is embedded directly in the tags of every Mp3 file. (a bit waste of space)? The second option (which is the more common method) is where each file has embeded information pointing to an external image for the album art. This is more efficient on space, and is often the one that end up with people having the same art on every song.
Usually what happens is people put the songs in a common directory and not in subdirectories such as Artist/Album/mysong.mp3. With all the files in one flat directory often the album art (depending on software) gets saved with the same filename such at album.jpg.
And he album.jpg file gets overwritten, and since all the songs think "their" album art is in the album.jpg file they all end up with the same art being displayed.
Easiest solution is to copy the files into folders to organize them by album, and then reapply the album art.
Since doing that on my ZVM I haven't had any problems with art getting lost or duplicated in ways I did not want. ?2. Is the battery in the Vision M removable???Unfortunatly it isn't.

I Need Help With My Zen Vision M 30GB Player ASAP

Tonight i had started deleting of my music folders on my creative zen vision m 30gb player and as it was doing that i accidently disconnected the usb cable from the player. After that the player was froze on the docking mode and i hit the reset button with a paper clip. Then after that for some strange reason my computer does not detect my zen vision m player as being connected to the computer. the docked screen appears on my player but the arrows keep spinning and my pc keeps saying found new hardware mtp device and does nothing but repeat that over and over again. I run windows xp pro service pack 2 with windows media player installed. I really need help asap to resolve this issue and have my pc reconize it normal again where i can access my music folders and playlists again.

The core problem is related to Microsoft Windows Media . To resolve the issue, you need to uninstall MWM v from the Add/Remove Programs. Then it will rollback to MWM v9. Unplug the player from the USB port. Reinstall the supplied software from Creative if you need too. Reboot, plug the device into the USB port. Reinstall the device driver for the MP3 player. Reload the latest firmware. The file can be downloaded at

I need help with my ipod touch 4, i hit it on my table and now the touch screen doesn't work at all

i got mad and hit my ipod agaisnt the table and now the touch part of the screen doesn't work i need help, i don't want to send it to Apple because i have music that i downloaded for free and i'm worried all my songs, pics, videos will go away if i send it to them.

- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
- Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Maybe just a loose connection they can fix.

Need help with using Zen V Plus in a

I have a Zen V plus 2GB and I'd like to use it in my car with a FM transmitter/charger combination. The one I bought says it works with Creative zen MP3 players, but will not charge the player even though it has a USB with 5 VDC as output. It does play the player through the FM reciever just fine. I also noticed that I can only charge the player through the very same USB port on my computer where I first connected it when I was setting it up. Any other of the USB ports will not charge the player. Does this have something to do with this problem?

I'm not sure when you said "reset and play while plugged in" is the same as resetting the device by inserting a paper clip in the reset hole while plugged in. If not, then you can try this. There is a also a similar thread here with the same problem your experiencing right now. Maybe this could help you. Otherwise, if the unit is still not turning on, I suggest you contact support for further assistance.

I need help with my Ipod touch 4th restoring to factory settings

I have posted several posting because I need help but somehow everybody seems to ignore the subject or they just don't want to go there. I wonder why.
Anyways, I'm in critical bind. I still have iTune 10.7 running on my iMac 10.6. However, when I try to synch my Ipod to my Mac I get a message that I need to restore my Ipod to factory settings.
The thing that I'd like to know if I restore to factory settings if I could select which verions iTune I could select. I have 10.7 installed and also have a copy in TM.
I don't want to use iTune V.11

I appreciate your input, but you still haven't told me how to restore the iPod w/o getting V. 11. So far for what I read it says that if I choose to restore back to factory settings that it will install the latest version of iTune. Is there any way that I can overide this? According to you, it sounds like I could but still you haven't share with me how to do it

Here is the thing I have iTune 10 installed but when I tried to synch the iPod is when I get the message that I have to restore it to the factory setting. I'm willing to go along with it provided that I can select iTune 10.7. I have it installed in my backups.

over the past week or two my zen touch seems to be slowly in decline?*sigh?firstly, when i load it up onto my computer, about 25%-30% of my files are shown as non-files (as in, they're there, but i can't do anything to them....as if they're corrupted)?then, there are songs that just won't load, they take forever to load up?and now my playlists won't load and now, as of last night, my playlists are empty?do i dare format it's is there another way?please help!

Sounds like it was running a disk cleanup. The tag data is obviously held within the files, and the Music Library on the player is built from this. If you change this data on the player directly it only affects the Music Library, it isn't written back to the file (and what you've described clearly demonstrates this, which is of interest). Bottom line is, always check your file tag data is correct *before* downloading to the PC.
- If I let the battery completely die before I get a chance to recharge it, will I loose any music?
No. It's not good to leave a Lithium Ion battery discharged for a couple of weeks or more, so make sure to recharge it at the earliest opportunity. More battery advice in my Nomad Primer.
- If I use the reset feature on my Zen Touch will that cause me to loose any data?
No, only your settings.

My ipod toich won't do sound, I need help, I hard reset the ipod, turned on sound, I need help,

From speaker?
From headhones?
From both?
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- If only no sound from speaker
- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

i need to wake my ipod touch 5g, it accidentaly fall from my bed, but apparently no damage on the screen
but it just turn off, the screen became black and its not answering, i tried to press the both botons at the same time, also charging but nothing seems to work
,when i plug it in to the mac it sound like it was charging but with no color on the screen

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Need help with LG Cosmos touch please ? :)

I have the LG Cosmos touch and I was wondering about something........When you view your messages from a person it shows a little blank avatar next to every message. You can go to pictures and set a contact ID for any of your contacts and so in messages that little avatar will turn to that pic....So the recieved message is covered. But it shows sent messages with the little avatar next to it and wanted to put my pic on there and can not figure out how to do it.....PLEASE HELP Thanks !!!!

I can certainly assist with adding your picture so that it shows up while messaging. When accessing your contacts there should be one listed as "My Name Card." Once you open this contact there will be an option to edit. At that point, you would add the picture as you would with any other contact. If you do not see "My Name Card" there may just be a contact with your name or one indicating it is for the owner. I would be happy to troubleshoot further, if needed. Need help with Creative Zen MicroPhoto 8g

my friend gave me this mp3 player.. the creative zen microphoto 8gb.. umm i have no cd for it n he didnt have it when he gave me it, i am wondering how to put stuff on it.. i deleted all the stuff that was previously on it, it says theres over 7gb of total space but only 2.4gb of free space? whats with that? anyways.. i went to the downloads in the support section and i downloaded and installed the drivers needed and everything but the program shown in the How-To put files onto the mp3 player will not install.. it says the device is not detected when installshield comes up and everything.. i tried a few diff variations of the program.. please help ... i want to put songs on it

Guys I need help with my ipod touch 2nd generation

Hi guys,
My ipod touch is completely freezed! it show on the screen "Your ipod is stopped, Connect your ipod to iTunes" when I connect to iTunes it show this message "your ipod ... can not be connected to iTunes because it has a passcode, please enter the passcode and try to connect" but I have no access at all to anythin in my ipod!! I have tried to resetting it by pressing home button with wake/sleep button at the same time for more than 10sec but it did not work.
Please, help me guys.

Thank you lllaass. I have tried your suggestion but the problem is that wake/sleep button does work (it physicaly work) but does not dislay the switch off slide because of the displayed message!
