Need Help with Photo albums in iPhone 4s!!

Help! Just synced my new iphone 4s, but now I have three albums in my photos! Not only do I have the "camera roll," I also have "photo library, " and "internal storage." The internal storage album duplicated all my photos , so now they appear twice!!! Is this taking up a lot of "space" on my iPhone? I would love to get rid of the "internal storage" album, but don't know how. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Please, try "Photo Transfer WiFi" or "Sync Photos to Storage" from the App Store. Does it solves your problem?
I recommend you the second app. It allows you to send all your Camera Roll photos and videos to the desktop in one tap!

Need help with my iPhone 5 and my Macbook Pro. I was purchased some music on itunes at my mac. Some reason I deleted those music from both on Mac and iPhone 5. Today, I went to my iPhone iTunes store inside of iCloud to redownload my puchased. But those song won't able to sync back to my iTunes library on my Mac. Can anyone help me with that ??....

Help with photo albums Please

Hi, i really need some help with my pictures, I've only got a very basic understanding of how my phone works and have somehow put a load of albums on my phone when i plugged it into the computer-I want to delete some of them off the phone but cannot work out how to do it, when i plug my phone in i can find the photo tab but cannot actually see the pictures and can't see any delete button!!! Please can someone help me, basic explanations would be gratefully recieved xxxx

The photo sync is one way: computer to phone. To remove photos, synced to your phone, remove the check marks next to the albums/folders under the photos tab in itunes & hit the apply/sync button. They will be removed from your phone. You cannot delete photos that were synced to your phone, directly on your phone. The easiest way to manage photos synced to your phone is to create albums or folders on your computer. Move whatever photos you want on your phone into these albums/folders & then select them under the photos tab in itunes to sync to your phone. You can then remove or add photos to these various albums/folders on your computer & the itunes sync process will update your phone every time you sync.

Need help undoing photo transfer from iPhone 4s.

Hello gang, I need some help with a photo transfer as things have gone awry!
I had ~100 photos in my Camera Roll on my 4s. Went to transfer these to a PC, as usual; however, I did (2) thiings differently this time:
(a) did this directly to a USB (instead of to my hard drive first).
(b) Instead of my normal 'copy/paste/delete' I did a 'cut/paste' in order to save a step.
Well, lo and behold, these are now on my USB but each at 1KB size and when I go to view I get the message "Windows Photo Viewer can't open this picture because either Photo Viewer doesn't support this file format, or you don't have the latest updates to Photo Viewer." My PC is running Windows 7, and right now I have about 100 photos that are not accessible. I am not able to 'copy' back to the iPhone and at this point they are lost.
I am curious if copying directly to the USB instead of to my hard drive has generated this issue, although I do not understand why. I have plugged in the USB to other PCs and photos are still not readable, nor are the photos still present in my Camera Roll. Please tell me these are not gone?!

HELP with Photos on your iphone

if i have family sharing on and I have set up a album for my pictures and if I take a picture on my iphone will that picture automatically saved in the album I set up? or what I'm really trying to say is with when I take photos from one iphone can I make it so the photos save into an album easily? rather than the pictures go to the recently added? I hope I explained it ok

Need help with Photo Stream

I am having issues with Photo Stream and iPhoto when the iPhoto library is stored on a Drobo NAS. When I access the library stored on the NAS I see Photo Stream on the menu and when I access the library I get a message that tells me I need to switch Photo Stream to this Library. I did select to switch Photo Stream over to this NAS library and I did get a big blue button that is suppose to start Photo Stream but when I push it nothing happens.
I have contacted Apple support and they said that this is the way Photo Stream works and recommended that I submit a request to have this feature added at Apple\Feedback, if it is something I would like to have. They said if enough people request this feature they will add it but that Photo Stream does not currently support an iPhoto library stored on a remote NAS or shared network drive.
My question is has anyone found a work around for this? If you would like to have this feature added to Photo Stream can you please submit your request to Apple so they will add it, perhaps a little sooner than later?

I checked today and this issue has been solved with the latest iPhoto update from Apple. I am running iPhoto 9.2.3 on my Snow Leopard Server which is sharing a Drobo NAS. I am also running iPhoto 9.2.3 on my MBP running Lion and I can now open my iPhoto Library and Photostream will work with the library and even automatically create events and move all my Photostream pictures into these events within the Library. I can then close the Library on my MBP and open the same Library from my Snow Leopard server and the new Events are there and I can move them around with no problem. Thank you Apple for this fix. Even though I cannot deal with Photostream directly from the Snow Leopard server this is a very eligant work around.

I'm creating a site for my baby with DW 8. I've created a
photo album, but I cant get the same background as the other pages.
What would be an easy way to have all pages including the album
looking the same. Thank you.

New 5g touch need help with photo setting and..

Can someone help me pls. I'm sure anyone who has a 4g touch or iphone 5 or previous iphone can help. I'm coming from ipod touch 2g so a lot of this technology is foreign to me. Anyway, I accidentally synced my photo's from my computer onto my touch. I don't want thousands of pics on there. I can't seem to find a delete button for the albums on the touch. How do I delete them from my ipod? I have transferred pictured I've taken from the ipod to my computer, so I am not worried about deleting them. I have deleted individual pictures but thousands would take forever one by one. Also, I have set this ipod as a new device as I want to be particular about what is on it. So I didn't want to back up from my 2g. I've notice that when I synced and chose the game/apps I wanted on the device that they all reset. the games have deleted their save information and I have to start from scratch. Is this normal?

I think I might need a little clarification on your problem. But just to clarify, the iPod Touch nor the iPhone support synchronization over WiFi, they still have to be synchronized over a physical iPod cable. Are you trying to get both the iPod and the computer connected to the internet? Do you own a wireless router?

Need help with photo syncing

I am trying to help my mom with her iphone and picture question - having no iphone myself I am a little unsure of how to set up her phone. She wants to have her pictures on the phone sync or transfer to her pc when she connects without all of the pictures already on the pc transfer over. How should I set this up?
She has an iphone 4 and is using Windows XP. Thanks

Need help with photo placement & sizing in iPhoto Calendar

Hi,
I am in the process of creating a photo calendar for my wife for Xmas in iPhoto. Initially I just dragged and dropped most of the photos into the layouts I selected without any cropping or anything figuring that they would print out on the calendar exactly as they appeared on the screen. When I was almost all done I needed to crop a photo and in reading about how to do this I got nervous as the manual said iPhoto is not a WYSIWYG program.
My question is if you drag and drop photos into preselected photo layout (1, 2, 3, etc photos to a page without cropping is it safe to assume that they will appear on the final calendar just as they appear on the screen?

Yes, you should see what you see on the screen. However, to make sure all is as it should be, hold down the Option key and click on the Buy button. This will automatically put you is a create pdf file mode for the calendar at the same size as will be printed, 13 x 10.4 inches. You can check the pdf file to make sure all the photos appear as you want them and that all of the text is correct, typos, etc.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 08 libraries and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.

Need help with Photo editing

I just installed elements 11 and was trying to create a photo for my daughter for my daughter by combining two pictures but can not figure how to do it, She has one picture with her niece holding a hand held mirror and another with the face of a fly and I need to insert the fly into the mirror and size it correctly. This seems like a simple task but I'm having trouble merging the two photo's

Make sure that the layers palette is open in Editor, expert mode.
This is a 2 step process:
Open the picture with the fly. Use one of the selection tools, e.g. selection brush, lasso tool, to make a selection of the fly. When the selection is complete, you will see "marching ants" surrounding the fly.
Go to Edit menu>copy to place the fly on the clipboard.
Now open the picture with the mirror. Go to Edit menu>paste. The fly will be on its own layer. Get the move tool out of the toolbox, position the fly, and resize with the corner handles, if necessary.

Need help with delivery address for iPhone 6

I am trying to change the delivery address for my iPhone but UPS says I need to talk to Apple and Apple says its up to UPS. UPS says there is a dedicated line for Apple to call UPS to change the address and Apple says no such line exists. Has anyone successfully changed a delivery address for an Apple product? If I don't figure it out in the next few days my phone is going back to China.

Minimize your iTunes, right click on your Desktop, click Properties, click the Settings tab. Increase your screen resolution to 1024 x 768. If it looks OK, click OK. You should be able to continue with your iPod.

Need help with Facebook albums

Last week I installed iPhoto 09 and uploaded my first album to Facebook - I named this album "2009". I thought I could just add photos from any event to this album, but when I tried to add photos from an event I created today called "Snow" it didn't work. Then I noticed the little icon that looks like a wifi signal was no longer in the title bar of album "2009" under the Facebook panel. Does this mean that album is no longer automatically updating to Facebook? Is there a way I can fix this? Is there a time limit on how long the albums stay dynamic?
I hope this question is clear; thanks in advance for any help!

Might be worth trying one more time after doing the following. Use the menu item Edit > Preferences > Advanced tab and tap Reset cache, then delete any files inside the ...<Music>\iTunes\iTunes Media\Download\ folder (or ...\<Media Folder>\Download\ if your media folder is at a non-standard location)
If things still don't work out open the menu item Store > View My Account, in the Purchase History section tap the link that says See All, then tap the little arrow to the left of the purchase that includes the problem items, tap the Report a Problem button, and then the Report a Problem link for an actual item that won't work properly. Fill in the details and await a reply.
