Need ICloud back up help!
My daughter's new IPod will not back up to ICloud. It keeps saying back up incomplete, but I can back it up to my PC. ICloud is turned on and my Iphone is backing up properly to ICloud, so I am not sure what to do at this point

You might try a forced shutdown to begin with, hold down the top and home buttons together until the device shuts down, then restart it.
First check that your device is correctly connected to the wifi/internet (settings > wifi)
If your back up continually fails, you might try turning off back up on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup) and then deleting the backup file from iCloud by swiping the backup file on the mobile device (settings > iCloud > storage & backup > manage…) and then turning back up on again.
If this doesn't help, try turning off some items for back up in a pattern to try to establish if your problem is being caused by specific data on your device.
Being able to back up to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you don't have access to a computer or have infrequent access to one, however unless you specifically need to use iCloud for back up, you will find backing up to iTunes significantly more convenient and possibly more reliable.

You have Jailbroken your device. Apple does not support Jailbreaking and as such having done so has voided your warranty and forfeited any support from Apple and by extension these forums. We are not allowed to discuss Jailbroken devices in any way by the Terms of Service of the forum.
You will have to find help elsewhere. Ask the person that installed Cydia to restore the phone. -
Hi guys, basically I have backed up my iphone using icloud back up. I was just wondering when I restore this on my new iphone everything will appear right? Cos I have this app with my main pictures and I was wondering if that will restore too along with the password?

I am in need of help. I have an I4s phone & some of my messages/pictures were deleted by accident. I am trying to retrieve those back from my last i-cloud back up. The back up was one a few days ago, the prior info is what I need. I did not back up to computer or i-tunes, i did not think you had to. These prior records are very important & i would like to get them back. I was told this is possible, anyone out there to help?

IMac stolen, I want (need) it BACK! Help?
my house was broken into last night. the culprits must have had a 'shopping list' coz they among other things (computer-related and photography equipment) the iMac - flat screen TV, Radio and other valuable items not touched. i bought the iMac last year as a gift for my husband. now is there anything out there that i can do to recover the computer at all. I need just things I can do to get it back. i believe he had put in his Apple ID to be able to set up iCloud, but i am not sure how far he went with completing the task. would any of this help get a lead in locating it?

If you log into iCloud.com, you will be able to see whether the computer is listed in find my phone or not.
In cases, location information can help the police to recover stolen items, however not all police forces are willing to spend the time using this information. -
Suddenly my main email account is not showing the emails I've kept in line...the other accounts haven't changed at all. I changed no settings, checked everything, no tags are in place. I shut down the program and opened it and nothing. I need those messages back! Where could they be??? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me!
There are several possible reasons that messages seem to 'disappear'.
There are two types of email accounts: IMAP and POP. See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/glossary-terms-including-types-accounts
If you have a POP account and are accessing the mail on more than one computer or smartphone, whichever device reads (downloads) the message first will have it locally, but it will no longer be listed or available on the other devices.
If you have an IMAP account, the message stays on the server, but if one device (user) moves or deletes the message, it will affect the view on all devices. So, for example, if you are using your smartphone and take some action on an email, when you get back to your computer, it will reflect that same action (but you might not have realized what caused it).
Sometimes the index of a mail folder (.msf) will get corrupted. If you right click on the name of the folder and select Properties, a 'Folder Properties' window will open. Select 'Repair Folder'. This may take care of the problem.
Another, less likely, reason for messages not to show up in your inbox is having the preference set to show only unread or recent messages. Then once you read them they seem to disappear.
If you are still having problems, please look at the following items and respond with the information.
1) What operating system do you use (Win8, MAC, Linux, etc)?
2) Are you using IMAP or POP?
3) If your mail server has a browser interface (web mail access such as mail.google.com), do the messages show up there?
4) Right click on the folder in question and select Properties.
a) Number of messages?
b) Size on disk?
5) Left click on the account name; View settings for this account; highlight Server settings;
What choices are marked under "When I delete a message"?
6) What, if any, antivirus program do you have installed? -
Ipad dialog box says iCloud back up, help me fix please
my ipad has a pop up box that says the following: " iCloud Backup this ipad hasnt been updated in 2 weeks. Back up happens when this ipad is plugged in, locked and connected to wifi." It wont let me do anything now, not even shut down.. help
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I have downloaded the latest flash for my mac (running mountain lion 10.8.2) multiple times and have uninstalled it multiple times, but it still says blocked plug in. Im using firefox for now. any help? Firefox and safari are like night and day. i just want safari back.

I lost my ipod touch i need it back please help me
I was running from a car that i saw following me . In the process i had skinny jeans . & ipod didn't fit in all the was in (x ~dirty mind lol~x)
& it fell out , like didn't ever notice it was gone ;o- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod and wifi is on and connect go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.

OS X Lion. 10.7. Your profile says your running 10.6.8, which is Snow Leopard. You need 10.7 to use iCloud with your Mac.

I just bought a new iPhone and accidentally backed it up with my old iPhone backup, I do not want this. I lost everything on my new phone and I need it back. PLEASE HELP! This includes pictures and texts, etc.
So just to be clear, when you say "just bought" how long ago was that? Is it on this new iPhone that you had pictures, texts, etc that you want? Were you backing up to iCloud or onto iTunes?
This may not help for everything but if you go to iCloud.com and log in, are you able to find your pictures there? -
