Need Information @ WAS640 Certification

Dear Friends,
I am looking for the materials & informations to do certification for was640.

There are two certification paths in SAP WebAS. One is Java and another is ABAP.
WebAS Java certification( <a href="http://www50.sap.com/useducation/certification/curriculum.asp?rid=436&vid=5">C_TJA320_04</a> ) is nothing but J2EE, SAP specific Java Technologies - JDI(Java Development Infrastructure) and (Java)Web Dynpro.
If you certify in WebAS Java, Your certification visiting card will have "NetWeaver - Java".
WebAS ABAP certification is ABAP Workbench with ABAP Objects.

The first, i don't speak english very well.... ;)
the company for which work has 3 seats now, but is going to open 5 more.
All these seats are small, and the cost to install Oracle in each one of them is very elevated.
i would like to know to me if Grid Computing can help me centralizing everything in a Seat. The scalability is something very important. and i need have several instances of BD oracle up...

Hi.
By seat, I assume you mean site or location.
It's difficult to answer this type of question as it depends on so many factors. Personally, I would always go for the centralized solution. This way you don't need to worry about replication or distribution of data. Those things are always a nightmare.
RAC is great for high availability, and it will allow you to increase your horsepower as and when you need it, but you still need to consider your performance erquierments up front.
Of course, centralization comes with it's own set of problems. Are you going to connect to the central server via the web, VPN, leased line? What happens when the connection is unavailable?
There is just so much to consider...

i need information about Trending reports and Management reports. Can any body provide me the scenario regarding this issues:

Trend reports are the reports which show a certain trend all over the years
Say, Sales revenue for the year compared to all the previous years...This show what is the trend in the last few years
Management reports high level reports with summarized data which helps in decision making. Say, Vendor performance report...this report shows list of default vendors by ranking them and management can decide to continue or not to continue with certain vendors

I think ur webdynpro service is not active after upgradation.
You have manually activate it.
Go go Tcode SICF,Execute the Initial screen,
and in this new screen give service as your application name and click on filter.
You will get your service below which will be ur application name .
right-Click on the deactivate and activate it or just activate it,.

Hello SAP folks,
I am currently involved in Consumer Portal integration with SAP System. I need information about the right kind of BAPI that would help me to enter and retrieve data from SAP database. I have noted down following funtionality in Sales And Distribution areas where i require a BAPI :
1. Account Management -- > There are concept of Sales rep, Dealer on the consumer Portal. My question is -- > Could anyone suggest some BAPI for creation of User ID for Sales rep and Dealer as well i need information on the BAPI which would also help me displaying the data from SAP database. As far i know, in Customer Master record, we maintain Contact person and Buiness Partners. So how to take up these development into consideration ???
2. Mulitple Credit Card Management --> Please suggest the BAPI for meeting this functionality at Sales order level.
3. Customer Inclusion/Exclusion --> Here the basic need is exclude certain customer from availabling some product. Please suggest the BAPI for this operation.

Assume you have gone through the transaction BAPI,
where you can find all relevant BAPI's .
select the relevant text such as "sales orders" - from the right side of the screen - check "Tools" tab,where you will find "Create BAPI list", click to search for the Function moduels.
