Need installer for Photoshop Album v3.2 to upgrade install of v2.0

I'm supporting an old couple's PC with a valid licensed Photoshop Album 2.0 install. Moving to a different photo management system is not a possibility for many reasons. However, v2.0 has serious limitations with email support. I'd like to get them updated to the latest version Adobe produced for Photoshop Album which I believe is v3.2. How do I get the installer for this obsolete product?

Which files need installation for Photoshop and Premiere Elements 9

In the list of files for download for the Photoshop and Premiere Elements 9 Plus package that I just purchased,
(Windows 7) there is a single "Premiere Content ALL" file of ~4.2GB. There are also 6 files called "Premiere
Content 1" (and 2 2nd 3), and "Premiere Content 1 HD" (and 2 and 3).
After smooth installs of the PSE and PRE programs proper, in doing the install of the "Premiere Content ALL"
file, it seems like the "Content 1-3 and 1-3 HD" files were included in it (judging by the file nmes flashing on
the screen during the install, and in poking around in the install directory).
What I would like to know is: are the 6 Content 1-3 and 1-3 HD file included in the Content ALL file, and if so,
are they at the same revision level as what's in the Content ALL file.
I don't want to just try installing the individual Content files over the ALL file install, as that might well screw
something or other up.
I tried getting an answer to this on the phone with Adobe support, but could not get an unambiguous answer
from either of the two support people I spoke to.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply.   The real question though was/is are ALL the files contained in the 6 separate content archive files
(Content 1, Content 2, Content 3, Content HD 1, Content HD 2, and Content HD 3) also contained in the single archive
file called Content ALL?
Since I was unable to get a definitive answer to that question, I went ahead and downloaded all 7 of the Content archive
files, extracted all of the archived files in the *.7z files and compared the timestamps and sizes of the files in the 6 individual archives to the timestamps and sizes of the files from the "ALL" archive.   The files within the 6 archives matched those
in the ALL archive.
And since the sizes of all 7 *.exe files are identical, I suspect they are all the same and simply invoke an unarchiver
for their respective 7z file, using their own filename as the argument to the builtin program.
The overall result is that I have verified to my own satisfaction that the contents of the 6 individual Content XX files
*are* contained within the single Content ALL file.
It would have been NICE if Adobe had bothered to TELL their customers that, so they wouldn't spend twice the time in
downloading 6 unnecessary files which in reality just duplicate the ALL file.   Plus in my case, spending an hour or
two verifying that the contents of the 6 files were also in the ALL file.   Sheesh.

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.

I'm getting the following error "The extension cannot be installed because licensing verification failed" when i try to install the trial version of Portraiture for Photoshop CC 2014. I have installed cloud, and i've tried the install through Adobe Extension Manager but I have the same error message - I have checked passwords, reinstalled Extension manager, removed the trial version download and reinstalled it - 4 hours later and still nothing???? Need help regarding Photoshop Album Starter Edition 3.0

When I got a new camera about 4 years ago, it came with this software. I loaded it up, but never used it. I normally just create a new folder on my desktop and click and drag the shots from the computer to the desktop. I do this by just opening up my computer, find the external drive and then click and drag.
Here is the problem though. My wife decided to download photos from my daughters b-day party. When she plugged in the card reader, this photo album starter automatically opened and started to drag the photos into the program.
Although this shouldn't be a problem it is a large issue. Since I never used the product, I never registered for it either. So when I just tried to register for it, it told me the program is no longer able to be registered for. And when I hit the register later button, it shuts down the program. Therefore, it will not allow me to grab the photos and save them to a file on my desktop.
Can anyone tell me a way around this, please?

New Installation of PhotoShop Album Starter Edition 3.2

I previously installed Photoshop Album 2.0 and tagged many pictures, created several collections, and albums. My OS, Windows XP Home crashed; I then copied all my files from that hard drive to a new hard drive. Note I did not have the opportunity to backup my PS files.
When I installed Photoshop Album 3.2 it showed no photos at all. If possible, I don't want to recreate the collections, albums, and tags. How can I retrieve the photos that were saved in Photoshop Album before the crash?
The photo files are currently on my hard drive. Is there anyone who might have the solution to my problem on how to retrieve my collections???

Sorry for the confusion. There is an application called Photoshop Album.
The last version was version 2.0 and is no longer supported. That is
why I wanted to clarify. Adobe actually probably thought you were
talking about the same application. It doesn't get any better, this is
the only support you get with the free version... End-Users like
yourself. ;)
Back to your uninstall/reinstall. As I understand it then, you backed up
your personal files and then formatted the drive.
So at this point, you HAVE installed 3.2, but you do not see your
collections? I can only assume from this that you did not back up the
catalog in 2.0 because this was not possible at the time.
It is likely then that your tags/collections are no longer in tact. You
will need to retag all of the images again. I'm sorry about that.
Is it possible to find your catalog in the backup that your created?
This would obviously save you a LOT of trouble.

Installer for Photoshop Elements 9.0

Hi,
I bought the licence for Photoshop Elements 9 via the website less than a year ago. I am now using a new machine, as my previous one went to Mac heaven. Please can you point me to the Photoshop Elements 9.0 installer so that I can download it and set it up on my new machine? I have no interest in purchasing Elements 10. I have barely used Elements 9, so I want to use it some more to get my money's worth!
(BTW, I do have backups of the old machine - the data, but not the installer.)

Assistance for photoshop album starter 3.0

Hi,
I need help with my album starter. I can see the pictures in the computer but i cannot retrieve it.. I need to get it back because my husbands surgery in there and my sons 21st birthday It's very important to get those pictures. I tried calling the phone support however they couldn't help me coz they no longer support it.. they advised me to download the 3.2 and took a very long time to download it because I'm on a dial connection. Still the 3.2 did not worked. Please help me out retrieving those pictures.

Need help with a Silent Installer for Photoshop Elements 10

I can't seem to get the silent installer working. I've used the Elements 9 instructions for 10 but I still get pop-ups requesting info:
