Need Intsalll on drivers help

Hi, i have managed to to put windows on my mac air. However i cant acess the internet. I understand that i need the drivers of which i have downloaded the support software on to a flash drive. How do i install this onto the windows version. not sure which folder i need to use. All confuses me. Help Please.

Plug the flash drive into your Air while Windows is running, open it and run Setup.exe (if it does not run automatically)

HT2305 I have a new computer with Windows 8 OS. Do I need to install drivers so that my Ipod Nano will sync with this new computer:

My daughter gave me a new Ipod (Nano) for Christmas. I had no problem download my songs from my old Ipod (Shuffle) to the new one. However - since I do not buy songs on a regular basis, I did not buy a new song until 4/29/13. Now for information...sometime in March my old laptop died, completely. I had to go buy a new one - which I did and this new one has Windows 8 Operating System on it (which I hate, btw).
Now, when I bout a song on Tuesday, the song did not go to my new Ipod. I tried everything and finally had to talk to a tech - who was very kind in helping me and we did get all my songs from Itunes to this new computer. I thought the song I bought would then go on the Ipod - but it did not. I had already hung up from the tech - since we had been talking on the phone for about an hour. He informed me that he was giving me a "courtesy break" because it has been over 90 days since my new Ipod was purchased ---- just my darn luck!
Anyway, I have figured out on my own that the new Ipod Nano is not synced with the new laptop with Windows 8. I have been trying for the last 2 hours to get it to do so and in doing so, found out that Windows 8 is not mentioned in any of the help forums. So...my question is: Do I need to install drivers on the computer or what? I will not be purchasing anymore music from Itunes until I get this matter resolved. Any help will be apreciated. Thank you.

Before I install MX922, do I need to uninstall drivers for MP800 first?

My MP800 is out after many years of service due Error Code 6500. Before I install MX922, do I need to uninstall drivers for MP800? Or just install MX922 as normal? Running OS X 10.10 Yosemite on Mac mini. I want my scanned images done by MP800 to remain on my mac of course. Thanks.

You don't have to uninstall the drivers for the PIXMA MP800 prior to installing the PIXMA MX922; however, if you would like to, you can reset the printer system on your Mac to uninstall the drivers without removing the scanned images. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Printers & Scanners.
2. Hold down the Control key as you click in the list at the left, then choose “Reset printing system” from the menu that appears. After you reset the printing system, the list of printers in Printers & Scanners preferences should be empty. If your printer is still listed on the left select your printer and then click the minus (-) button to delete it.
3. Restart your Mac.
You can now install the drivers for the PIXMA MX922.

If you don't know what model wireless card your model has, please do the following steps and I will post the link to the wireless driver you need.
Go to the device manager and click on the Network Controller needing drivers.
Then click on the Details tab at the top of the network controller window.
Now you see a Property drop down list and it is defaulted to Device Description.
Drop down on that and select the second item on the list (Hardware ID's).
Post the top string of characters that begin with PCI\VEN.

Need SQR ODBC Drivers / Download +Installer

Can someone help me? We are using an old version of SQR (6.1.3 Bld 90), from the days just after Brio bought it. We are having trouble with our ODBC drivers, as we migrate the developers' PCs to WinXP / Win2k. All was fine in NT. Reinstalling from the disk is possible, but the ODBC install overwrites stuff (doesn't give option to just install the drivers) ... the Oracle drivers work fine, once a report is compiled, but ... we can't compile because the registry referents are out of whack, and we discovered this too late to save a version that WAS working. So ... we need either (a) drivers and a way to install them or (b) a way to unpack them from the data.z file on the install disk ... or some other answer. We cannot upgrade for a whole variety of reasons at the present time (maybe later in the year, but not now). PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!! I currently have Developer 2000, R2.1, but i want to be able to install the ODBC drivers on other machines that do not have any other Oracle software installed.
Surely there's any easier way to do this. Am i missing something? What is the pathway to install Oracle ODBC drivers on machines that have no other oracle software installed?

CQ50z-100 Need ALL XP Drivers Video Network Audio Wireless

Good Day! I hope All are having a pleasant one. I Have a Compaq Presario CQ50z-100 Notebook. I purchased it from Ebay and it came with a mostly clean drive, only Windows XP Home, and a basic setup. I need the hardware drivers for the Network Interface, NVIDIA Video, Audio (not sure regarding hardware, chipset, "SB compatible", Conexant? I'm guessing), Wireless, and whatever else you can think of or that you believe might be helpful.
The CQ50z-100 is an Oddball Model and I couldn't find much info about it on the site.
Any Assistance will be Greatly Appreciated.

Sata Controller Drivers - Help!

I've had to replace the hard drive and have a brand new 120GB Seagate SATA 7200RPM 8MB Cache, however i do not have any of the original floppy discs or driver discs for the motherboard.
I've been to both the Intel & MSI site and neither of which have any SATA COntroller drivers, i need them as i want to load Win XP Pro SP2 onto the SATA and its my only drive!!
Please someone help!

You don't need any SATA drivers for WinXP and that board. The board just makes Windows see 2 more IDE channels. But you have to configure it properly in the BIOS.
Use Native Mode to enable both IDE channels and both SATA channels.
BIOS>>Integrated Peripherals>>On-Chip IDE Config.
Set like below (taken from Maesus FAQ)

S-ATA Keep Enabled: Yes if you chose PATA only

Q: What is S-ATA Ports Definition?
There are two options: P0-1st/P1-2nd and P0-3rd/P1-4th. If you choose P0-1st/P1-2nd, your Port-0 S-ATA (SER-1) will become the 1st IDE Master, ie IDE-1 Master. and Port-1 S-ATA (SER-2) will become 2nd IDE Master. If you plan to boot with SATA HDD, it's recommended to set to P0-1st/P1-2nd. If you plan to boot with PATA HDD, it's recommended to set to P0-3rd/P1-4th.
Then save the Bios and re-boot back into BIOS.
Go to BIOS>>Advanced features>>Boot Device Select and make sure the new SATA drive is in the list and where you want it (most people put after the floppy & CD/DVD drives).
If the above doesn't work, try the same settings above with ATA Configuration set to "PATA Only".
Don't worry if some settings above are greyed out. Changing any options causes others to be unavailable in some cases. Again remember to check the "Boot Device Select" menu after changing the IDE Config menu.
Make sure you read the FAQ from the link I posted above. Lots of good info you needed there; specifically the section on HDD's.

Its easy to find out what the devices needs the drivers.
The VEN ID and DEV ID can be checked here:

This means the nVidia nForce 730i SMBus Controller
Recommend installing the nVidia Chip Set Utility and nVidia graphic card driver
On the Toshiba EU driver page you can find the version for Win 7. Try it!

Try doing a level reformat of the iPod's flash storage instead to see if that kills the restore loop using the instructions in the article below.

I assume you know where your catalogue file (the lrcat file) is located. In the same folder is a previews lrdata folder which you should delete or rename in Explorer, then start LR again.
If I've made incorrect assumptions above, sorry, and we'll go back over it from the start.

As far as I know they can't be deleted, just remove any personal info from it (credit card details etc) and stop using it.
If you downloaded any content via it then you will need to remember it and it's password, as content is tied to the account that bought/downloaded it, so if you move to a new computer you'll need to authorise the account on it if you want to use any of its content there (or if you bought apps with it you'll only be able to download updates to them via that account)

It only uses 32bit, and my computer needs 64bit.   Please help.

The Adobe photoshop elements 12 is useless to me. I can't seem to get anyone at Techsoup to help and trying to get Adobe to help is runaround. What should I do to get it to run on my computer. Please someone in the forum let me know how switch out the download for the correct one.

64-bit windows can run 32-bit applications just fine and always has. They are just limited to a small amount of memory.   If something isn’t working it’s likely another problem like an incomplete download or trying to install the Mac version on a PC or something like that.

If you can’t get things to work, then please post a screenshot of the error and a description of what you’re trying to do that lead to the error.
Also the term “downloading” refers to transferring a file from a remote server, across the internet, to your local computer.   The term “install” means running the program that was downloaded on your local computer to put the working program on your computer that you can run.
It would be helpful to know if your saying that the actual transfer across the internet part isn’t working, or if that part seemed to work, but when you run that installer program you’re seeing an error.
