...yes, I knew that there are no more updates. I was hoping for a super-secret workaround...since the project was originally created in the exact same version that I'm trying to open it in, there might be a bug that someone has figured out.
Precisely why I use PPro now. FCP is a headache at best...but this...there is no logical reason why this would happen.
...borrowed a friends macbook pro w/ FCP 7, it opened...migrated the XML files to PPro...all done now.

I was billed for a renewal with eHarmony via iTunes that does not work. Eharmony said itunes claims the charge didnt go through but I have already been billed it is on my bank statement. Yes, I reported the problem using that exact sequence immediately after discovering the problem with the app. When I submitted my complaint and request, Apple redirected me the website of the app manufacturer where I submitted the same complaint/request for refund. I have not heard back from either, and was still charged, so I can only assume that is not the correct way to "Report a Problem" even though Apple would have you believe otherwise.

For some reason this is not working
I am a fairly new (but not completely inexperienced) flash
user, and I am trying to do something which I thought would be
relatively simple but has turned in to a huge production. Basically
all I want is some animated text that is also a button that goes to
the next scene. The text just sits there on the stage, cycling
through different colors, and then when you click on it, it goes to
the next scene. I was really sure I knew how to do this but for
SOME reason it is not working. I have provided a link to my .fla

Hi I just bought an Adobe photoshop lightroom 5 from amazon. It just came in the mail, and I am trying to install it. What I am having problem is the serial number. As I put the serial number in it says that this is an updated serial number and it needs the previous serial number. I don't have that because this is the first light room I have.
You purchased the wrong license. You should have purchased Lightroom at the full price. I don't know what the Amazon price is, but Adobe sells it for $149. You will have to contact Amazon and see if there is any way you can exchange for the right license.

I have used Firefox for over a year. For some reason it quit working and I can't seem to fix it. I uninstalled and reinstalled the download and it's still not working. When I click on the icon it says unable to connect.
Yes, if you repurchase it you may lose your progress. The exception would be a game that stored all your progress on a server under your ID
If you want to retain your progress you have two choices:
1. Don't apply the update.

I have a macbook pro with OSX Mavericks 10.9.5 and some keys randomly are not working. Specifically, the enter/return button, the "p", "0", ";", and all the function keys. What's really weird is that happens randomly. I've never spilled anything on it, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix this. Can anyone help? of course this happened after my warranty expired.

I don't know if this will help someone but I am posting this for that purpose. In the past when I first had this problem, I'd read a post somewhere (sorry, long ago, don't have the link) where an individual was having the same problem and they stated that when the MBP got heated, that's when the keys would stop working, and they went into the MBP and jiggle some stuff around (a specific wire, I'm not electronically inclined so I know NOT of what they spake!). Well I didn't want to do that but it always stuck in the back of my mind. I had given up, really, and was planning to take my MBP to the apple store. But by chance one night I left my MBP on the floor where it's cool, and when I turned it on, the problem went - poof! It seems there was some validity to the post that spoke about heat, because my problems started when I would stream foreign dramas on my MBP for hours at night, and I would hear the fan going off all the time, and in the mornings, my "p", "enter", "0", ";", and all the function keys would stop working.
So, maybe try keeping the MBP in a cool place when it's off. Since I've started doing this overnight every night (keeping it on the cool floor, out of reach of any big feet), I have not had a single problem with my keyboard.

I had problems uninstalling Apple Mobile Support, I had to repair it first before I could uninstall it. You will have to restart the computer after all the uninstalls, and before reinstalling ITunes. I reinstalled ITunes from the Apple website afterwards (fresh download) ... everything works for me now that I have done this. -

If you are running Lion or Mountain Lion, the drivers are downloaded from within Bootcamp Assistant. If you are running Snow Leopard the drivers are on your Snow Leopard install disk.
