E-recruitment Config documents

Hi Experts,
I'm new to SAP E-Recruiting ECC6, my client is using this along with ESS and MSS. If you have any configuration guide,please send it over to me. Offcourse, you need to be aware of functional processes - what functionality is standard SAP E-recruiting providing and make it use as per as your customer environment.
IMG configuration node in spro will always be helpfull - Read each and every node and just implement it.
There are no specific documents available.

I can suggest u the customizing steps for CRM billing.
If u want to do customizing for CRM billing follow the following steps:-
u2022First of all make the item category for sales and services tht u r using as relevant for CRM billing.
u2022Goto Customer Relationship Management>Billing>Define Billing Types and define the billing type. In this step, you define billing types to specify the characteristics and properties of a billing document (an invoice, credit memo or debit memo, for example). The billing type attributes determine how the system behaves during the billing process
u2022Goto Customer Relationship Management>Billing>Define Billing Types --> Define Item Categories .In this step, you define the item categories for CRM Billing. The item category determines the properties and characteristics of billing due list items and billing items (normal service items, and credit/debit memo items, for example).The item category attributes determine how the system behaves during the Input Processing and Billing processes.
u2022Goto Customer Relationship Management>Billing>Define Billing Types > Define Item Categories> Item Category Determination--> Assign Item Categories. In this step, you assign a combination of the business transaction type (that is, process type of the source application) and the item category of the relevant CRM business transaction to an item category in CRM Billing.
u2022Also for integration with R3 goto Billing> Integration> Transfer of Billing Documents to Accounting> Transfer to Accounts Receivable Accounting (FI-AR)> Assign Document Types. In this activity you determine which accounting document types will be used to post billing documents in SAP ECC Accounts Receivable (FI-AR).
u2022Also u need to do the following settings--> Assign Billing Units to Service/Sales Organizations. In this activity you define which billing unit should be determined from the characteristics sales organization and service organization. This applies for service processes in CRM Online that are billed in CRM Billing, and posted as billing documents in SAP R/3 Financial Accounting (FI).

Yes. Quite a few actually.
Starting with Apple's own iBooks App, I also see many recomendations for Goodreader, and Adobe's own PDF Reader. Just to name a few. Look for them in the App Store. iBooks and Adobe reade are free. You can also search the App Store for other alternatives.
Also for most PDF's the Mail App can open them directly.

I need to work on documents in both my iMac and air book. But I have to download document and them upload it, and when I upload it I can't open it unless I open it on my phone first. Yet changes made on phone appear straight away. Does this make sense????

On your Macs open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to Documents & Data, then reselect that box then restart your Macs.
On the iPhone tap Settings > iCloud. Switch Documents & Data off then back on then reset the iPhone.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
See if you can open the files now without opening on the iPhone first.

SUS Confirmation Document not Created MM-SUS scenario

Hello Team,
I am facing lots of issues regarding GR document is not found in SUS system.
We are creating the GR document in MM system and transfer this document using report RPODDELVRY.
I have checked IDOC generted and transferred correctly.Subsequent XML is also there in SUS system using SXMB_MONI transaction.
But system has not created SUS confirmation document.
I have also checked the table Item table backend specific BBP_PDBEI entries are there for that material dcoument, corresponding header enteries are not found in backend specific BBP_PDBEH.We are using plan driven procument scenario.
Can you please help me in resloving this issue, why system has not generated the SUS confirmation no.What have to be done in resolving this.

SUS PO document number same as ECC PO number

Hi Experts,
We are on SRM 7.0 with ECC EHP4, SUS4.0 with SRM on single client.
The requirement is to have the same SUS PO document number as the ECC PO number so that supplier would not require to refer to another number and avoid confusions.
Else can we hide SUS document link and enable the PO document number as a link for processing in SUS. Please let me know the best possible solutions if any.

Hi Devi,
There seems a liitle chance of confusion as the ECC PO no. is also displayed along with SUS document number in the "List of PO" screen and also in the PO secreen.
Making ECC PO no. as a link would defitely require development and then you have to hide the SUS document no. to avoid presumed confusion.
What i have proposed to my client is that we will include the ECC PO no. on the PO print (through smartforms). This was well accepted.
You may try to propose this.
If not accepted then the only way is development.

Need to put help document on home page.

Hi All..... in my project several users are not trained on oracle HRMS as to how to use the selfservice due to being on leave. I have prepared a document with screenshots on how to use the functions. I want to put this document in home page.
So when user logs in can see this document. Is there any way to place a document on the self service pages through personbalization. Users shoud be able to see it for reference.

One way of doing is to create the Item with item type as "Spacer" in the Home Page personalization screen.Then attach this item and you can give the link of your document in the Text column of this item . You need to put the document on some location which can be accessed by every one.
