I need to run Photoshop CS3 and open files from NIKON DSLR RAW NEF and I have 0S 9.2, and Fry's San Diego computer store say it will not run on my Titanium the new OS X.v10.5 and APPLE store dont sell TIGER, where can I buy it new, Thanks

BENQ FP718 Windows XPFirst, your iPod may need to fully charge which can take a couple hours. You may benefit from downloading the 2nd gen nano manual if you haven't already. If after allowing it to charge for a bit longer and still no life (try this with the iPod ejected from the computer to see if it will power on) then there may be another problem.

I am trying to back up my new iphone through my itunes and its not working
I am trying to set up my new iphone, and i need to back it up through itunes since i never backed my old one up with icloud, but once i select the "back up with itunes" on my phone startup, it tells me to connect to itunes, which i do and then my phone syncs, but nothing is transferred to my new phone, and the screen is stuck on saying "connected to itunes"
I'll reload it tonight when I get home...basically, I bought a new iPhone and downloaded some new medical apps. also had to download an update for iTunes into my mac laptop so I could access iCloud (which was NOT on my prior iTunes software)
When I synched my new iPhone with the newly downloaded iTunes, I registered my iphone and tried to "back it up" to iCloud and the message indicating that "the required file was not found or has a permissions error...." popped up.
How do I correct the permissions error, or...am I able to do this somewhere? Or...how do I find the file that is missing?

An iPhone backup to a computer via iTunes stores the photos in a backup file that is only meant to be be used if needed to restore back to the phone. There is 3rd party "extractor" software available but otherwise the photos are not directly viewable.
The backup via iTunes was a good idea and your Camera Roll photos should be there and should be able to be restored to your new phone. However if it was me I wouldn't rely on that alone. I would also import the photos to a computer where you can see and verify that you have a copy. That is a good idea at any time (not just when you know you might need it). Any phone can be lost, broken, suffer hardware issues, etc at any time and lose all data on it. Urgent help needed - new to Macs, accidently cut and paste over top of photo folder and now no sign of folder or file, no auto back-up in place, how can I restore photos pls
Thanks for prompt reply, yes we have tried that but have now closed down the browser we where the photos were.
We haven't sent up time machine, do you know whether there is any roll-back function on a Mac?

My iPad has been stolen. Someone broke into my house on Tuesday. I have already tried locking it through icloud. I have reported this to the authorities but they cannot do much unless I give them the serial number to the iPad. With the serial number they can put it into a database and send that inormation to pawn shops, so i the theie tries to pawn it, the pawn shop employeee can convscate the iPad and hand it over to the authorites. I need the serial number to report it to the authorities. I dont have the box it came in or the receipt and its not on my itunes on the computer because I didnt use it or music, just pictures. Can someone please help??? btw, some words are misspelled becasue the letter that comes ater the letter E, doesnt work on my keybord.

For the new iPhone 5s - is there not an option anymore to edit imessages without deleting the whole stream? There are some things I need to keep within a stream and some not necessary, and it looks as like no editing within a conversation?
Now I also know about pulling the message to the left to see the time stamp. Good to know, although I preferred it being right where I could see it without having to do a swipe or keystroke.

I got my Imac and Trackpad in may so its new and the batterys have run out on the trackpad, so i have put new batterys in and its not even turning back on i have tried the batterys the other way round ( i used duracell) and still not working, so i put the old batterys in and it still wont turn on. I am getting so angry woth apple things, the make it sound better than it is and over pice it, i paid over a grand for my imac and it dont even come with a cd SLOT. Please can some one help!
Edge has very clear restrictions, one being that you must have 6 months of clean payment history which you don't. Either wait until April 14, or good luck at Sprint.
I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions. -

i've setup a new account on my PC and its lost all my songs apart form 14 of them and i can only see my apps that were already on my iphone and ipad and also i cant download my songs/apps that i already own.
You have to download the iPhone version of the app - if there are two different versions and if you do not want to pay for the iPad version.
Look in the App Store for the iPhone version and then try to download that one, -

My Ipod is frozen!!! Its a 4th generation and its frozen on an app, Ive tried everything like holding down the lock screen and stuff and its not showing the red thing to slid to shut it down....This is my only thing to use to contact my friends and its not working, i dont have a phone and i cant get one, so this is the onlything i have.....PLEASE HELP!!!

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
