There is no certification exam for Reports.
Forms Certification is obtained by achieving PL/SQL OCA and taking a relevant forms exam to achieve Forms OCP.

So Please mention clearly the benefit of giving exams for a new version like 11g.
What follows should be taken as IMHO. It is your time/money/expense to choose as you will.
If you take older version exams then you have not demonstrated initiative to to study using more modern exams with more relevant topics taking on board more recent features.
Hopefully as Pearson has is already identified one Oracle DBMS 12c exam (1z1-060) in its offerings (not currenty bookable I may add); and as 12c RDBMS is on the soon to be in production in 2013; and because of the indicator of ISBN-13: 978-0071820288 ....... 1z0-147 and 1z0-007 should finally be retired in 2013, IMHO not before time.
( 1z0-147 is more 9i (or 8i) than 10g ... in fact possibly inappropriate for 10g )

Oracle 11g certification in Developer track

I would like to go for Oracle 11g certification in Developer track. I've already given 1Z0-051 paper.
Is OCA 11g certification in Developer track now available. And if it is not currently available, I believe when it is going to be released the first paper is going to the be same (1Z0-051) and I could give the second paper and get the certification.
Please advise.

Urgent : Develop WSDL manually

Currently we are using Axis framework to Generate WSDL. Generated WSDL c
For eg :
Input Object -> Request1
Output Object -> Request2
Both Request 1 and Request 2 MAPS to Request Object.
(This how the general framework looks)
Client needs more clarity on WSDL
They don't want Request1,Request2 and then MAP Request
They directly want Request Object to be present in WSDL.

Sure, download JWSDP 2.0 (http://java.sun.com/webservices/downloads/webservicespack.html) use JAX-WS's wsimport to import the WSDL you plan to publish. Write an implementation implementing the generated interface. Package that up in a WAR file with the WSDL and publish it There are examples of doing this in JAX-WS (http://jax-ws.dev.java.net).
Note, JAX-WS allows you to customize the WSDL is generated from a Java endpoint implementation using annotations.

OCA in developer track

Hi,
I am an OCA in DBA track by completion of the exams 1z0-007 and 1z0-030. Now I want to take up OCA in developer track. I believe that the exams to be taken up are 1z0-007 and 1z0-147. Could anyone please confirm if I am in the right track to go for the exam 1z0-147?

According to Oracle Certification Program, in order to get Developer OCA (Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate)you should give on of belowe listed exams

Making changes at different stages of Development Track

This is a general question. I was wondering what Configuration needs to be imported into NWDS at different stages of Development Track with let's say 3 run time systems, dev-test-prod, defined per track. When i start the development i will import _dev configuration and add DCs, But not sure which configuration to be downloaded at the other sages. Post activation modifications, post release modifications etc..

DJ My question was in the context that, i have followed the scenario 3 tutorial for Development of techno and appl described on help.sap.com. In this tutorial i never came across a scenario where i need to import configuration back after i have, lets say activated the changes or may be after releasing the changes. If one comes across such a situation what configuration one needs to import from sld?
Hope i make myself clear? My apologies for the confusion.
Also what happens if one uses the same system for both dev and test, does the component get deployed multiple times on the same machine? I am squeezing in this question here, not sure if should do that or start a new thread.

i am facing an issue while developing a report.
i am using a table QAMV (LOGIC stated below)
pass inspection lot no. pick MIC , MIC Description
issue is that against single inspection lot no. multiple MIC are assigned. How i can pick all MIC , MIC Description by entering inspection lot no.
ABAPer is asking for another primary key to fetch all MIC. According to abper he is unable to fetch all MIC on the basis of single inspection lot no.

the requirement says
When a user submits an ID they have to choose who sold the product from the sold by field.This has to be chosen correctly otherwise there will be issues in sales and commission process.I need to develop a report to detect immediately when an Id is created which seems to be suspect.A suspect ID is one in which a salesperson was chosen on a customer who is not assigned to that sales person territory
for example: if danny is in Kathy territory is assigned to a customer in Texas which is Larry territory.
any suggestions will be helpful for me...

You ask for help, yet all you give is conceptual data. How do you expect help on writing the report?
Q) What defines "territory"? Is it a flag? Zip code? City?
Here is an answer based on a lot of assumptions:
I would have to assume that territory is defined by something like city, state, or zip code. If so, you could start with this:
When a customer submits an ID, along with who he/she selects as a salesperson -- I assume this is a drop down box to eliminate multiple entries of the same person due to variations in spelling -- thep person's address, city, state and zip are included as well. Let's assume that territory is defined by zip code. With the salesperson's name and the zip of the customer captured, you have the basis for comparison.
Based on the table of all your salespeople and their territory (zip code in my assumption), you can create a report that contains a concatenated field of salesperson||zip code. This will produce a report with all possible combinations of salesperson and territory. This report will be your sub-query.
Now you have your main query based on the customer activity table and you create a concatenated field of salesperson (chosen-by-customer)||zip code (of the customer). You will put a filter on this concatenated column and have it based on the results of another request (your sub-query) with the operand "not equal to/not in."
If any record in the main query does not match an entry from the sub-query, that record will display. It will be a report that contains customers who chose a sales person who doesn't have that territory.
That's how you build your report.

One generate a HTML file and use the Web.Show_Document to display the help file.
Two use shareware like 'Help Workshop' which can be found at www.cnet.com.

Need to develop a feature which is similar to calendar app (Repeat:Weekly, Monthly etc) type.

How to develop a view mentioned in the above screen shots (I have got above screens from the calendar app)? Just like above I should show label on the right side and value will be left side. After selecting value, it should redirect to another view(with multiple options) upon selecting one option it should come back to previous screen automatically. Can some one provide me the solution, I need to develop same kind of feature in my project. My project is related to travelling, left side I have to show trip label, right side default value will be recent trip, after selecting this recent trip it should redict to other view, there we will have many past and present trips. Upon selecting one option, he should come back automatically. Thanks in advance.
