Need only BW Business Content Reports

Hi All,
Please help me identify the Business content reports only from the below modules. If u have any link for the business content,it would be helpful for me, I have tried accessing SAP help.com, but I am not having all the business content reports.
Module Names : MM, SD, PP, QM, FI and CO
Kindly help me!

Standard Business Content Reports

Hello,
We are on the latest SAP BI version and we also have the BO - Cystal and Xcelsius.
My question is when I try to look for standard business content, I couldn't find any.
Am I missing something here, please giude me through.

Crystal Reports I don't believe has anything like that, we have sample reports but not likely what you are looking for.

HR Business Content Reports

Can any one tell me are these reports available in BW as well.
Please give me the technical name of reports and data targets on which these are based.

Go to administrator workbench T-code : RSA1 in the business content folder under info providers by infoareas. in the middle screen u can see the human resources folder under that u can find the various cubes under HR.

Business Content Reports -Financial Accounting and Controlling

I am working on Reporting piece..I have no prior experience in Reporting, Now I am struggling to understand the reporting background from Business view and what are the reports availabel in BC and how to analise them.
Now I am just thinking I will understand about reports one by one module wise, is there anyone who can guide about Financial Accounting and Controlling and SD

Will they ask any request number?

it depends on the transport settings.....if u have kept standard settings for transport on, it will ask u request number....otherwise u can save it as local & then assign request no. to it whn u will transport ....

Business Content WAD reports

Dear All,
Can any one tell me the method for viewing the business content WAD reports in BW3.5/7.0
and as well as exucuting the reports also for the business content cubes.
for Eg: I want to see the WAD Business content reports for HR module for the Business content cube;0PA_C01.

Hi Goto Business Content and change the grouping to "In flow afterwards" or "Before and After"
then select the cube you need and then you will find the reports as well as web template built on that.
Then you can install the web template or query necessary for you.
If you know the web template or query name, go to Web template in Business content screen and select the the web template object and transfer it on the right side and instal.

Hi,
As we have technical documentation for SAP BI business content BI reports on SAP HELP Portal,
is there any link where we can find the technical documentation for business content reports supported by SAP BOBJ Rapid marts for R/3 solution like for HR module.
I would like to know what kind of reports are available as a part of rapid mart business content and what are the measures ( key figures ), dimensions ( characteristics ) supported by each of these standard business content rapid mart reports.
I have referred business guide and user guide for HR rapid marts but they just give an overview of what analysis can be done.But there is no technical documentation for each of the possible rapid mart reports.

FS 10N only getting one business area report

Hai all,
We r using 4.7 version while using t.code fs10n we r getting only one business area report, we r having six business ares
can any one suggest steps to get all other business area reports

Hi,
If u use Txn FS10N u can include all the business area in one report. i think there's a button called "multiple selection" beside business area field. just click the button and fill in all the related business area which u wanna see in "select single value"'s tab.
hope this will solve ur problem.

Reg. business content doubts

when installing business content it is showing level 1, 2 ...
what does it mean. how many levels are there.
How to know the infoobject name of a field. for example what will be the business content name of a particular infoobject.
normally how long it will take to install. whether to install in background is advisable.

Hi Sridhar,
SAP delivered the object in "D" version and we need to activate those as per our project need.
Now Business content can be installed as (assuming you are doingfor CUBE):
1) Only necessary object (this will insalled only infoobjects, atteributes which are comprosing of cube)
2) data flow before (will installed Update rule, transfer struc, comm. struc, infosources, and so on)
3) data flow afterwords (will installed queries, reports, templates, workbooks, multiprovider if any.)
4) data flow before and afterword (this installed step 3 & 4 combined)
Now level depicts the kind of hierrarchy under which that objectcan be located. Ex: you are installing perticuler Infoobject, so the level will be kind of Infoarea --> Info Catalog --> infoobject.

Business Content Questions - Urgent

Can you please help me with the following questions...
1. I installed business content for CRM Sales Activities. I was also successful in loading transaction data. There is some master data that also needs to be loaded, but many of the master data datasources are not available when I checked RSA5 in the CRM system. How should I approach this problem?
   2. When installing business content, if "match (X) or copy" is selected and if we select background installation, will the system overwrite the objects or will it leave it in the existing version?
   3. When activating business content reports, I get the error "BEx transport request xx is not suitable or not available". What could this mean?
   4. After development, do I simply gather all the objects and transport them to QA/PRD or do I have to activate business content in QA/PRD systems also?

3.Try to get the authorizations if you are transporting from dev to quality or dev to prod.
pls chk whether you stored in $tmp package.

1. why they are used?
2. What is the advantage of Business content query against a customized query for a Business content cube?

Hi Samala,
For each Module we have Business content queries
for example : SD,MM,PM,PP etc For these we have business content queries.
We take SD as eaxample: SAP has given business content quries in SD, If the client satisfis with the Business content query, There is no need to create new query. We can use the same query.
If the client has some new requirement like adding 1 extra field to the business content report, at this time we need to customize the query.
Advantages of Business content : No need to create new query, Lot of time and manpower save

Business Content for CRM

All,
We are in the Blue Print phase of our CRM project. During the Integration of CRM 7 EHP 1 to our BW 7 EHP 1 system we notice a parcular issue. After executing all the necessary steps on both the CRM side and the BW side, we notice that only a handful of data sources are being activated when choosing the RSDS activation mode. The work around, we had to delete the datasources we want to use but that were not automatically activated, and then reactivate using 3.x mode.
Both systems are on the latest SPS and both systems have the same version of SAP_BW and BI_CONT 7.04. Is this the way it is suppose to work? Is business content delivered on 3.x version? Do we need to convert Business Content to 7.0 before trying to activate it?

As you are upgradeing to CRM 7.0. I guess you have to upgrade the datasouce to BI 7.0. To enjoy the recent advantages/functionalities of netweaver . Upgrading is a process of enhancing to a newer version, facilitate to roll back to older version if require.
Migration from BW to BI7 after all upgrade you can migrate 3.0 objects to 7.0 read this article

XLS standard content reports templates

Hi
For a customer demo / software evaluation i need to produce all the standard SAP BW business content report in Excel . The customer should evaluate the standard bw reporting. A research on the service sap doen't produce any result on this topic
Somebody could indicate or send to me XLS of standard templates of business content report or should i install all the content, load it and download every template report
