How do I update OS on Macbook Pro when the trackpad is not working? Apparently there is a possible fix on the update.

If you cannot physically click the Trackpad, your battery may be swelling and causing that. Get it fixed, now.
If it just doesn't work, but physically can be clicked, try booting into Safe Mode and see what happens: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1564
If the Mouse doesn't work, either, you've got something causing the problem which an Update is not likely to fix.

Unable to access my iCloud mail from an portal and need in ASAP. How can I access my messages?

At around 9:00P Pacific last night, I received my last email message through iCloud to my [email protected] address. I've tried on my iPad, PC, MacBook Pro and iPhone. I've done a full password reset to be compliant with the newest password standards. I've deleted my iCloud account from my MacBook Pro and iPhone. I've reset network setting on iPhone. Then I tried to log into iCloud.com (should have tried earlier) and I can get to all my applications (calendar, documents, etc.), EXCEPT Mail. I can't find any available route to access my .me mail and need to get to it urgently for travel plans and work documents.
Any suggestions? Please assist if possible.
So far, Apple hasn't been able to help either.

You're saying you don't back up your phone regularly? You should ALWAYS back up before updating your phone. That said, try resetting first: hold down the home button and the power button for at least 10-20 seconds until you see the Apple. Hopefully you can then try to perform the update again. Start doing backups if your data is important to you.

Downloaded new update but now can not access itunes. Keeps aborting and comment is Service 'apple mobile device' failed to start.

I've saved a 2 gigabite Photoshop file (an illustration) to my desktop but when I dble-click on it , while Photoshop opens, the image does not. It is still there but how can I access it?

AFter saving a very large file in photoshop Icant seem to call it up. DbLe clicking on the icon opens Photoshop but there is no evidence of the image. I have also triedaccessing it through the pull down menu in Photoshop and again, I can select it but it never appears. It's as though it is hidden somehow.

Are you seeing anything in the layers panel when you open it?
Can you open it in any other image editor or viewer? 2 GB is the upper limit for a psd. Maybe you should convert to tiff file format.
Photoshop > File > Scripts > Image Processor will do this for you.

Ignore it unless you actually now want the application. In that case redownload it then update it by logging into the App Store with the other Apple ID.

In the first expression you "see" my question:
I want to compare the LogicalDisk's Name Property with the DB Log File's Drive property.
But how can I access the DB Log File's Drive property in this MembershipRule ?
Furthermore LogicalDisk and DB Log File must be hosted on the same Windows Computer.

thanks for the idea, but that will not work. $Target/Id$ refers always to the group to be discovered.
On last week end I was given following idea, hope it will work:
Step 1
Collect all the DB SQL Logfile Objects and write computername (PrincipalName?) and Driveletter into a textfile, line by line. Shouldn't be a problem, PowerShell is your friend.
Step 2
Read the file from Step 1, build discovery data for each disk drive as object of class "Logical Disk (Server)",
and then discover the containment-relationships from those Logical Drive(Server) Objects to the InstanceGroup.
Perhaps I must do it for the OS-Version related Disks, because I need the target classes of the Logical Disk Freespace monitors. Some more work. "Risks": I donot know the discovery algorithm for the Logical Disk(Server) Objects, but a "deep
dive" into the MPs should help.

I have a bpm process(webserviceBPM) which is exposed as webservice, deployed project in studio embeded engine. I can access the wsdl file at http://localhost:9000/albpmServices/webserviceBPM/ws.
Exported the same project and deployed the exp file in enterprise standalone with smart publish option. Now my bpm process is working fine but how can i access the wsdl file of the deployed process?
Please suggest me the way to access the wsdl.

I ended up having to open another account but how can I access that account to retrieve my other songs? I realize I can't transfer between accounts but maybe at least burn to CD?

You can reset your Apple ID password via the steps in the first article below. I would try the option to answer your security questions. If those steps do not work then you may need to reach out to our account security team to reset this old Apple ID password. Once this is done you should be able to access your old DRM protected purchases.

1. Sign out of current Apple ID if you are sign-in to one (important)
2. Go to App Store and select a free app
3. Tap INSTALL APP
4. Create New Apple ID
5. Confirm Your Country
6. Agree with Terms and Conditions
7. Fill in your Apple ID and Password (you must create a new Apple ID; don't use your old Apple ID)
8. Create and answer your secret question
9. Select NONE for Payment Method
10. Fill in Billing Address
11. Submit application for new Apple ID
12. Wait for verification email
13. When email arrive, verify your account
14. Start downloading your free apps

The SD card slot has hidden my pictures - how can I access them??

When I first put my memory card in the SD slot of my Macbook Pro, I imported photos fine. But now all the pictures are no longer visible in iphoto/finder/my camera - the files themselves are not there in the finder. If I take new pictures, those pictures are visible on my camera viewer, and then when I use the SD slot only the new ones are visible until I eject it. There's still space taken up on the card so I don't think they've been deleted - but how can I access them? I don't plan to use the SD card slot anymore, but now I'd just like to be able to access those pictures.
