I need Photoshop Elements v4 installer. I have a license key but need the installer. Can i get a download link or URL please.

Photoshop Elements 12 Installation Problems

Photoshop Elements 12 installs fine on a Windows XPSP3 platform (from C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Desktop\Adobe Photoshop Elements 12).
On a Windows 7 SP1 platform C:\Users\....\Desktop\Adobe Photoshop Elements 12, but will not run
Error 1000 Application error caused by PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe followed by
Error: 1005 (100)
Description: Windows cannot access the file for one of the following reasons: there is a problem with the network connection, the disk that the file is stored on, or the storage drivers installed on this computer; or the disk is missing. Windows closed the program Photoshop Elements 12 Editor because of this error.
The same source installation file was used in bith installs.

How can I tell if my software installed properly? The software came with three discs, and it only installed the first disc. I am new to Photoshop, and do not know if my software installed properly? Can anyone help?

Thank you for your quick replies. I have checked,and my OS is indeed 64 bit. I have been using the 32 bit version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, since I installed it last evening. I have a few quick questions;
Will I loose any functionality if I stay with the 32 bit version versus un-installing and installing the 64 bit version from disc 2?
If I decide to un-install, and re-install from disc 2, will there be any software registration issues (as I have already registered the software)?

Sorry for the inconvenience. The first troubleshooting for this error is to update the Adobe Application Manager. Please install the latest version of Adobe Application manager from the below link and try to start the installation.

Photoshop Elements 13 Installation Disc

I have an Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 Installation Disc and all other requirements for installation. When the disc is inserted for Mac, the disc doesn't appear on the desktop. Please help!

Are you sure you have the right disc? There's a windows disc in there, too.

How I can repair my trial photoshop elements 12 installation?

I've seen installation problems, but I do not think my case has already been reported .
I had installed the trial version of photoshop elements and premiere elements 12 .
I had no problems updating to 12.1 photoshop elements.
premiere elements has been updated , but photoshop does not do : it stops after downloading the file , and then talk about empty folder.
I uninstalled everything and installed again : I installed premiere elements , but not photoshop elements.
During installation, at some point appears

Make sure you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

I tried again , but nothing changes .
I did a registry cleaner by removing the keys from Adobe. Nothing to do .
Now I can not even install the Adobe download assistant ( I thought maybe the evening corrupt copy ) .

I have identified in the windows registry key shown in the error message.
But you can not delete nor change the permissions to delete it.

Photoshop Elements 12 installation error on windows causing rollback-help needed please

I am installing Photoshop Elements 12 on my windows laptop. When almost done an error occurs and it starts rollback and the installation fails. I consulted the troubleshooting guide which suggests to go to C://Program Files(x86)/Common Files/Adobe/OOBE/PDApp and delete the files PDAppFlex.swf and PDAppFlex-app.xml .I have managed to go to Program Filesx86, Common Files, Adobe, but then the folder OOBE is absent. Within the Adobe folder I have AAMUpdaterinventry, Acrobat, Acrobat PCD, Help, PCF, SL Cache and Updater6. The files suggested to delete before retrying installation are not present in any of these folders.
Has anybody any ideas on what I should do in order to complete my installation.

Without proper detailed system information nobody can know what is going on. Also try to find the pertinent info from the install logs.

I bought Elements 10 from the Apple store awhile ago, but have just got around to installing it for the first time. CD 1 won't autoplay and I'm not sure what to do from here. Somewhere it was suggested to try downloading the trial version and entering the serial #, when prompted to purchase, but I can;t get the trial version to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

In what way is the trial version not working for you? Also if you have only purchased Photoshop Elements 10 then Disc three should be labeled stating it is for Mac OS. How do I get Windows 8 to read the .7z file that downloads with the Photoshop Elements 12 installer?

I just downloaded Photoshop Elements 12 and it downloaded just fine, but when I tried to install it, I keep getting a message that says "The file archive part of adobe is missing" but they're both on the same folder and it seems that Windows won't recognize it or won't read it

you need to download the matching exe file, too. put both in the same directory and click (or double click) the exe.

The installation stopped with the following error: "The wizard was interrupted before Adobe Photoshop Elements could be installed. Below mentioned application has failed to install: Shared Technologies." My operating system is Windows 8 64 bit. I need help to finish the installation.

Photoshop Elements 10 Installation

I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 10 but am having problems installing the CDS.
Whilst CD1 installs OK when I try to load CD2 I get a message "This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Please contact your product vendor".
I am using XP with SP2 but have also tried loading on to my laptop which has Vista but with the same result.
If CD2/3 only relates to Premiere Elements 10 (Trial) then I am not concerned. Otherwise can anyone give me any assistance please.

For Photoshop Elements you only need disk 1 on your computer.
The disks are as follows:
1. Windows PC e.g. XP, Vista and Windows 7
2. Windows 7 64 bit
3. Mac OS
4. & 5. Content for Premier elements e.g. Themes and Instant Movies.
