tag is not in the list, the tutorial says

Yet as I have CS3 I thought it would be there. when I enter

I posted this problem here before, but since I really need to access the sites that receive this error message in less than a month, I had to re-post; hopefully someone who didn't see it before will see it & have a solution for me.
Here are the details: I'm running windows 8.1 & I use Firefox 33.1.1, Pale Moon 25.1.0 or Opera 26.0 as my browsers, (I have IE installed & up-to-date, but I never use it). I followed the 10-point checklist on Adobe & everything was done, except for "uncheck Hardware Acceleration" in Flash 'Settings'; I tried to uncheck it on this site, where it's indicated, as well as in my 4 browsers when I'm doing something that uses Flash, but no matter how hard I try, I can't 'uncheck' the check mark in that tiny box! Since this error problem only affects 5 web sites, & I can watch streaming media on all other sites, I don't think it's an issue.
Here's how this problem began: I was watching a live, streaming nest-cam on 5/09/14 around 11:00AM, (yes, I DO know the exact time & date, because it happened so suddenly while I was watching this website that I'd been watching since the end of February, 2014), when my screen went black. I thought it was probably an Adobe Crash, but when the usual Crash Report window didn't show up, I just closed Firefox & reopened it, expecting to resume watching the nest-cam. When I went back to the site, I got the black screen with the "Error loading plugin: Plugin file not found" message. The chat portion on the site still works, though. I know there are other sites with this nest-cam feed, so I started trying them, but it took several tries for me to find one that didn't get the error message! I posted this problem on "Windows BBS" forum, & someone else posted that the same thing happened to them AND on the same sites! They didn't have a solution, either. I cleared my cache, rebooted my PC & even did a System Restore, but whatever happened in that brief second made using ONLY 5 sites impossible. Here are the sites that receive the error message:

I'm an amateur nest-watcher & it's vital that I have access to these 5 sites, so if anyone knows how to fix this, PLEASE tell me!

I have exactly the exact problem described below but do not have a folder with the same name as the volume created under the volume. Please can someone help - I've tried everything. This problem only happened when I upgraded to Dreaweaver CC!

Trouble installing .plugin files (Mac)

After hearing everyone rave over Twixtor for the past few years, I finally decided to give it a shot. I'm having trouble figuring out the installation though...
I hope the documentation isn't a predictor for the quality of this plugin. There is nothing here in the way of installation. I ran the installer, which when finished sent finder windows into focus. i see the (.)plugin files and a few pdf's, but they don't show up in my premiere effects. After searching a few sites, I copy/pasted the files to my "MediaCore" folder (/libraries.../cs6/mediacore) which did bring them into my effects within premiere. I spent a few minutes toying with some settings (a la a youtube tut) and rendered my work area. I was pretty aggrevated to find a watermark every few frames when it was done.
I contacted support, who in turn sent me the pdfs I already had (no install guide as far as I can see). I responded, asking for some detailed help and haven't gotten a response since this morning.
Am I missing some step? If I double click the .plugin, a termal window opens - is this how I need to install them?
Note: I found another post explaining the After Effects install process. For that I simply drug the plugins to the "plugin" folder under AE CS6 -> Plugins in my applications directory. The plugin works perfectly in AE (no watermark issues). I'd really like to get it working in Premeire though, just to save me a step in my workflow.

Quicktime needs plugin popup

Problem 1) Using firefox, when I open the first attachment of the day, this window pops up saying "Quicktime may need plugin". It gives the option of cancel or continue and when I continue it brings up the following screen. And yes, the new window is always in safari.
I have installed every plugin and yet it still pops up. What is really annoying is that it can be a file that has nothing to do with Quicktime, like a pdf or excel or word file.
Problem 2) Using Safari, the quicktime message pops up more often and randomly throughout the day. Same message. Same window.
I need to get rid of this pop up for good.

ello anyone at Verizon- I need to file a formal complaint about a huge issue that is going on in a local store as well as the customer service number. I have called over 5 times in the course of 2 months to have an issue a resolved and each time I talk to someone I am told that the issue is being taken care of. I feel like I am getting the run around with no resolution.
In July of this year I went into my local store to get the Father's day deal. $99 for any smart with a 2 yr contract. I went into the store and was told that I was eligible for the new phone. The sales person spoke very quickly about this "edge program" and told me that all I had to do was give him my HTC and that I would get my new Iphone5s. I did all this and then I get my first bill and to my surprise when I looked very closely at what I was paying for, I found that I was making monthly payments for an Iphone that was $650!!!! Who is crazy enough to pay that much for a phone when they were told they were paying $99, and gave them an HTC?
I called customer service and spoke to Edgar he said that he was sorry and that I should contact the store manager and they would be able to resolve it. I followed Edgar's advice and spoke to Alex the store manager and he said he would do some research and call me back. He never did.
I called customer service the again and spoke to Kayla who was exceptionally helpful. She remembered the promotion and was determined to get this issue resolved. She even put me on hold to call the local store to speak to someone and promised she would have all this resolved. She also wrote extensive notes only acct for those to follow. She told me that I would be merged out of the Edge Programs into a 2 year contract. I would not be paying $650 for the phone and would be reimbursed for any payments I made towards that ridiculous balance.
I called back after a couple weeks and I was still paying for the $650 phone and I was EXTREMELY upset at this point because I had to keep following back to see if Verizon had done their job. This is not my responsibility. I was promised follow up calls and emails ensuring that my issue was being resolved. Still nothing.
I called and spoke to Ashley this time. I gave the WHOLE detailed issue AGAIN and said she got an approval from her manager to sending my case to corporate. She had to fill out a form and send it off. She promised a call after 5 days for a follow up. She never called. She provided me a confirmation #(removed).
I called again and spoke to Luann asking if she could give me a status of my confirmation # where she stated that there are no notes in my acct for this #. So was this just a gimmick to get me to give up? Or did it in fact get sent off somewhere and its now lost? At this point I am extremely disappointed in Verizon and their customer service. I feel like I have been lied to, cheated out of money, so someone could get commission, and just upset. Oh by the way the manager and sales person no longer work at the store. I wonder what happened there?
Could someone resolve this?!!! I would like to know where my confirmation # went and if this going to be resolved? I am seriously contemplating switching carriers and reporting this to the authorities. This is negligence as well as fraud. I appreciate any sincere solution to this matter.

But remember it is always up to the customer to insure what they are getting and what it costs. Don't trust the word of a sales person who makes their living on getting that sale. Lies, deceit or false promises will be and have been used by sales people for thousands of years.

URGENT HELP/ADVICE/INSIGHT NEEDED RECOVERING FILES!

Hi, all, I hope someone out there can help me understand what I have done and how to fix it! I have posted this under Tiger, but it is probably a hardware question. I have a G4 Quicksilver which I upgraded with 2 hard drives, master/slave set up. I recently had to reinstall the OS (Panther with upgrade Tiger disc) which went smoothly. I cloned the master drive to the slave drive with CCC but did not want to copy it back identically because I was having some problems with Adobe Updater - I decided to uninstall basic 3rd party software and reinstall fresh. In the process, I forgot that Adobe CS2's application Bridge stores documents in a subfolder in User/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Bridge/Collections - so if you uninstall, it apparently eliminates those files. I understand that when you put files in the trash, you can recover if you haven't overwritten files. But what about the Adobe uninstaller? Does it eliminate files in a similar way - just erase? I have also posted to Adobe but have not gotten a response that has helped. Also is there a file recovery software that I can use that is a trial or not very expensive? I need these files for work (reconstruction would be a pain) but have put some money into my computers recently and don't have much of a margin. Thanks! oh JUST TO CLARIFY: The files were on the slave drive and I have not used it except to copy files back to the master.

Thank you - I'll give it a try. I've been making some pretty basic mistakes in backing up, reinstalling recently - I guess too many computers, too many different OS's, etc and being under pressure. I just don't want to make another mistake - so far they have all been correctible. I did not know with Adobe's concern for pirating software if their uninstall app does more than a simple erase - So I guess I would download the app to the master hard drive and recover from there?

You're going to have to give a bit more information.
What do you mean by "opening a file in library?" There is no function of Aperture to open files -- you can open (switch) libraries.
You'll have to be more specific about error messages, too. Perhaps some screenshots would be useful to diagnose your problem. "Can't open database with library name" is not enough detail about what Aperture is really telling you.

I am running the latest version of HDR Soft Photomatix Tone Mapping Plug-In - Version 2.2 in Photoshop CS6 on a fully loaded solid state MacBook Air. When I attempt to process files exceeding 250 mb with the plugin I get an error message and the plugin will not work. The plugin works fine with anything south of 250 mb. I have also optimized the performance settings in CS6 for large file sizes.
The standalone version of HRD Soft’s Photomatix Pro easily processes files well in excess of 300 mb.
I have contacted Photomatix support and they say that 250megs is simply the max file size that Photoshop will allow to run a plugin with.
So is there any setting that I’m overlooking in Photoshop CS6 that will allow me to process these large files with the plugin? Or if there is indeed a file size limit for plugin processing in CS6 is the limit higher in CC?
