Need RMA for sick Z30

Seems like I'm having serious issues finding the correct place to request an RMA for my Z30, so I thought I'd try here. I'm a Verizon customer who sold his iPhone to return to Blackberry and support Blackberry through this troubled time - and Verizon is refusing to help me because I bought the Z30 from another Verizon customer fleeing Blackberry back to Apple (because I didn't buy it directly from them, they are refusing to repair). So, I'm asking blackberyr directly for an RMA for my Z30. This morning, I took the Z30 off the wireless charger and the red LED was blinking 4 times in succession, repeatedly. Attempts to reboot or turn it on failed. After reading through the forums, it was sugggested that I reload the OS from Blackberry Link. I've done that twice today, both times not restoring backups and setting up from scratch with no apps, just my exchange accounts. Each time, I end up in the same place - a black screen with the red flashing LED. Yes, the battery seems to be fully charged (100%) as I left it charging while the exchange accounts sync'd up. This doesn't seem to be a battery issue. I'd like to know what I have to do to get a replacement/RMA to get my Z30 repaired.

Sorry to say, but I don't think you have any warranty at all. BB supports a 1-year manufacturer warranty, but only as extended through the original authorized sales channel to the original purchaser. Contractually speaking, your warranty needs to be serviced by the person who sold you the device. Further, if they are the original device purchaser from VZW, then they may be able to obtain warranty service through VZW.

    Here's to hoping a Blackberry employee reads this and can help me out.
    I'm stuck in warranty limbo with my unlocked Z10. Bought new off Amazon.ca beginning of April-2014. While on Vacation the phone blue screened and died. It's outside of the online retailers 90 day exchange policy, in which case all I have left is the manufacturers limited warranty. Tried to contact Blackberry and they directed me to my carrier Telus, even though I did not purchase the phone through them. Telus was very helpful, we worked through troublshooting together, but unfortunately got to the same conclusion that the phone needs to go back for a hardware issue. They kindly offerred to RMA the phone for me through their system, however since I did not purchase the phone through them and it is an unlocked world phone it does not recognize the IMEI so they couldn't complete the process for me. There is absolutely no luck getting any help through any of the multiple Blackberry phone numbers I've called. Any help sorting this out would be much appreciated. I will drive the phone to the office in Waterloo if need be.

    You're probably going to have to drive the phone to Waterloo.  
    Here's the situation: You bought the phone from Amazon which has a 90-day exchange warranty. That's mistake #1. Then you registered  the phone for service on Telus' network but the phone wasn't purchased from them so they won't honor any warranty claims (which is their right because they didn't make any money from your purchase of the phone from them). You're in a catch-22 situation. There's really nothing I can advise you to do except buy your next phone from the carrier with which you have monthly service.
    Not much help but that's how I see it. Perhaps others can enlighten me with a different point of view. Cheers.

    Eg -When I employee applies for sick leave, the public holiday in between the dates shouldnt be considered. How can I configure this requirement.

    For that group, you need 2 counting rules:
    - one for Holiday Class 0 (not a public holiday) and Day Work Schedule Class 0 (not a working day)
    - one for Holiday Class 0 (not a public holiday) and Day Work Schedule Class 1 to 9 (a working day)
    If you want, you can add an other one or two for Holiday Class 1 to 9 (public holiday)

    It is HIGHLY reccomended that you install the drivers/needed files in the order listed above. Please note that there are two #5's because you either install one or the other depending on your video card, do not install both of them.
    You will come across a problem here though. You can't install the chipset drivers without installing the Windows service pack and DirectX first, but the Windows service pack and DirectX installs need the internet to download files and you won't have working internet until you install the chipset drivers. Here's what I did to get around this. Instead of downloading the web install versions of Windows service pack and DirectX, download the full version and and put them along with all the other drivers on a backup hard drive or burn them to a CD, this way you will have all the drivers you need when it's time to install them and none of them will require the internet to download files.
    Another note when installing drivers. Apparently the Nvidia chipset drivers also come with drivers for the onboard sound, but people seem to agree that the Realtek onboard sound drivers are better. When you are installing the Nvidia chipset drivers, just be sure to uncheck the box for sound drivers when it asks you which drivers you would like to install. Now you can safely install the Realtek drivers without any chance of conflicting sound drivers. Thanks for the tip Wonkanoby!

    The installer still reccomends to install it beforehand for full USB 2.0 functionality... I would have put what you said in there but I wanted to keep it as simple as possible.  
    oh.  IIRC the installer just says USB 2.0 will be fully functional after SP1 is installed.  So after you install SP1 you go into device manager and u click update driver and it will auto search and update the driver.
    Simplicity-wise, i guess its pretty much equal.  It might take less preparation to just copy DX9 full onto a CD and install that first, then nforce driver, then right away you have yoru internet connection.
    but i dunno.. i guess i will try it your way this time when my RMA"d board comes.
    i will be fomratting and doing a fresh install later on today and will let you know if i come across any problems

    my god ... what do you have to do to get hold of someone for an RMA. First the auto attendant never says a word about being able to submit one. But apparently it's located in the status section......
    Need to get an RMA for my kids ZEN so I figured I'd call on my lunch hour. Well ... as of this writing .... 9:02 on hold with the neo retro disco music and no answer.... must be one person working and he's on break.
    Customer support really sucks now a days. Company's put out products and then they don't wanna hear from you at all....

    Good luck to you as I have been struggling with customer service for quite sometime. I finally was issued an RMA number to have my son's Zen Sleek fixed (having issues with it locking up, won't boot up, won't connect to the computer, etc). I mailed it in, along with the $25 diagnostic fee, only to have them send it back to me, telling me there is nothing wrong with it. I'm so frustrated. I replied by email asking them what to do next, their reply was the same email they originally sent.....go back to where I bought it (dead-end there, they won't help), or send a request for ANOTHER RMA number, send in ANOTHER $25 so they can test it. This is ridiculous!

    There will not be any updates /deletes on the table.
    I have created a partitioned table with same struture and i am inserting the records from my original table to this partitioned table where i will maintain data for 6 months.
    After loading the data from original table to archived table i will truncating the original table.
    If my original table is partitioned then what about the restoring of the data??? how will restore the data of last month???

    I agree with Kappy.. passing files and especially via wireless is slow as slow.
    Just need to be sure your TC is the new AC model??
    And the OS on the computer is Lion?
    Have you completed the setup of the TC via the utility? You do still need to get internet via the TC so it has to be plugged into the main router..
    Give us the full picture of the network.
    Then we can help you get into it.. whether you should put your files on it is another question.

    I understand you are looking for a WIndows 8 ATI driver for your computer. This driver does not exist, as you indicated. You would need to return the computer to Windows 7 to use the switchable graphics.
