Need sap standard interactive adobe from

Hi All,
i need SAP provided standard webdynpro integrated interactive adobe form. I checked thread List of Adobe forms in SAP standard but standard form are listed there anymore.
I found WDR_TEST_ADOBE but is not using normal process instead using assistance class.

Hi Aamir,
You can find all forms in the table FPLAYOUT.
If you want to download any form, go to transaction SFP, enter the form and download it to desktop.

We want to print PDF documents from SAP standard applications on our ERP landscape. Therefore we want to use standard PDF forms provided by SAP and also available in transaction SFP (e.g. form ISSR_NW670_RX_PDF).
Problem: When we try to create a PDF document from the application we get an error message:

I have also checked the trace (see below) and it seems that the system tries to get the form from the SolMan system and not from the ERP system. But the form is only installed on ERP system.
Are there any ideas how to solve this problem?

Can we execute an SAP Standard ABAP Programme from a Custom BAPI?

Hi,
We have a requirement in our project where in we have to execute an SAP Standard ABAP report. We need to execute it from a Portal by click of a button.
What we are thinking is that if we have a custom BAPI which triggers the execution of ABAP report, we can execute the BAPI from the Portal using Adaptive RFC Function call by developing a custom Web Dynpro Java application.
So, my question is it possible to execute an ABAP report making sending required input parameters to the ABAP report from the BAPI. If so, how can we achieve this?

Thanks for your quick response. Actually, it is not exactly a report. We are trying to call an SAP Program related to SAP Business Workflow.
When the user clicks on Approve or Reject buttons on the SAP GUI, this program will be called and exectured which inturn updates many Project System Tables.
What we are trying to do is that we had developed a custom Web Dynpro Java Application for achieving the SAP Workflow. Instead of reinventing the wheel, we just want to use already existing SAP Program which updates the Project Systems tables.
So, from the Portal Workflow Inbox when the user clicks on the Approve or Reject buttons, we would like to call a custom BAPI which will execute this program.
Could you please explain in detail how to achieve this? Thanks in advance.

If the MSS (manager Self Service) packages are deployed in your portal, you will be able to use the PCR (Personnel change Request) Forms. You can submit the forms and the approvals can be prorperly routed using the Worlkflow.
There are a list of standard PCR forms provided by SAP. Please do look into them for a demo.
At the R/3 end, you will get the details of these PCR forms (ISR - Internal Service Requests), using the transaction - QISRSCENARIO.

Do we need to buy the license from SAP for EACH 'Z'form

I heard that, we (company) have to take license for the development of EACH adobe interactive form (even though its totally custom brand-new interactive form created from scratch), on individual form basis, is it true? (i know, its free of cost to play around with interactive forms in DEV and QA, but, if we want to move them to PROD, in that case do we need to buy the license from SAP for EACH form individually?)

Thats true...license based on end user usage is required for SAP interactive forms. For more information read SAP note number 750784. The license comes in package like per 1000 users one time payment.

How to use SAP Business Workflow along with Interactive Adobe Form

Hi Experts,
I am working on SAP Business Workflow since last couple of years.
Now i have got a new Project where client wants to use SAP Business Workflow along with Interactive Adobe Form.
I am new to Interactive Adobe Form and Portal thing and i really dont know from where to start.
We have one central system and 2 local systems. when we do create a Material document using adobe form workflow should trigger and notification should go to group of users who can approve or reject it, once they approve it document gets created in central system and replicated to 2 local system through ALE.
In the Local system they do extend the document to different plants, again workflow triggers and notification will go to Managers inbox for the approval.
Once the final approval done data should go and store in SAP.
Now here i have couple of Questions.
1. In SAP R3 Business workflow when i execute the workitem from the inbox i do get the application screen ( i.e. MM01 MRP View ) , what is going to happen if the same case i have with Adobe form?? is it possible or do we have to design a adobe form and we will have to map the fields with backend application??
2. Do i have to maintained 3 separate Org Structure for 3 different system or using UWL i can manage the show
3. Untill final submit is not done, where the application data is going to be, is there any kind of buffer that we will have to keep it or its there with XML file??

1) You can go for either go for ISR based development or WD development with Adobe form. In both the cases you can achieve your requirement. Yes, you will have to design the Adobe form and bind the fields to backend.
2) Am not clear or your System landscape to advice you in these regards.
3) Until final Submit/Approval is done, the data can be stored in WORKFLOW CONTAINERS or XML FORM(If you go for ISR based Development).

Hi all,
Please let me know the process to track or find all the SAP Standard and custom objects. that got changed from a specific point of time.
Is there any function module or any table where this change log is maintained.?
I just only need the details ,wheather that SAP standard or Custom object has got changed or not.

I really don't know what your actual requirement is , but if you want to know the objects as per the modification , then transport request will be much help to you .
Have a look into table E070 and E071 .

Login details when Webservice is called from Interactive Adobe form

Hello Experts,
Can you please suggest me the procedure to overcome the below issue.
I am calling the Webservice from my interactive adobe form.
When ever i click on the Submit button on my form, it is triggering the webservice but asking for the login details for authentication in the popup.
In the real time scenario i will not be having any user id and passwords. So, I don't want this popup.
What do i need to follow to get this done.

Calling Adobe Interactive Form from a selection screen

Hi,
I have to design an interactive adobe form online scenario,it goes like this :
A certain tcode will call a selection screen when we enter values in the selection screen it will open an adobe form,which will have a submit button,on clicking the button data gets saved in a z table.
I will be designing the form in Web Dynpro,is it possible to call such a form through a selection screen?? Can someone please provide some idea on how to implement the above scenario.

Hello,
for the online scenario you need a communication partner for the form. In WD, you have a partner to exchange the data with. But from a selection screen... who would be your partner? You can of course display a form, a PDF file, a new one (generated) or a uploaded/ stored one, you can even edit the fields, but you don´t have any partner to send the data to.
To cut this... you need a webservice if you want to exchange some data immediately (online scenario).
