I m not sending you any sample for tech specs but you will
find the tips as below:
1.In 1st page you may require to give heading and company logo also at the RHS.
2.Give title of the document , SAP Module Name, Specification Type (Giv ein a tabular format)
3.Revision History in Tabluar Format including Author , Description , Date , Version ( Version management very imp try to maintain it)
4.Requirement Description : Enter in detail wat is u r reqmt.
5.U may add Process flow diagram using visio etc.
6.Outstanding issues
7.Prerequisites
8.Input Parameter Details
9.Processign logic Details
10.Out Put Details (if Report Output Format)
11.The few unit testing scripts also u can include
12.Proper file name , in header & Footer
13. Always try to keep track changes on for version management. If u need to create new version try to accept previous version then keep track for curren tchanges.
14. Maintain index & Page no in table content .

NEED FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SPEC FOR GL CONVERSION

Can someone please email me the functional and also technical spec for GL conversion. I need to give the functional spec to the Abaper to do LSMW.

Do the following 2 reports
1. display the customer wise sales orders totals for a given period and for a given materials and for a given sales area .
Take KUNNR, VBELN ,MATNR, vkorg,vtweg,spart and DATE as selection screen fields and fetch the data from KNA1,VBAK and VBAP and display the Customer, name,order no, item, order date, material, description, qty, unit, net value and currency..
2. Display the vendor wise Purchase order totals for a given date and for a given materials and for a given pur group
use the fields lifnr, matnr, date,EKORG as selection screen and display the data from LFA1,EKKO and EKPO with the following fields
vendor, name,po no, item,po date, pur group, material, description, qty, unit, value, currency etc

How to upload file and put in BDC, need sample func specs to practice on...

Hi guys,
I do not have anything to do as of the moment, so I want to practice BDC on, lets say SU01. I have seen existing BDC programs here and I am confused as to why some are using read dataset, open dataset, etc. and others are not using them at all. Anyway, what I want to do is to create a flatfile and upload it then populate the fields in t-code SU01.
Also, if its not too much, I want some functional specs or requirements that I can practice here in the office:)

Hi,
In order to practice BDC you better go through recording first through the Tcode SHBD. There you provide the name for the recording and also the Tcode you want to use for BDC. Once you complete with the recording you press the back button and click on program button in the application toolbar. You get the complete program written to execute the BDC in both session method and also Call transaction Method.
BDC can be done using some flat files in presentation server as well as application server. Data sets will be used for loading the file from application server. For presentation server functions like Ws_Upload and WS_download will be used.
So if you want to create Flat file in presentation server upload the same through BDC you use functions BDC_open group for opening a session,BDC_insert group to insert the flat file and bdc_close group to close after completion of the upload of data.

I need some XP drivers for Satellite L350D-110 PSLE8E

Hello there.
I have now my brandnew Toshiba notebook. It comes only with VISTA, a very nice looking system.
But I want to use my notebook in our office too and then I need to install XP Professional.
XP is already installed, but i need some drivers to complete the system installation.
Here is screenshot from my hardware manager (hope it will work in this forum):

Or is there a chance to get a downgrade option from Toshiba?? Without a downgrade I cannot use my brandnew notebook.....

For the Satellite L350D and Windows XP there are all drivers available.
I think you forget to install two or more drivers.
Here you can download it:

Search for your model and you will get a list of all drivers. Then you can compare which drivers you didnt install yet.
As Jeffrey said, I should be the AMD Processor Driver, Realtek driver and the card reader.
