Need some training material on clustering

I am an HP UNIX administrator and I am increasing my skills on solaris nowadays. I have worked with MC service guard on hpux, what do we use for clustering in solaris environment.
Can some one please provide me some notes or a quick start for clustering in solaris environment?

The product you'd use is Solaris Cluster which can be downloaded from here or the open source version which you can find here.
You can even run this in a VirtualBox on a PC to gain experience of it in a single node configuration. There are various blogs describing this out there.

The company I work for is providing material for sales people and it needs to be put on their ipads. The materials will be a video and some pdfs. I am not too familure with how the Ipad works but is there a way to get this information on there?

You can use the 'default' apps to do that : iBooks for the pdfs and Video for your video's. But you will have to switch between them to see the different files.
Or, another solution, you can buy an application called GoodReader ( http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/goodreader-for-ipad/id363448914?mt=8 ); this app can read all kinds of files (doc, pdf, audio, video...). One of the many great things of this app is that you can create folders to order your files, rename the files etc...
Another great thing, you can get the files through iTunes or ftp, webdav, dropbox etc....
The feature that will mostly interest you is the possibility of synchronizing a folder between a server, dropbox, etc.. an your ipad.
There are many more features, it's really a great app. (I am not affiliated with them ;-) )

As the name suggests Web Dynpro for ABAP uses exactly the same meta model as its cousin Web Dynpro for Java. A Web Dynpro component, a Web Dynpro view, a Web Dynpro model, a Web Dynpro controller have the same semantics both for ABAP and Java. The main difference is the designtime environment, the development infrastructure and the runtime environment.
The designtime environment is properly embedded in the ABAP Workbench where Web Dynpro artifacts are simply a new category like BSP applications or classical dynpro based applications before. Also no surprises regarding the development infrastructure. The correction and transport system keeps track on all changes that are done, versions them and helps to propagate the Web Dynpro application from development to production like you would do with ordinary BSP or dynpro-based applications.
Last not least the execution platform is the ABAP server that produces application content ready to be integrated in the NetWeaver Portal seamlessly. Features like portal eventing can be used between applications written in ABAP or applications developed with Java.

Wait not just that SAP has provided you with ample demo example of WD ABAP already bundled with SAP . Just Try out Components starting with WDR . I can tell you few like WDR_TEST_EVENTS ( It shows how every UI elments to use )

Need some help on Depreciation on SAP

Our company has just installed the Fixed Asset piece in SAP and I am very new at it.
I ran the May depreciation in June which at that point SAP May is still open. After I ran the depreciation and all the entries posted. We closed May. and We are looking at depreciation on May and find out what pull up from SAP is different $$ for what I have printed back then. Do some research and found out 1 piece of fixed asset, the AP lady put in wrong vendor, without let us know, she reverse the invoice document on the wrong vendor and re do the invoice document under the correct vendor in June. and I do not understand is May is closed and the reverse document reversed in May and the new document is created in June, so that fixed asset is showing $0 when I pull up the report now but on the report that I do a depreciation run has an amount in it?
Can anyone tell me what I should do if next time same situation happen so the depreciation is not mess up?
Also since I am new at this, can anyone suggest where I can find more reading materials for this will help, I also need some reading material for AUC too. I have the BPP that the SAP consultant left me, but they only tell me how to do the procedure and it is not detail, if you follow the step and it come out like the instruction is said everything is fine, but if it does not, it did not show you how to trouble shoot and help to fix problem.
Help, I need lots of help.

When the invoice was reversed, it would also show a reversed posting for depreciation. So you may need to open May again and do a repeat run of depreciation and this should reverse the depreciation of this particular posting.

Since You are already a SD Consultant, We assume you are very much familliar with SAP and for you CRM will also be not a big Deal.
Customer Relationships Management (CRM) is a model for managing any Organization's interaction with current and future customers. It involves technology to organize, automate and synchronize SALES, SERVICES(postsales) AND MARKETING(presales).
First of all you need to get SAP CRM installed in your system and then you need to get command over Account and Contact Management (Business Partner). The same can be learned using WebUI or GUI. From GUI the transaction launcher is WUI then web page opens up enter your credentials and select Role - Salespro. Open the Account and Contact section and do some R&D and you can learn. But in GUI you need to go to SPRO -> IMG -> Cross Application Components -> SAP Business Partner -> Business Partner -> Basic Settings -> Number Ranges & Groupings -> Define Number Ranges. Here you have defined number range then you need to assign to some group created from SPRO same way. And Finally maintain Business Partner using Tcode - BP.
Then You Learn Organizational Management which allows us to map our marketing, sales, service structure maintaining company's structure including the position and Employees in an Application and assign specific attributes to the otganizational units.
Path: SPRO -> IMG -> CRM -> Master Data -> Organizational Management -> Organizational Model -> Create Org Model/Change org model.
Just Go ahead and with some more R&D in the system and taking of F1 Help of SAP Documentation I think you can easily learn SAP CRM.

That depends on the business functions that must be performed by the endusers. I usually focus on business tasks, rather than software functionality.
When I conduct enduser training, I usually spend a week or two interviewing several Key users about their day-to-day activities. Once I understand how they will be using DP, I then prepare the most common scenarios in a sandbox. Then, I produce step-by-step instruction documents, usually containing screen prints, for each task they will be performing. During the class, I go through each business task one-by-one, in a real system, filling in details and theory verbally, while they read along in their written manuals. I put very little technical info in the enduser docs, since that type of information should already exist in the technical specs that should be on file with the IT group.
