Have you tried reinstalling BlackBerry Messenger ? If not then try it again , for that  On your Homescreen Go to Options > Device Application Management > Locate and delete BlackBerry Messenger from there.
KB10040 :  How to view or remove installed application on a blackberry smartphone
After deleting do a Battery Pull Restart like this device Powered On  remove the battery wait a min. then re-insert it back .After reboot from your BlackBerry Browser browse to  www.blackberry.com/bbm and the most recent available for your device .After reinstalling see if that helps 
Click " Like " if you want to Thank someone.
If Problem Resolves mark the post(s) as " Solution ", so that other can make use of it.

    Hi;
    You can copy all of the rows of data from the last point in History where they existed in the View Responses table and paste them all into the current point in time at once, you do not have to do that response by response.  You do not have to do this one at a time.
    1) Go to the View Responses tab
    2) Click the History button (clock icon near bottom right)
    3) Click on previous points in history and locate the best source for the responses that were deleted
    4) Select all rows that were deleted and are missing from current time
    Crtl+C to copy (Cmd+C on Mac)
    6) Go to the most recent point in History now
    7a) If you need to simply put the data back into existing rows that were just empty, the data had been deleted but not the rows click into the first cell (time submitted) and click Crtl+V (Cmd+V on Mac)
    If you are not able to do that let me know and I can work futher with you on it.
    7b) If you need these at the bottom of some existing/new responses simply click "Add Row" to add a new row to the bottom, click in the first cell and use Crtl+V to paste (Cmd+V on Mac)
    7c) If you need to insert the rows in between existing rows use the "+" sign in between the rows you need the data inserted - repeat enough times to add the same number of rows you copied and then click in the first cell and use Crtl+V to paste (Cmd+V on Mac)

    i have a macbook pro 15 inch (the faster model). i am currently working on a fcp project (i tried posting on the fcp page but they didnt respond fast enough). if anyone here knows how to use fcp well, please answer. i am trying to convert a full 1920x1080 video down to dvd size (dual layer dvd is fine). i need to do it fast though. on top of that, the quality needs to be good. it doesnt need to be hd, but it needs to be decent. should i use compressor or fcp? which conversion method should i use?
    please help fast

    A colleague of mine has an old 1020 async router.
    Needs to do password recovery per below Cisco doc.
    Complete these steps in order to recover a password:
    From the console, log in to the Cisco 1020 Router with user name enable and password override.
    Note: If the enable password is not set, press Return at the password prompt.
    The 1020 prints a challenge.
    Provide the support representative with the challenge information.
    The challenge is used to provide the response.
    On the Cisco 1020 console, log in with user name enable and password response.
    You are now in enable mode.
    Here is the 1020 challenge = MOHOLPBMECCLFBSS
    Could anyone provide the challenge response needed to access enable mode?

    I think you're out of luck with this, cisco does not support these anymore.

    I am trying to perform a silent installation of jre 1.4.1 international version.I have created the following Response File .But I am getting a result Code= -3 when I use

    We use a different method...
    Unzip the .exe file. You'll get Disk1 directory with a setup.exe file in it. Run setup.exe /s and it will install the J2RE in silent mode.

    When i run an abap hr report using foreground or background iam able to create a business event in PV11 transaction.Using this business event further logic will go.
    But when the same report run by autosys user it is not creating the business event and throwing an exception bcoz every record it is taking business event is '00000000'.
    As per the process every record new business event should create and  run further with the event,
    My question is why it is running with normal process and not working with autosys user,
    If any one have similar type of problem faced or any solution highly apprciated.

    I'm reinstalling Adobe CS4 Design Standard on my pc. It was purchased as an upgrade from CS1 and the activation procedure shows me a Challenge Code which I'm supposed to give to Adobe in order to get a Response Code for finalizing the activation.
    I used to do this on the phone, then they switched the procedure to the chat system, and now this forum.

    Kind Attention Mr. Jonathan Ive and Team ,
    I bought my Iphone 5 with mobile carrier in singapore last december .
    Earlier I used Iphone 4/4s /Ipad and now I phone 5 . I am big addict of apple products , so i went for Iphone 5
    Iphone 4s design was amazing with a glassy feel and no chances of scratches on to its design . But I dont feel the same in iphone 5
    I am a Mechancial Design Engineer - Design is basically to relate with Customer User Interface and easeness .
    But day -day usage of my Iphone 5 is frustrating because the No of white scractches to its side is going on increasing .
    Am i suppose to use case always ?  in that case I would have gone for some low end mobiles where nothing happen even i put it down many times .
    I keep it so safe and now I am in a big frustration on getting Iphone 5 . very bad feel like losing value of money
    I kindly request Mr.Johnathan Ive and concern Manufacturing dept to revert me on my issue .
    Is this the design and manufacturing capability of APPLE ?

    If you have a problem with your specific iPhone and want assistance, call Apple Support or make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple Store. You will not get any response from Apple by posting here or using the feedback pages (which are for comments and suggestions only, not for requests for assistance). If Apple determines that the scratches are due to a faulty coating, not user abuse, they may agree to replace your iPhone.

    If you're not placing your card into the slot, you cannot expect that you will get a response from there. The NXP reader listing you see is decoded as follows:

  • Reinstalling Mac OS X Problem. Can't lose information. Need quick response!

    Okay ,so I recently had a software problem with my mac, and I went to the apple store and the genius told me I need to reinstall mac os x tiger, and it wil work. WEll I put the disc in and he gave me specific instructions on how to keep all my documents, movies, pictures, etc. He told me that when I get to the screen wherer it asks me to choose a harddrive to install it, I need to click "options" and make sure "preserve network settings and users" is checked, but when I got there it was gray, and unclickable. I only have 17 gigs of space left, and that may be the reason, but I don't know... I don't want to click "archive and install" and not click what he told me, and click continue, cause if I seriously loose all my information, I will die. I was thinking about clearing out my harddrive somehow, but Ithe genius told me that 17 gigs was DEFINATELY enough. I don't know what todo

    If you have a 250GB drive, 17 GB is right on the border of too little.
    I'm not sure if I understand whether you have actually tried to reinstall? Have you inserted the disc and gone to options>archive and install>preserve settings?
    I wasn't suggesting you partition your main drive, just an external one.
    Why is your computer not working? Have you discovered what its problem is? Have you run the Hardware Test from your install disc?
    Lots of questions, but it's hard to solve a problem without all the pieces of the puzzle being there

    I would say that any bluetooth headset is concerned.
    But and I say, if Apple engineers do not see the forums or reply to emails, then how can we let them know that there is this problem?

  • I have an ipod touch 4 and i forgot my passcode. When you go into recovery mode does it wipe everything on your ipod? I need a response, I'm hopeless.

    Yesterday I changed my passcode for my iPod touch 4 and I forgot it like a minute later! I have tried everything and I can't remember the passcode! I tried to backup my IPod onto ITunes but I need my passcode for that! I really really want to keep my photos and progress on apps! I saw a video online about recovery mode. I really want to know if it wipes your IPod! What is the purpose of recovery mode?!!? Does it wipe your device?!?!

    Placing the iPod in Recovery mode, required for your case. erases the iPod. That is how it works.
    However, you may be able to get some info from the restored iPod via How to perform iPad recovery for photos, videos

  • Transaction needs RFC response

    Hi Experts,
    I am currently working on a project where I am posting a series of confirmations to ERP through a custom BAPI in an MII transaction. This BAPI makes several changes and when they are completed sends an RFC back to through a listener to acknowledge. Is there a way that I can have my transaction wait for this RFC before processing the next confirmation?
    I have considered using two transactions. One that will process a record, then another triggered by the RFC to acknowledge and then process the next record. I figure there has to be a better way.

    Ordinarily, a BAPI would provide a response back to MII as part of its synchronous processing.  The ResponseXML would contain the information you are currently receiving back as an RFC message.  So first suggestion would be to change the design of the custom BAPI, so that the confirmation information is passed back to MII in the original BAPI call. 
    Depending upon the time it takes to process (which is why I suspect they are currently separate), the call from MII could time out.  There are ways around that, but if it is a processing duration issue, you may want to do this as a two transaction process.
