The above are R3 Fields, i have taken it from datasource (2LIS_02_ITM), I Just want to know the standard infoobjects used for the above said fields.
Is there any way to get the standard infoobjects for the above fields?

1. Goto SE11 of R3 and give RSOSFIELDMAP
2. Click on contents icon of the table and give the R3 fields names against the field
3. Execute it and the table will list out the corresponding info objects and the data source.

    Hi dear and welcome on board !
    Usually, if you don't find anything by searching in help on line, you have to look if there is something similar by comparing domain, lenght...but, in this case, it's better to create your own infoobjects !
    Anyway, try to search if these fields are used by some datasource (in R/3, ROOSFIELD table) and then verify if in BW (RSOSFIELDMAP table) you have related infosource with infoobject mapping !

  • I need default values for APEX form fields. How do I do this?

    Hello,
    I am trying to set a default value in my form so that there will not get a null value. I have gone to the Column Defaults page and filled out the following fields in From Defaults:
    Default Value: 0
    Required: Yes
    Help Text: Please enter a number.
    When I add a record set or update a record and do not fill in the field, neither does it prompt me to fill it in or has a default value. It is blank.
    Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

    Defaults:
    Click on the page item, go to the Default section, enter your value into the Default value area.
    Validations:
    It's not quite as automatic as you are thinking.
    You'll need to add a Validation process for the item.
    First you go to the Page Processing section, then the Validations section, click the creation icon in the Validation section. You will first have the choice to create an item level or page level validation. Either will work. Next you will select the item you want to validate. Then, select Item Not Null. On one of the next pages you will be able to enter the error message. It's all pretty straightforward.

    Please check the following points.
    1. Please check the settings that you maintained in the table CRMSUBTAB in ECC. You need to have an entry as follows:
    User: CRM
    Object: VENDOR_MAIN
    U/D : DOWNLOAD
    Object Class: VEND ( & not BUPA for this entry)
    Function Module: PI_BP_VENDOR_MAIN_EXTRACT
    The other entry (for upload) has similar but different values. (Refer to the OSS note 883162.)
    2. Check if you have applied any filter settings in CRM for the adapter object VENDOR_MAIN.

    Service Level - You can differentiate the type of shipment like Load, General Cargo, Express Cargo etc.,
    Process Control - Just press F1 and read "Examples"
    Leg Indicator - If the cargo goes directly from origin to destination with one shipment document, then you can assign Direct Leg.  If multiple transportation is involved and in each and every stage, if you want to generate shipment document, then you have to assign Preliminary Leg, Main Leg and Subsequent leg
    Adopt route -  Press F1
    Determine legs - Press F1 and go through Explanation of Leg Determination Procedure  as it is very difficult to explain
    Long time back, I have handled this and hence, not able to give examples against each.  Will think of and update in case anything comes to my mind.

  • Using a single master data infoobject for multiple fields

    Hello experts. Today I ran un with the following problem: I am modelling an Infocube and will be receiving a flat file with several fields, of which 3 of them give information about sales representatives.
    For each transaction there are 1-3 sales representatives involved, and this is reflected in the file I am going to be loading. If only one representative is involved, it means that he was in charge of a complete negotiation, and his code will be found in all three fields, if two representatives are involved, it means that one was in charge of one part of the negotiation, while the other was in charge of the rest, and according to what they were in charge, their code will appear in one or two of the fields. If three representatives are involved, each one's code will appear on the field corresponding to the part of the negotiation they were in charge of handling.
    I already have the sales representative's codes as master data, but I was wondering how I can have those three fields map into the same InfoObject, if that is possible at all. Maybe in the transformation I map them to the same object? Also, what happens when you create the Data Source? As far as I know, each field in the Data Source must be unique, which makes it impossible to use my ZSALESREP InfoObject for the three fields, at least at Data Source level. What can I do in this case?

    You need 3 infoobjects in datasouce to load 3 different fields.
    If you want load to a single infoobject, you can map accordingly in transformation, bult last field overwrites previous one.
    Its better to maintain 3 fields in cube. Create 2 more sales Reps(ZSALESREP1 & ZSALESREP2) with Reference to ZSALESREP then you no need to maintain master data for ZSALESREP1 & ZSALESREP2.
    Use these 3 fields for modeling.

  • I need to make the ordered quantity field (RV45A-KWMENG) disabled in 'VA02'

    Hi SAP COMMUNITY,
    I have urgent requirement for which i did'nt worked before on this requirement. I hope you people can help me in this regerd.
    My requirement is, I need to make the ordered quantity field (RV45A-KWMENG) disabled in the transaction code is VA01/VA02. User should not be able to edit this ordered quantity in VA01/VA02 Transaction.
    Here the condition to disable this field ordered quantity is IF ORDER TYPE EQUAL TO OR AND IF ITEM CATEGORY EQUAL TO TANN in technical IF VBAK-AUART EQ OR AND IF VBAP-PSTYV EQ TANN then only the field (RV45A-KWMENG) ordered quantity should be disabled in that transaction VA01/VA02.
    Correct me if iam wrong, I think in the program SAPMV45A and do we need to include any screen number which i have seen in VA02 is 4001. Do we need to write a code in Include MV45AFZZ (FORM USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION.). But i don't know what code i need to write here to disable this field.
    I had searched in the forum some example code so please suggest me whether i can use this and if i can use this please suggest me how to write the condition and insert the code in that FORM. If this sample code is wrong then please suggest me what exact code should be given. Can anyone help. Quick response will be much appreciated.

    As per my understanding , To disable the field RV45A-KWMENG based on the condition for Transaction VA01/VA02.
    The conditions which i need to check is Order Type and item category.
    I understand that this is the code which i need to insert for disabling the field but i have a question here, where is the condition here and how the system understand for this field RV45A-KWMENG it has to disable. I think we need give the condition as if RV45A-KWMENG....... Another one if iam not wrong we need check that it has to be done in VA01 and VA02 then only this condition should be executed.

  • Need some help in creating Search Help for standard screen/field

    I need some help in adding a search-help to a standard screen-field.
    Transaction Code - PP01,
    Plan Version - Current Plan (PLVAR = '01'),
    Object Type - Position ( OTYPE = 'S'),
    Click on Infotype Name - Object ( Infotype 1000) and Create.
    I need to add search help to fields Object Abbr (P1000-SHORT) / Object Name (P1000-STEXT).
    I want to create one custom table with fields, Position Abb, Position Name, Job. Position Abb should be Primary Key. And when object type is Position (S), I should be able to press F4 for Object Abb/Object Name fields and should return Position Abbr and Position Name.
    I specify again, I have to add a new search help to standard screen/field and not to enhance it.
    This is HR specific transaction. If someone has done similar thing with some other transation, please let me know.
    There is no existing search help for these fields. If sm1 ever tried or has an idea how to add new search help to a standard screen/field.
    It's urgent.

    A search help exit is a function module for making the input help process described by the search help more flexible than possible with the standard version.
    This function module must have the same interface as function module F4IF_SHLP_EXIT_EXAMPLE. The search help exit may also have further optional parameters (in particular any EXPORTING parameters).
    A search help exit is called at certain timepoints in the input help process.
    Note: The source text and long documentation of the above-specified function module (including the long documentation about the parameters) contain information about using search help exits.
    Function modules are provided in the function library for operations that are frequently executed in search help exits. The names of these function modules begin with the prefix F4UT_. These function modules can either be used directly as search help exits or used within other search help exits.     2. PRESEL1
    After selecting an elementary search help. Table INTERFACE has not yet been copied to table SELOPT at this timepoint in the definition of the search help (type SHLP_DESCR_T). This means that you can still influence the attachment of the search help to the screen here. (Table INTERFACE contains the information about how the search help parameters are related to the screen fields).
    3. PRESEL
    Before sending the dialog box for restricting values. This timepoint is suitable for predefining the value restriction or for completely suppressing or copying the dialog.
    4. SELECT
    Before selecting the values. If you do not want the default selection, you should copy this timepoint with a search help exit. DISP should be set as the next timepoint.
    5. DISP
    Before displaying the hit list. This timepoint is suitable for restricting the values to be displayed, e.g. depending on authorizations.
    6. RETURN (usually as return value for the next timepoint)
    The RETURN timepoint should be returned as the next step if a single hit was selected in a search help exit.
    It can make sense to change the F4 flow at this timepoint if control of the process sequence of the Transaction should depend on the selected value (typical example: setting SET/GET parameters). However, you should note that the process will then depend on whether a value was entered manually or with an input help.
    7. RETTOP
    You only go to this timepoint if the input help is controlled by a collective search help. It directly follows the timepoint RETURN. The search help exit of the collective search help, however, is called at timepoint RETTOP.
    8. EXIT (only for return as next timepoint)
    The EXIT timepoint should be returned as the next step if the user had the opportunity to terminate the dialog within the search help exit.
    9. CREATE
    The CREATE timepoint is only accessed if the user selects the function "Create new values". This function is only available if field CUSTTAB of the control string CALLCONTROL was given a value not equal to SPACE earlier on.
    The name of the (customizing) table to be maintained is normally entered there. The next step returned after CREATE should be SELECT so that the newly entered value can be selected and then displayed.
    10. APP1, APP2, APP3
    If further pushbuttons are introduced in the hit list with function module F4UT_LIST_EXIT, these timepoints are introduced. They are accessed when the user presses the corresponding pushbutton.
    Note: If the F4 help is controlled by a collective search help, the search help exit of the collective search help is called at timepoints SELONE and RETTOP. (RETTOP only if the user selects a value.) At all other timepoints the search help exit of the selected elementary search help is called.
    If the F4 help is controlled by an elementary search help, timepoint RETTOP is not executed. The search help exit of the elementary search help is called at timepoint SELONE (at the

    This module has been created as an example for the interface and design of Search help exits in Search help.
    All the interface parameters defined here are mandatory for a function module to be used as a search help exit, because the calling program does not know which parameters are actually used internally.
    A search help exit is called repeatedly in connection with several
    events during the F4 process. The relevant step of the process is passed on in the CALLCONTROL step. If the module is intended to perform only a few modifications before the step, CALLCONTROL-STEP should remain unchanged.
    However, if the step is performed completely by the module, the following step must be returned in CALLCONTROL-STEP.
    The module must react with an immediate EXIT to all steps that it does not know or does not want to handle.

    I need to code for the following logic
    1) Select access sequence code from T685 (field KOZGF)
    2) Using this code get an access sequence tables from table T682I(field KOTABNR). There is a number in this field which is a table name if to add letter 'A' before it. This table name is a table where you can find condition records. Every condition table has got field 'KNUMH' which is a reference to condition rate table.
    3) Select condition rate from table KONP (field KBETR)
    4) Select scale rates if you are using them from table KONM (field KBETR).
    Just want to ensure, if there is any standard FM which can help in above logic.I got a FM 'SD_COND_ACCESS'. But not sure, how it can help me?

    I do have Access Sequence with me, it is Z011. here i am writing more details, I do have material number.Here article means Materail number.
    o     Determine the merchandise category for the article in the list from MARA-MATKL
    o     Determine the department for the article from first 3 characters of MARA-PRDHA
    o     Determine the vendor for the article from EINA-LIFNR where EINA-MATNR = article in list and EINA-RELIF = ‘X’
    o     Now use the access sequence Z011 (table T682I) to determine the ‘A’ tables and sequence in which in these table must be read for determining the condition records.
    o     Use table T682Z to determine which fields must be used to read the ‘A’ tables above (in T682I).
    o     The ‘A’ tables must be read using condition types Z006 (margin) and Z007 (discount) where the Order Book effective date is between the valid-from and valid-to dates in the A- table, and in the sequence according to table T682I. When a condition record is found, the program must stop reading the subsequent tables, and determine the discount or margin from table KONP-KBETR, where KONP-KNUMH = A table-KNUMH.
    &#61607;     If the condition type is Z006, KONP-KBETR is positive. For condition type Z007, KONP-KBETR is negative.
    &#61607;     Divide KONP-KBETR by 10 to give KBETRX. Retain sign in KBETRX.
    &#61607;     Calculate the discounted / price with margin as follows:
    (1 + (KBETRX/100)) * wholesale price.
    Is it possible to get above logic by standard FM.

  • Assign search help for a screen field in standard program?

    Hi All,
    Is there any other way to assign search help to a standard SAP screen field? (to be precise i want to assign search help to Recipient field in table control of components tab in transaction IW32/IW31)
    I know we can do this by assigning search help through screen painter (by changing standard program, which is my last option).
    Any advice/help will be greatly appreciated.
