Hi,
) Create a data source
RSA1->Source Systems->FILE(File)->PC_FILE(Filesourcesystem)->Create Application Component(optional)-Create Data source
2) Create infoPackage
Right click on the data source and do
3) Create the data provider
4) Create Transformation
Right click on the data provider, choose 'create transformation' and choose your data source (give relevant data source and its type)
Just connect the relavant fields between your data source and data provider.
4) Create DTP
Then Double click on the DTP node created under yous transformations. choose the extraction mode as delta.
5) Load the data: there are 2 ways:
you can run the infopackage and DTP separately or create a process chain consisting of these infopackage and DTP and run.

In left panel select info object
Create info area
Create info object catalog ( characteristics & Key figures ) by right clicking the created info area
Create new characteristics and key figures under respective catalogs according to the project requirement
Create required info objects and Activate.
2. Creation of Data Source
In the left panel select data sources
Create application component(AC)
Right click AC and create datasource
Specify data source name, source system, and data type ( master data attributes, text, hierarchies)
In general tab give short, medium, and long description.
In extraction tab specify file path, header rows to be ignored, data format(csv) and data separator( , )
In proposal tab load example data and verify it.
In field tab you can you can give the technical name of info objects in the template and you not have to map during the transformation the server will automatically map accordingly. If you are not mapping in this field tab you have to manually map during the transformation in Info providers.
Activate data source and read preview data under preview tab.
Create info package by right clicking data source and in schedule tab click star to load data to PSA.( make sure to close the flat file during loading )
3. Creation of data targets
In left panel select info provider
Select created info area and right click to select Insert Characteristics as info provider
Select required info object ( Ex : Employee ID)
Under that info object select attributes
Right click on attributes and select create transformation.
In source of transformation , select object type( data source) and specify its name and source system Note: Source system will be a temporary folder or package into which data is getting stored
Activate created transformation
Create Data transfer process (DTP) by right clicking the master data attributes
In extraction tab specify extraction mode ( full)
In update tab specify error handling ( request green)
Activate DTP and in execute tab click execute button to load data in data targets.
4. Monitor
Right Click data targets and select manage and in contents tab select contents to view the loaded data. Alternatively monitor icon can be used.

Could you please provide Step by step procedure to create SRM User in detail.
I have completed the following:
1. I created SU01 User.
2. I created Root Organistaion with PPOCA_BBP.
3. I went into PPOMA_BBP Tr. code and added Organisation structure like Root Organisation -> Organisation for Company Code -> Organisation for Pur Org -> Organisation fro Pur Group -> Position.
4. I got struck at assigning BusinessPartner for each organisation and creating Cntral Person
Plase provide further steps to copmplete SRM USer creation.

Are you using USERS_GEN transaction in SRM to create users ? Please read the SAP documentation in this case associated with the transaction using SRM GUI logon..
Which option do you use in USERS_GEN : file upload ?
In your case where the "US" (User) link is missing: is the SU01 user created ? Wasn't is already created before USERS_GEN ?
If the system is not able to create the CP <-> US relation, you should get back an error message in USERS_GEN.

Hi Pramod,
The enhancement spots are used to manage explicit enhancement options. Enhancement spots carry information about the positions at which enhancement options were created. One enhancement spot can manage several enhancement options of a Repository object. Conversely, several enhancement spots can be assigned to one enhancement option.
Use
You create an explicit enhancement option when processing a Repository object with the relevant tool by creating an enhancement spot element definition at a point where this is possible. This enhancement option can then be called at different points using enhancement spot element calls. The enhancement spot element definition and the corresponding enhancement spot element calls make up the definition of an enhancement option. For example, when editing an ABAP program with the ABAP Editor, you can define explicit enhancement options in the form of the ENHANCEMENT-POINT statement, which also represents the element definition and element call.
Each enhancement spot element definition must be assigned to at least one enhancement spot. For this, an enhancement spot element definition is assigned one or more simple enhancement spots, which in turn are assigned to at least one composite enhancement spot. Simple and composite enhancement spots are Repository objects that form a tree-like structure, where the leaves and branches represent simple and composite enhancement spots respectively. A simple enhancement spot is always assigned to exactly one enhancement technology (ABAP source code enhancement or BAdI).
Composite enhancement spots are used for the semantic grouping of simple enhancement spots. A composite enhancement spot contains either one or more simple enhancement spots and/or one or more composite enhancement spots of the relevant type. You can use composite enhancement spots to combine simple enhancement spots into meaningful units.
The statement ENHANCEMENT-POINT can either be entered directly or created by choosing Edit → Enhancement operations → Create enhancement in the Enhancement Builder.

Hi Afi,
If you are looking for creating an oss message with SAP follow the path
http://service.sap.com/notes --> Report a Product Error --> select your system --> Enter the search term ( related to your issue) and componenet ( if its basis BC , change management BC-CTC , if its for solution manager use SV-SMG or the sub component )
Now it will show the related oss notes and if that notes are not helpful you can create a message with SAP by clicking create message.

Hi Narendra,
You might not be able to create an Individual object directly in CRM using the SAP GUI, but the way I know of is to use the PC-UI application CRMM_PRD_IOBJECT. So the URL would be something like:
http://<FQDN>:<port>/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_bsp_frame/entrypoint.do?appl=CRMM_PRD_IOBJECT
once you have created your Iobject here you can try to utilize the same in your installed base.

You have different options to create messages in test component SV-SMG-SUP-TST:
1. if you are on 7.1 you can create message using CRM_UI
2. If you are using lower vrsion then either you can create message using Workcenter or using transaction NOTIF_CREATE or using menu --> Help --> Create support message.

In your sceanario if you are looking to build either Enity or Application service then create it and test that service from "Service Browser". Once your service is working as per your reqyurements then we have to options to bring it into the Portal:
1. Generate Web Service for you Service (Entity or Application).
2. Consume that Web Service in WebDynpro application using Model concepts.
3. Deploy your WebDynpro Application into your portal Server.
4. Create a WebDynpro iView for your application and assign it any where you want.
OR
1. Generate WebDynpro model for your CAF application.
2. Create a public part for you application webdynpro project of your CAF application.
3. Create a new WebDynpro DC and use the Models generated for your CAF application.
4. Deploy your WebDynpro Application into your portal Server.
5. Create a WebDynpro iView for your application and assign it any where you want.
If you can give your complete scenario then that would be more helpful for any one to provide best answer which is approapriate for you.

While sheduling at the last ..by clicking the context menu of our created IP Group.. I am not getting any screen to schedule the same..(I am getting amessage at the mottom saying its not possible to run it in the back ground for my client workstation or similar to this)
Could u plz let me know.. what it looks like for these remaining steps
