Need system should throgh message when process invoice

Hi,
I need system should throw warning message when an incoming invoice is processed via MIRO or FB60 or F-43. Is it possible through validation.
For example - If vendor master is showing that vendor is blocked for payment and having indicator 'A' i.e blocked for payment, then when we process an invoice document through any of the above t.code, it should display warning message saying that vendor is blocked for payment.
Pls let me know if can we provide the above message through standard validation rule for all the above transaction code.

use the transaction code OBA5 and use application area F5. Go to new entries and select message 671 with online as w -> warning and batch as w-> warning and save it. And now go to the mentioned transaction code by you and check. I will work for you

We are implementing a process to receive electronic invoice, we are using the FM. IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_MRM to process the IDOC with the invoice, so we need to confirm the reception of the invoice using an output idoc when the invoice is post. Anybody know some way to customizing this confirming message using EDI? we would like to send the message when the invoice is posted (we need to use IDOC to send the confirmation)

If you dont want message to be generated during PO change.Change the following setting.
For eg. u have message type ZNEU.
SPRO-MM-Purchasing-Mesages-Output control-message type -click Define Message Types for Purchase Order
click on :Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order
Delete the entry for operation 2 , for ZNEU.

Need help understanding error message when syncing iTouch

I get an error message when I sync my iTouch with my MacBook. The error message reads as follows:
"iTunes could not sync mail accounts to the iPod...because an error occurred remapping record identifiers."
First, can anyone tell me what this message actually means? And second, any suggestions on how to resolve the problem?

I am upgrading a old power mac g4 need update 9.1 and the system gives error message when i try to export it?

i am upgrading from 9.0.4 to 9.1.0 in the order that I am instructed when trying to get free update from the apple site i get error message..what gives with that am i supposed to just stay in os9?

9.1 is helpful for some application compatibility, but more so for running Mac OS 9 within Classic environment in Mac OS X. Classic though is not as good as booting into 9 directly, as many drivers are not accessible to the Classic environment in X. You can find the newer 9 updates if you follow this tip.

How to pop up error message when printing invoice / delivery note

i have a problem that when I'm going to print the invoice (VF03), i have to check the field displayed e.g. port of loading, final destination should not be empty.If both are empty, when user is ready to print, then alert message is displayed (e.g. Please return to the invoice to fill in the port of loading / final destination) and is not allowed to print it out
i'm using Zxxxxx program (including the subroutine) and SAPScript form Zxxxxxx ,in the form, i use "PERFORM XXX IN PROGRAM ZXXXX" to call the parameter,so how can I do the alert message and stop the printing process and Do i write a checking subroutine in the program and perform that subroutine , so that when that required fields are empty, then show alert when printing?

i wont suggest you to give a pop up as if you try and execute the invoice in background it would cause termination.
Standard way of doing it is by updating nast entries. You can refer below mentioned pseudo code. You can also refer to any standard driver program & form attached to a output type for more code.
The below code would show your output condition in error status if your condition fails.

Error message when posting invoice : Day-end closing not defined

Hi,
In our training environment we migrated from FAGLFLEXT to FMGLFLEXT and activated fund management.
Now when posting an invoice the system provides an error message: "FQ252 Day end closing not defined".
There is no configuration related to F845 but we are prevented from posting the document due to this error message.
Any idea of where this could come from and of what need to be done to prevent this from happening?

Greetings from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I'm trying to use the Migration Workbench in order to transfer to SAP the material master data.
I have created an LSMW Objet and selected, under Mantain Object Attributes >> Object Type and Import Method, the IDoc option. The message type will be MATMAS and the Basic Type will be MATMAS05.
I have maitained the IDoc Inbound processing, created the LSMW Port and the Partner Profile. In the latter, under Inbound Parameteres, I have created and inbound parameter with the MATMAS Message Type and MATM Process Code.
I have created structure relationships for the following target structures: EDI_DC40, E1MARAM, E1MAKTM, E1MARCM and E1BEWM.
After being one or two couple of hours going and coming over the application log after running over and over again the step 14. IDoc Processing, and having filled with '/' the obligatory fields, I still am not able to generate it successfully.
The problem I'm having is, it keeps asking the DISMM (I think the name is MRP Type) field, and since I have not created a conversion rule or source field for it, I recieve the error message 72 from the M3 message class
I understand that though the MM01 transaction, if the MRP View isn't activated, this field stops being mandatory. So I need to know, if any, the way to make the IDoc processing not to ask this field, since the MM consultant has said it's not necessary to introduce it.

Error message when processing business rule and dimenstion

Dear BPC Experts:
While I am testing BPC FX Restatement pacakge, I make most use of original se-up in APSHELL, and just do some some config in related dimension and business rule. However, when I process business rule and dimenstion, one message shows that "_unexpected error in application server"._ And I still tried to run FX Restatement package, in detail log, it says "Member USD not exist." Does anyone help me figure out the reasons? I really appreciae your help.

Itunes gives needs to close Windows message when trying to Burn DVD or Sync

I have a 60G Video Ipod
I right click on the my playlist and select Burn Playlist to Disc. It then asks if I want to do a data DVD, I click yes and then it starts checking Playlist. When the bar almost reaches the end the windows message pops up and Itunes closes.
The same error box pops up when I connect my Ipod and it starts to update the Ipod.
I can play music with Itunes without any issues until I either want to burn a dvd or connect the Ipod.
I have reisntalled Itunes from the original CD after removing Itunes, Ipod updater and quicktime from Add/remove programs. I have upgraded a few times and the issue still persists. The issue initially started when in version 6.0.2 which was a known issue and the fix was to go to version 6.0.3.
Is there other lcoations that have files, that add/remove doesn't remove? I cannot see how unistalling and reinstaling from the CD would not correct the issue.
I have windows XP Media Edition and do not have dual core processors but do have hyperthreading.

It sounds like your iTunes application is quitting when you try to use it, or it quits when you try to sync your device to it. If the former, use this article:

System log error message when try to connect to message server

There is a syslog entry, " Q0X Connection to client C of msg server closed as time exceeded". Research on SAP suggested a old note 73936. I am trying to find the root cause and resuire some guidance.The entries in dev_ms file shows the message:

ERROR => No MS_LOGIN within 300 seconds [msxxserv.c   8039]
ERROR => Close connection to CX (XXX.XXX.X.XX), [XXX.XXX.X.XX] [msxxserv.c   8042]
How to narrow down whether it is caused by an incorrect client program or network issue? the ip address displayed in error message in dev_ms file is not listedin /etc/hosts files. Will that be causing the issue. Any help would be appreciated?

Hi,
That timeout message occurred due to inactivity from the client side. First you need to identify what application is connected to your message server. May be it's not a problem at all and this application just doing nothing and since message server is terminating a connection between them. Then, if you want to increase the time for message server to wait for activity from the application part, increase ms/conn_timeout parameter (set to 300s by default).

Planning level belongs to the cash position, which means you can only use it for G/L account line items.
Levels are defined and allocated to a source symbol in view V_T036. The source symbol is allocated to the cash position or the liquidity forecast in view V_T039.

If you look at the tutorial I think you will see that you are using "txt" where "text" is required. "text" is a property of a textfield, identifying the text that the textfield holds. I don't know if you are doing something where the num1 object contains another object named txt, but I think my first sentence catches the problem.
