Any idea how can I display Previous Completed Cycle and Completion Date (i.e. the last two columns)?
    Regards,
    Vikrant.

    hi vikrant,
You can a Cube at the reporting layer  which gets data from DSO and which has these 2 extra characteristics completion date and previous cycle along with other chars and keyfigures from DSO.
You can populate these  based on your logic in the field routine.
    Hope it helps.

  • Smartform form for Payment remittance advice to Vendor

    Hi Friends,
My requirement is i have a sapscript "F110_IN_AVIS" (Driver program:RFF0EDI1 This is a standard sap driver program)and it should be converted to Smartform with all the windows as it was present in sapscript. • Default a rtf template for a Xml publisher report!

    Hello,
How to default a layout template if multiple templates are registered for a Data template?
and also how to delete a template?
    Thanks,

Thank you all for the reply. I was talking about Xml publisher with EBS.
As said...we can not delete the template but we can end date it and we can set the default template from the system administration responsibility.
One more question regarding this : When we migrate the xml publisher seed data for this report( which include template which was endated) to other instance ( let say Development to Test)....we are unable to see the template in the test instance. All i meant was can we migrate the template which is end dated to other instance with the data definition??

  • RTF Template for AP Trial Balance Report   in R12

    Hi
when i opened AP Trial Balance RTF Template (word doc) i see only the below statement & when i double clicked & open Form text field i see the Tag
<?call-template:XLAAPRPT06?> Any idea where the actual template is stored? since i have to build new one i need to look at it for reference.
    Import Template XLAAPRPT06Call Template XLAAPRPT06
    Thanks
    Pravin

You can navigate to 'Xml Publisher Administrator' responsibility --> Templates
Give the code as 'XLAAPRPT06' and then 'Go'
You will get a template, from where you can download the RTF document - XLAAPRPT06.rtf
I've checked that the template is complete.
Alternatively, you can read it from -
    select * -- file_date
    from apps.xdo_lobs
    where LOB_CODE = (select data_source_code
    from apps.xdo_templates_b
    where template_code = 'XLAAPRPT06');cheers,

  • Need help for creation of aging report of customer

Hi here is a guide of how to understand the components in an ageing report.Hope this helps
    Customer Receivables Aging Report
    Field
    Description/Activity
Currency - Click This graphic is explained in the accompanying text and choose the currency in which you want to display the report results.
    The available options include:
    ●     Local currency
    ●     System currency
    ●     Business partner currency
    ●     Any additional currencies defined in SAP Business One
Aging Date - Displays the aging date entered in the selection criteria window.
Age By - Choose whether you calculate the age of the receivable according to the due date, posting date, or document date of the document/journal entry.
Customer Code - Displays the code of the customer.
Click This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to open the corresponding Business Partner Master Data.
Customer Name - Displays the name of the customer.
Total - Displays the total amount of open receivables.
Figures in brackets mean that you have already received payments from a customer that exceed the amount of the receivables for the period.
Future Remit. - Displays all open receivables owed by the customer according to the date selected in the Age By field for which the date specified in the Aging Date field has not yet been reached.
    Example:
The customer has an open A/R Invoice for USD100, due on May 1st.
Due Date is selected in the Age By field.
The Aging Date is April 28th.
Since the invoice is due after the aging date, the invoice amount is displayed in the Future Remit column..
Letter - Indicates whether a dunning letter was created.
This column is displayed only when generating the report by Sales Documents and by Due Date
Time Intervals - These four columns are constructed according to the specifications you made in the Interval field in the selection criteria window.
SAP Business One displays the relevant open receivables in four columns for the time interval. The amount of future remit is first subtracted from the total sum of receivables.
    ·         Days u2013 Each column represents the number of days entered in the selection criteria window starting from the aging date and backwards. The fourth column includes open receivables for the days prior to the first three columns.
    ·         Months u2013 Each column represents one month starting from the aging date month and backwards. The last column includes open receivables for months prior to the first three months.
    ·         Periods u2013 Each column represents one period (as defined in Administration ® System Initialization ® Posting Periods tab) starting from the aging date period and backwards. The last column includes open receivables for periods prior to the first three periods.
If the number of periods in your company is less than the 4, the non-relevant columns will be titled as Not Valid.
Doubtful Debt - Displays the doubtful debt amount if exists.
Top Total Row - The top total row displays the sum of amounts listed in one column.
Bottom Total Row - The bottom total row displays the percentage of open receivables for each time interval.
    Thanks
    Kevin

  • Re: Need Templates For Adobe Photoshop Elements 10

I have been wondering the same thing?! I wanted to get templates from a company that I order prints from. Can you download templates to elements 10? Because I have no clue how to. Or I Need to Try Photo Shop Design.
    Lisa

Premade temples. I see where they have there templates. Whcc has them for there prints and products. You need to download them and add them to photoshop( which I either need to keep trying or It just wont work for elements 10.)  It will have there template ,such as circle. So when you are ready to order its going to fit the item i am ordering too.. and not be cut off. I could just build one in Photoshop and guess. Keep everything in the middle. I use this for photography products. Like, Photo Press cards, Photo albums, bookmarkers, stickers, and ad's. I just don't want to get the CS3 right now. Its outta my price range.
I do like how there are so many backgrounds to elements 10. I just need to keep messing with it. I hope this program works for me.

  • Need Templates For Adobe Premiere Elements 10

Please help me out. I am trying to finish more vidseos for my wounded warrior project and could use some help with a few pre-made templates. Thanks!

    Welcome to the forum.
When you say "templates," exactly what are you referring to?
As Neale points out, there are Title Templates, Menu Sets, Themes/Instant Movie Templates, etc., in the Additional Functional Content (separate install from either the media, or from a separate download file), plus similar at Muvipix. However, I wonder if that is exactly what you are seeking. A bit more about what you need would probably be useful.
Good luck with your Projects, and please let us know just a bit more.

  • System Email Address for Remittance Advice

    Hello,
We currently send the Remittance Advice by email to Supplier.
The sender address on the email to Supplier is [email protected] and we would like to change this sender address to [email protected]
We can see that the default email address for all output forms can be changed in Fine Tuning Activity 'E-mail and Fax Settings' and it is currently [email protected] However we want to use a specific address for the Purchase Order email and another for the Remittance Advice email.
Can anyone tell us where we set the Remittance (or Purchase Order) specific email address ?
    Thanks,
    Kevin.

    Hi Kevin,
As a standard behavior, the system sends an e-mail from buyer responsible address and not from default sender address. Default sender address will be used if there is no document-specific sender address. It means that if the buyer responsible does not maintain e-mail address, then system will send the Purchase Order from default sender e-mail address; else it will be consider the buyer responsible contact data.
    Regards,
    Fabio.
