Need the latest .pdf manual for FCP X 10.0.9?

I have a friend who is stuck on FCP X 10.0.9 because he can't upgrade to Mavericks.
The only old official .pdf user manual I have was produced last year for 10.0.6
Was this the last one made or is there something even more up to date . . . . not 10.1 of course!

Unfortunately, just as I had suspected, when I downloaded the "FCP X 10.0.9 User Manual" I discovered it was in fact the "FCP X 10.0.6 User Manual" I already had . . . . obviously it hasn't been updated since 10.0.6 probably because there were no significant modifications.

Need the Latest EDK.jar file

Hi,
We need the latest edk.jar for customising the PT content server. The Plumtree 6.0 version we have does not have api for content server. (i.e com.plumtree.remote.prc is only available and com.plumtree.remote.prc.content is not available)

EDK has always been a free product, so you're welcome to download it at any time.
Dev Center -> Product Center -> Dev tools and Utilities -> called the IDK now (formerly known as EDK). 5.3 is the latest and only supported version.
dev2dev, you will have to navigate to the Aqualogic User Interaction products to find it, I don't know where exactly it is.

Firefox will not opend pdf files because it says I need the latest version of Quicktime. I am running the latest version.

When I try to open a pdf file, FF4 says I need the latest version of Quicktime. The site it directs me to for the latest version is actually an old version of Quicktime (7.something). I am running the most recent version (Quicktime 10.0).

When i plugged in my phone to my iTunes after i got the update for ios 7 everything from my icloud got on my phone so i plugged it into my itunes to try and take everything off but its saying i need the latest version of itunes how do i do that ?

you dont need computer. go to settings > icloud and turn off what you dont want like photostream/calendars/contacts. for itunes 11.1 you need to go to itunes.com and download it then install it.

How do I install the newest version of itunes? It says that i need the latest version of mac osx but when i check for downloads i get nothing.

My Mac will not let me download any new updates. I have Mac OS X Version 10.4.11, and I cannot download any new updates. This disables me to update Itunes which is the problem in the first place. How would I fix this?

iTunes in Mac OS X Tiger is outdated. Open  > Software Update to install the latest iTunes version for Tiger.
If you need iTunes 10.7 or a newer version, you have to upgrade to Mac OS X Snow Leopard. First, check that your Mac is supported > http://support.apple.com/kb/sp575 If it is, buy Snow Leopard > http://store.apple.com/us/product/MC573Z/A/mac-os-x-106-snow-leopard
After buying Snow Leopard, make a backup of your data, insert the DVD and upgrade to Snow Leopard. After upgrading, open  > Software Update, and install the latest Snow Leopard version. Finally, run Software Update again to install iTunes 11.0.4. If you want to install iTunes 10.7 instead, download it from the Apple website > http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1576

If you are getting a voicemail password prompt, that usually means you have a voicemail. In order to hear it you will need to enter the passcode, it only needs to be entered once.
To reset your passcode, call your service provider.

Need help on how to identify the latest timestamp ran for the WorkBooks

I know some tables to identify the workbooks when they are created.But this tables are not updating If we ran the workbook today.
for example, : if we created workbook & saved on 05/25/2009 or opening old WB.After that if we ran same workbook on 05/26/2009 then system has to update the latest timestamp as last ran.but iam unable to find this timestamps for workbooks.
WB are maitained in RSDDSTAT.here i can able to find when it was last changed but not the latest timestamps.Our requirement to find the latest timestamp ran for the WorkBooks from last one year, which are using.
below are the tables to identify when the workbook was created and other details:

Manual for FCP 7 ?

Hi.
I really miss not having a nice 1000+ page manual to go with FCP 7. Some how the "Help" option doesn't cut it.
I see a few books marketed as manuals for FCP 7. Can anybody recommend one?
(If I look at my old manual. It's full of notes I wrote in the margins - notes about what I've done, references to other pages of the book. And it's sides bulge with yellow stickies doing the same. I miss all these and wish I could do the same for FCP 7. "Help" just isn't the same.)

I guess we're all in agreement. Apple should make it available in print form somehow. Reminds me of the story of the first digital watches. Wanting to be cool and hi-tech, I suppose, these watches were issued with a numerical read out. People soon objected so they had to abandon this and go back to a clock-face. Seeing the time expressed in numbers alone just didn't tell enough. A clock face with hands tells you the time but it puts that time in relation to the whole day. Same with these on-line "help" pages. They are devoid of context. The brain needs something more.

I have been creating a photo book using a lots of photographs on iPhoto, and then I took another photos by using new iPAD which I want to integrate with the original album/book on iMac. I was able to import them from iPAD's iPhoto to iMac's iPhoto. However I cannot import or transfer or sync anything from iMac's iPhoto to that of my iPAD.
So my iPhoto page on iPAD contains only 3 or 4 newly created albums, and no other info. That means no syncing....
I am supposed to be able to work on this project on either of these iPAD and iMac, correct?
I am puzzled. I appreciate for your advice and help.
