Can i Have the list of Standard Function Modules available in SRM.

Adding to Masa,
Search in SE37 with F4 for BBP also.
these will the FMs mostly used in the std programme and you can make use in custom pr.
BBPGET* will be also useful.

Where can I find a complete list of STANDARD FUNCTION MODULES called correspoinding to STANDARD PAR FILE's in Enterprise Portal 7 (2004s). For Example what is the Function Module called when I click on ESS-> Career -> Language Skills.

Srinivasan-
For creating a Generic extractor based on a FM, you first of all need to know what is going to be your structure.. i.e. what all fields you need to pull from what all tables. A functional consultant may help you identify the exact DB tables.
Once you know them, hand over the requirement and the pdf mentioned by Krishna to the ABAP guy, he would be able to take this up further.
Also decide 1st whether you would be using a full load or delta. There is a slight difference in the way they are built.
Let me know how it goes.

hello ,
i want to find out where used list of a function modules , but the problem when I try where used button with in a function module Im getting message saying 'Function Is Not An Include' when it is used in other programs. Function AKB_WHERE_USED_LIST does not exist.Function FUNC_GET_OBJECT does not show the names of the programs.Im Stuck..Plz advise.

Hi,
You need to create an inbound function module. Then define the process code in transaction we42 and attach the function module to this process code.
In the function module you create you need to define tables of types EDIDC (Control record (IDoc)), EDIDD (Data record (IDoc)) and BDIDOCSTAT (ALE IDoc status (subset of all IDoc status fields)).

I have a ITAB into which data comes.
FIELD-SYMBOLS : <ITAB> TYPE ANY ,
                              key      TYPE ANY,
                              char TYPE ANY.
<ITAB> = local_file.
there is a field KEY whose sum when becomes equal to 10.000 for every CHAR,system should show a popup in the below FM
CALL FUNCTION 'POPUP_WITH_WARNING_ALV'

    TEXTLINE1       = LT_POPUPTEXT
TEXTLINE2       = ' '
TITEL           = 'Warnung'

In your case even the KEY value is the most useful one right,
If so go about this way,
have another field flag set it when the sum of the KEY values exceeds 10.
Loop in an internla table.
Now the internal table will have all the data including the flag and now based on the flag (whether set or not) call the function module popup which should retrieve those matnr field where flag is set.
Display the error message saying that the KEY value fr this matnr exceeds 10.
Revert for further clarification.

I think you are new to Integration.I would suggest you to go thru all the topics in SAP XI and then you will get a good idea whether every topic is important or not

These topics are important for interview point of view.

1) What the business systems used ? (Note this is SLD related)
2) They will give you scenario and aks you howmany BS,TS and logical names
you will create
3) Some more things on SWC versions, SAP R/3 Settings like pushing IDOC
receive IDOC ...etc
4) Naming conventions you used ? for BS, LS,TS.....
5) Why sender IDOC,HTTP adpter not required? explain in detail ?

Problem in Std Function module (PSBW_GET_ACTIVITY)

I am facing the problem at the time of data extraction thru std function
module of 0ACTIVITY_ATTR. The name of the module is PSBW_GET_ACTIVITY.
BOQ rate is 'z'field and uppended in 0Activity_attr.
Functional scenario:
We have one Project having 2 wbs and each wbs element having 3 activities and activities are having different BOQ rates.
Project   WBS          Activity     BOQ rate
ABCD       A          10             100
       A          20             200
                  A          30             300
ABCD       B          40             400
       B          50             500
       B          60             600
In my case, my extractor is bringing only following records.
Project   WBS          Activity     BOQ rate
ABCD       A          10             100
       A          20             100
                  A          30             100
ABCD       B          40             400
       B          50             400
       B          60             400
Please let me know if anyone has faced this problem earlier or give me
any suggestion.

Std. function module u2018'FITP_CREATE_TRIP_FROM_REQUEST' is not creating trip

Hi
We have user the Std. function module u2018'FITP_CREATE_TRIP_FROM_REQUEST' in Webdynpro abap and employees were able to create Trips. but now after a system upgrade to EPh4 suddenly the function module has stopped working.
now when a person trys to create a trip the following error is displayed."Cannot create the request"
please suggest what can i do to address this issue.

SAP just now replied tht this FM is "Not Released By SAP" hence this is a consulting issue.
Now we will have to resolve this on our own?? can anyone check the same?

How to change the status of the system programmatically with Function Module

I Was trying to change the status of the notification through STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN function module . But It is not changing the status of the notification.
Can any one help to understand what is going wrong ... or any other function module to change status of Customer complaint notification ..

NOTE: Please note that the main point explain here is that, if you are willing to change to a status Ex, NOPR, NOCO, etc then you will need to pass on the value 'I0070', 'I0072', etc. I will also go ahead and like to add one more point here to make the language check as well like "EN", 'DE', etc as these statuses are language dependent too.

Transaction Code to list all standard function modules available in SAP

Is there any transaction code to list all standard function modules with their
grouping.......like in transaction BAPI all bapis are listed w.r.t. their
functionalities....

Then Try SE84 -> Program Library -> Function modules. Execute to list all FMs.
By the way may we ask the purpose for it, as my ECC 6.0 system has exactly 3,78,979 FM's.
