In my case i have to put 4 URL link under BENEFITS and PAYMENT Tab

Hi,
<b>To change the Salary Statement</b> you must create a copy of standard salary statement using HRFORMS transaction. You can do any changes in this copy. (Select your country gruop or molga)
After you do that you must configure the decision feature to show your own Salary Statement
Go to the SPRO transaction and navigate to:
Personnel Management -> Employee Self-Service -> Service-Spacific Settings -> Benefits and Payments -> Salary Statement -> Form Using HR Forms Workplace (HRFORMS) ->Enter HR Form Name
Expand HRFOR -> RCLAS -> C -> Molga (select you country or include new one) and enter the HRFORM name that you created in the previous step.
<b>To enable or disable links</b>
Go to the se24 transaction
create a new class that implements IF_XSS_SER_PROXY_SERVICE
You need to implement the three methods to enable or disable the service according your needs. You can see the CL_BENEFITS_AREAPAGE standard implementation to get more information.
After you created your class you need go to:
Cross-Application Components -> Homepage Framework ->
Services -> Define Services -> Define Services (Add entries)
And enter your class name in the Proxy Class.

Customizing Benefits and Payments iview in ESS Portal

Hi Guys ;
I am working on ESS portal.
I want to add new links and textviews in the Benefits and Payments iview. After adding them I want to rearrange their positions with respect to existing fields on the iview.
I tried by opening the preview of iview from
Content Administration -> portal Content -> ESS->iviews ->Benefits and Payments iview.
Then I selected an existing link on the preview of iview and did ctrl + right click but when I select any uielement and click on rearrange I don't get any filed inthe table to rearrange its empty.
Is there any particular node in UI element tree to be selected to rearrange the fieldst?
Please reply I am in a fix.

1) How can employee know when their benefits should start (cant enter start date via ESS)
- It appears that they need to enter a start date but cannot
Typically, EEs are not allowed to enter a start date for benefits coverage. The start date usually depends on the type of enrollment.
If it is a new hire enrollment - the start date for benefits coverage will be the employee start date.
If it is open enrollment - the start date for benefits coverage will be the beginning of the following year (open enrollment is done usually towards the end of the current year - for benefits coverages of the following year)
If it is a generic enrollment (for example - birth of a new child) - the start date will be the beginning date of the corresponding adjustment reason (IT0378 record start date).
2) For insurance enrollment, why does BASIC COVERAGE show ZERO amount. Can we remove if we can?
This is a generic screen used for all the plans and hence it shows ZERO amount. You may choose to customize the code if you want to.
3) We need to relabel some of these plans we set up for HSA - how can we do that?
This can be done by changing the corresponding texts in the benefits configuration. The webdynpro application reads it from there.

How can I change the insert SWF File, I need to add a few things and make it better? Is there an option inside of the dreamweaver menu that I am not looking at. It would make it easier on me if I changed some things around and didn't have to do it all myself each time I used it. Just incase you was needing to remember what swf flash was, It is not a swf video either.

If I understand correctly, Sonic Kaboom.swf needs to be edited in a separate Flash authoring program and then reinserted into your HTML document.
As Murray said, Flash is dead. Nobody uses it anymore.   We use HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript animations which have universal support from Smartphones, Tablets and other web devices that can't support Flash.   Look at Edge Animate.

When I enter the option "Salary Statement" (in "Benefits and Payment") shows me the error "Error When Creating the form"

I clear the temporary files, but the error persist.
I think so, my error is because otherwise customizing the salary statement is seen in ERP (Back-End) but I can not see through the sap portal (Error: Salary Statement http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/3007/payroll2.jpg)

I need to add fields EKET-EINDT and EKET-SLFDT to the output of program ME2M Transaction.
I have appended the structure MEREP_OUTTAB_PURCHDOC with these fields. and it is coming in the ALV output field catalog.
I need these fields output only for ALV display only.
Please let me know which enhancement i need to write code to enhance the output with these filed values added to the ALV internal table

Hi Siddharth & Jwala,
the issue got fixed, by changing the order of Payment above the Benefits
1. i made some options to be disabled & enabled in both benefits and payment
2. Then in the portal i could see the benefits and payment
3. inside the benefits & payment i was able to see two option 1 is for benefits & other is for payment
4. we only wanted payment functionality to be displaying
5. so i tried to hide the benefits then noting was getting displayed in the portal
6. finally i changed the order of the payment just above the benefits
then then i was able to see the benefits and payment inside that i was able to see the payment where i was able to see the payslip
i am not sure what i have done but i is working but please let me know what the problem was actually

Where is your site hosted? If it's hosted on MobileMe you can use SEO to edit the site online. No need to get it locally.
If the site is hosted with a 3rd party fpt client then publish your site to a folder on your hard drive, use SEO on it there and then upload the site to your server with a 3rd party ftp client.

Need to add link to report library on quick launch

I hid the "Report Library" quick launch link on the left hand side of the Sharepoint portal home page, and then was informed that it needed to be displayed again .I selected "Yes" for "Display this document
library on the Quick Launch?" when setting the report library properties, but it doesn't show up in the Quick Launch bar. In fact, the Quick Launch bar only displays a link to "Libraries," which opens the All Documents page.
Is there some sort of setting in the Site Settings or in Central Administration that can resolve this problem ?

If the Publishing Feature is enabled go to Site Settings > Navigation (Maybe the link is set to hide or make a new heading).
If the Publishing Feature is not enabled go to Site Settings > Tree view (under Look and Feel) > Enable Quick Launch or enable Tree View.
