Need to add print and download options for report in new window

Hi,
On one of the columns empid of the report1 (which is on the dashboard) , I am using navigation and pointing it to report2.
Report1 has all the links, print, download and refresh (I enabled them using the section properties) but when I click on empid and it takes me to report2, then I don't see any links under that report. I want to include print and download links for report2 when it opens in the new window.
I know, one way is to embedd that report in the dashboard page and hide it, but is there any other way of doing it?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

RonnyPlease explain why you can't do what I said. What is the "requirements" that prevent this? It would be transparent to the user, really. They just click and get their report.

Which specific web sites? Do they all use JavaScript or Java? Old versions of Safari will have problems with both, since newer versions of those technologies are being used on web sites.

Tragically, no. You have the last version for 10.3.9. If you want to get the newest version, 3.2.1, you'd need to upgrade your OS to at least 10.4.11, which will cost you about $129 from a retailer who still has a boxed copy in stock. That will solve a lot of your crashing problems. Check these < ahref="http://www.google.com/products?q=10.4Tiger&btnG=SearchProducts&brand=apple&lnk=brsugg">Google search results; the first item with 3 sellers is the one you want.
And you should be sure that your system will support it and you have a large enough hard disk and max out your RAM, because you'll need it.

i am opening pdf file in firefox browser in right side i am seeing print and download option
i want to disable it by program like javascript, by manualy i can disable it ,
actually i am opening pdf file in my website by using firefox browser so i do not want to any can download or print the pdf file

If it's that critical, you could explore this partial workaround:
Use a script or configuration file on your server that changes the disposition based on the user agent. In other words, for Firefox, send an attachment disposition that forces a download outside the browser instead of the default (inline) disposition that allows Firefox to display the PDF in a tab.
Now... that won't stop the user from dragging and dropping the downloaded file on a Firefox tab to use the built-in PDF viewer, but most users would tend to open the file in their default viewer (e.g., stand-alone Adobe Reader).

Alibutlerdesigns you will use the same process to install on your second computer. You can copy the installation files using a USB drive if you do not wish to download the installation files again.

Need a slow download option for Satellite Internet Connections

Adobe Acrobat X fails to download completely when using Satellite internet connections. The executable downloads but the 51Mbytes of software only gets part way through before failing as it is requires cable/ADSL speeds.
Please, those of us in the country who are remote, rely on satellite internet to reduce travel costs. It would be nice if adobe would provide a download option for slow connections.

Click on your preference and check the Parental tab for possible restrictions. Open iTunes, then click the iTunes menu, select preferences after the window opens click on the Parental icon, take a look at the content restrictions section.

Can you confirm that you have an Officejet 8500a or Officejet 8500? On the 8500a model, you can set the networks proxy address and port setting from the front panel of the printer (setup>Webservices setup>proxy). If you are unsure what your proxy settings are you'll need to contact your network admin. If your network uses a proxy users name and password for all devices, you need to enter this information along with the proxy address and port in the printers embedded web server. Type the products IP address into an internet brownser window (printer must be connected to the same network as PC). Select the network tab, and than look for the proxy settings option. Enter in the information and click apply. Once the networks proxy information has been correctly inputed into the embedded web server, try printing again. If unsuccessfully, you might try reinstalling the printer software after uninstalling it. Hope this helps!

You would need to get the IP address of your printer then manually add a network print queue.
To get the IP address, on the control panel of your printer, press on Setup > Network Setup > TCP/IP > View/Set IP address.

Need a way to get downloads option from safari on dock.

I accidentally deleted my downloads option for safari on my dock. It is also no longer in my finder. Is there a way for me to get it back?

Open a Finder window and see if Downloads is in the sidebar. If it is not, go to Finder Preferences and click Sidebar at the top of Preferences window to show it in the sidebar. Once you see it in the sidebar, right-click the Downloads (control - click or 2 finger tap on touchpad) and choose "Add to Dock."

Default Browser, and Download option grayed out.

My default browser, and Download option buttons are grayed out, what may be the cause of this? I can't seem to find a reason... can someone give me a list of possible fixes for this?

There may be corruption in the Safari preferences file. In the Finder, drag to the desktop the com.apple.safari.plist file found in your User Account>Library>Preferences folder.
Restart Safari. Select the Plug-in box. Quit Safari/restart. If this works you'll need to reset your Safari preferences to your liking, plus any custom settings found in the Edit Menu (spelling) or View Menu (status bar, Address bar, custom icons in the "Customize Address Bar" ).
Otherwise, move the original file on your desktop back to its original location.
If no joy, try the Safari Preferences from another User Account.

No print or download option to user

If we have provided Display authorization to some users in company.
For such user we want them to just display the original document and no possible option for them to download or print the original- is it possible ?

This would be difficult because they could still open the file and use the file save as function or the print function in the application they are opening it with. I.e. in MS Word or whatever the native application is.
To prevent this you would have to create PDF view files of each application which have print and save options disabled as well. Then you would also have to disable the copy to function in the SAP gui

Try stopping Safari followed by resetting your phone: double-tap the home button, locate Safari at the bottom (swiping if necessary), tap and hold until it wiggles, tap the minus sign. Now reset: hold the on/off and home buttons until you see the Apple logo (ignore the off slider that appers first), then release. If it still is missing you may need to restore your phone, which will put a fresh copy of the iOS on your phone (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414).

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Check your store location is set correctly, if this doesn't help, try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for a 30 seconds.
