Hi, I need to cancel my 'Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year)' as my partner already has the full package subscription on the desktop we use at home.

    I really hate to sound desperate, but I've hit hard financial times and I can't pay for the subscription when I don't need it. I know this is probably to be done on an individual basis, buuuuuut it DOES say you guys have people on here 24/7, so I figure I'll give it a shot.     Vincas+Alesius this is due to the a connection error between the computer and our activation servers.  You will want to try the suggestions offered by Mylenium in message #1.  The most common cause of this issue is the host files.   If you have any specific questions about the steps listed you are welcome to post them to this discussion.

    Its settled now, and i already charged double for same software.
    I call the customer support, send them a message many times, and my request status is WITHDRAWN because
    "Your support case was cancelled because we did not receive a response
    from you"
