Need to cancel order but order is not in listed in Order Status or Purchase History

I ordered an Open-Box Canon - PowerShot ELPH-340 16.0-Megapixel Digital Camera - Black, but I never recieved an email confirmation and it did not show up in either my Order Status or Purchase History.I assumed I may not have completed the order correctly so I went through the same process of buying it again, but I still did not recieve a confirmation email nor did it show up in my Order Status or Purchase History.I checked my bank account and I am being charged for the 2 cameras.I would like to have one of those orders canceled a.s.a.p. please.

The deal for that open box camera looks like a great offer, so I can understand why you ordered one. I’m sorry to hear that not receiving an order confirmation email led you to order a second one, thus creating two orders.
Due to maintenance last night on BestBuy.com, confirmation emails were delayed, but should be going out today. Regrettably, I do see that both orders have already begun fulfillment and I am not able to cancel them. The only option we would have for you would be to return one of the cameras either by mail or to your local Best Buy store once you receive it. Your best corse of action would be to either email apple support or ring them giving them your debit I'd and the order number where they will be able to look at what's wrong and set u going on the right track

I don't do a lot of dragging to custom arrange my images. But the custom order is right at the bottom of the list of sort orders on my computer.
Added later: But don't worry about the custom order. It doesn't make any difference on my system. Are you sure you are dragging the image itself, and not the border around the image?

I think you misunderstood the guy. The up-to-date program isn't working for a lot of people. I'm eligible for the free upgrade but it fails to recognise my serial. From what I've read, this is affecting a lot of people who purchased their computers online. Apple seems to be fixing the issue though, so my advice would be to keep trying. Alternatively, click on the manual verificaton link so they can check your order for you and send the redemption code after they do.

When I try to log into "find my iphone" under his name on my device I get an error msg involving icloud......he is MUCH better at this stuff then I am BUT he is in school and now I need to figure out how to use the "find my iphone app". PLEASE HELP

It doesn't matter whick account you use to download the app.
You have to sign into the app (or iCloud.com from a web browser on your computer) with his Apple ID & password.
Find My iPhone will only work if it was enabled in the iCloud settings on the device and it was powered on with a connection to the internet

When you downloaded Lion from the Appstore (and paid 29$) you have 10.7.4.
After the download you will find it in the Applications folder: that is the installer ! The installer vanishes when used, thus if you want to make an installer disk (to avoid a later redownload), you should do it before you run this installer. Load the drivers and you should then be able to add it in Print Center.

What purchased folder are you talking about? You mean Newsstand? Did you read this and does it support Newsstand?
If a subscription app or publication does not appear in Newsstand, verify that the app supports the Newsstand feature.

In your most recent order, it had begun processing within an hour, after which even our moderators or BestBuy.com representatives are unable to cancel it. I see that it was delivered today. As poprex911 stated, you'll get your refund quickest by taking it to your local store with your order receipt, credit card and ID - this usually reflects in your account within 2-3 business days - or you can mail it back and your refund will be processed once it is received.

I have a form that when we try to change it no order is created. But when we tried to find the order where eventually it is assign we do not find anything.
Can someone tell me the reasons for this?
How can assign that form to a transportable order?

hi,
I guess it is created without package (development class), as local objetc. You have to assign it to a package and than you can transport the form. You can do this in tocde SE03.
