Need to cancel two pending orders

I recently tried to order the free, one-month trial of skype credit prior to deciding whether to purchase or subscribe but I instead bought $10 worth of credit (twice due to debit card malfunctions - hence the now three pending orders). How may I go about cancelling the two credit purchases (even if they are still pending) but still keep the one month trial?

I did not go through with my order on Aug 5, yet still shows "pending" in my purchase history today aug 21. Chat does not work, always "wait 1 minute" since two hour ago.
Pls cancel the order on my account! Thanks

    Sorry, there is no way to stop this. I don't believe AppleCare can stop such, but you can give them a call if you like.

    I don't understand why I couldn't purchase the skype credit since I have sufficient amount of money in my card/paypal, and now I have 2 pending orders. How do I cancel these ordes? I don't want to get charged eventually, I don't want my orders to be "delivered."

    I chated with Dinesh and Sahara today in support dept, both said I need to speak to someone in Customer Service Executive to cancel and credit an order.  I ordered PDF converter this mroning, and somehow I entered the order twice, two bills.

    You can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
    To try and stop it happening again you can turn off in-app purchases on your iPad via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and you can set 'Require Password' to 'Immediately' on the Restrictions screen

     I was trying to process one order tonight for $10.00.  I manage to get 3 additional duplicate orders all back to back.  I did not want 4 orders.  Please cancel this order all except one order.   Please respond as prompltly as possible.

    I tried to buy credit - on two separate occasions, Skype told me it there was a problem with my card details and I needed to use another card.
    I eventually re-entered the SAME card and the payment went through the third time I tried.
    I have just found out they took 3 payments !!!
    The problem I now have is that I cant get a refund. The refund page asks me to start a live chat and then each time it takes me in a loop to the page that tells me to contact customer service or takes me to a dead link.
    PLEASE SKYPE REFUND MY MONEY. I dont understand how you can charge my card 3 times after telling me the card is not working.

    I got a requirement for purchase order at workflow template level need to add two activities like below
    a) p.o changed
    b) p.o cancelled.
    once p.o changed based on agent determination agent will receive the mail in his inbox same functionality for p.o cancelled. 
    also at work item level need to add attributes .
    but currently standard workflow for PO release it WS200000075  have only release activity   .
    how to add activity types to be available workflow template also please let me how to do binding for above activities once created?

    yes this p.o workflow based on release strategy. i was copied the standard workflow template added activities
    one is for changed and another is rejection.
    once functional guy rejected the purchase order rejection  activity  not working properly
    also same problem faced for changed step also while change the p.o value at item level.
    i am using business object BUS2012 adding attributes for work item.
    please guide me how to achieve above functionality also how to do binding for changing and rejection activities?

    Hi,
    If the process is repetitive, then a customized Z program can be developed.
    In this program, the selections can be given for sales order ranges, material number ranges, customer ranges, sales org, DC, division etc.
    The program can put the rejection reason at item level. This way it wont appear on the requirements list or in the delivery due list. This will also help to extract report on why the sales order has been canceled.
    This customized Z program can also be scheduled to run in the background every month end.
