Need to change country or delete account

I have created an Azure account using our 365 credentials and left US selected as the country. I need to make this a UK account.
It seems that you cannot change the country after creating the account.
How can I delete this account so I can create a new one?

To change the iCloud ID on your phone you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the new ID. If you only changed your ID and didn't create an entirely new ID, you can choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted. Your data will download back to your phone when you sign back in.
Save any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll before deleting the account. Deleting the account deletes the photo stream photos from your phone.

Cant change country in the account settings

itunes wont let me change the country because of 0.06EUR that are still left from a gift coupon i used
it says i have to use all the credits before i can change country and how can i do that when there is nothing you can purchase for 0.06EUR and i cant add money from my credit card because i need to change the country to put my billing infos!

To change the iCloud ID on your phone, first save your photo stream photos to your camera roll (if not already there) by opening the my photo stream album, tapping Edit, tap the photo thumbnails, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the changed ID. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your phone, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your phone when you sign back in.

How do I "Change country with this account" with a family share plan

I have a family that is international. We have two accounts, one each in a different country! wife and I. Both accounts have many books, music apps and lots of iTunes credit still on account. . While trying to set up the new family plan, I keep getting error messages. When I click on the invite email, I get this message: Cannot Join This Family. Which is crazy. Then, thinking it must be because I was still on the same device, I just set up OS8 on another device, and tried it again, with another error now coming up that says I have to Change the Country with this account. The iTunes stores in different countries are entirely separate. You can only use an iTunes store credit in the country in with it was created and purchased content cannot be shared across countries. Family sharing groups must be country-specific, using iTunes store credits for purchases only within that country, and sharing purchases that were made in that country. Before you change country make sure you have downloaded and backed up any purchases from your previous country's store. You will not be able to re-download them again once you change countries and it won't be easy to change countries to the previous one once you lose your payment method for the former country (as well as a wait period). As long as you have them on your computer you will be okay.

Hi, I recently moved home to Canada and want to change my itunes account to a Canadian account but am having trouble. When I log in I can view my account but everything is in Korean. If I change my country by clicking on the the bottom right icon I seem to keep getting booted out of my itunes account. I want to change my country, address, and change to my Canadian credit card but am having a **** of a time. Also just bought an ipad, and set it up by connecting to my macbookpro, and now it seems to be in Korean in the app store too.

I dont' know why you are getting Korean but here is your answer for changing your country.
Changing the country at the bottom right icon is changing only what you will see on the iTunes Store but in order to purchase you need to have you account set for this country. This is why changing the country log you off of your account since it is not yet set to purchase from the selected country.
In order to purchase from Canada, you will need your credit card to be referenced with a Canadian postal address. On the iTunes Store top right section, click on your account name and go change your billing addresss accordingly.
