when I open i-tunes my sidebar now appears in German, how do I change it back to English ?

You've somehow gotten into the Japanese itunes store, then.
From the main itunes page, go to the bottom where the flag icon is, and choose USA.

Change your OS X language

In the Inspector palette > T (text) tab > More > Language. You have to select all you want to be spell check in the language. N.B. The Styles hasn't changes language. You'll have to do that manually.
You can choose language for each or all. Do you use several language in the same document?
If you use one language at the time you either change the language before you start writing but the styles wont change if you don't do it manually.
If you want all in the document to be in the same language download the Language Switcher from _http://www.tj-hd.co.uk/en-gb/languageswitcher/_ . This application can change all in Pages to another language, even the menus. I use it often to get the English menus for showing in snaps shots. My language is Swedish as default, not English. You have to add Pages in the application because it will not show up automatically in the application

I have Photoshop Elements 10. I installed the OS X Yosemite after reinstalling completely my IMAC. When I download my Photoshop Elements 10 the language have changed in German language. Before I had in English. How can I change the language? I don't understand german even If I have tried before...

in my library I found this entry:
There's actually just one version of Reflow, and it presents the language in the UI based on your Mac Language preference.
I've seen this happen when switching between languages on Mac.
Try this:
1. open your Mac Language & Region preferences
2. select English as your preferred language
3. run Reflow (it should show up all in English), then quit Reflow
4. go back to preferences and select German
Reflow should now show just English in the user interface. No reboot, uninstall, reinstall, or clean is required.
On the other hand there is a German "cookbook":
Dazu öffnet man im Ordner, in dem PSE gespeichert ist (üblicherweise "Programme/Adobe Photoshop..."), den Unterordner "Locales > de_DE > Support Files". Hier findet man die Datei "tw10428.dat", die man in ein anderes Verzeichnis verschiebt (nicht kopieren, die Datei muss aus "Support Files" entfernt werden). And here my try to translate it in English:
For this, open the folder where you saved the PSE is (usually "Program Files / Adobe Photoshop ..."), the subfolder "locale> en_US> Support Files". Here you will find the file "tw10428.dat" that you move to a different directory (do not copy, the file must be removed from the "Support Files"). Next time you start PSE from the program interface appears in English. The German version is available again if the file "tw10428.dat" is put back to its original location.

Need Help changing Language!!! Voice Operator speaks French and I only speak english

I moved to france w/ my company and they got me a french phone/network. Problem is, the voicemail speaks french, so when I call my vm, I can't understand a word of the voice prompts about the messages I get. How do I switch this to English? My compan IT dept. said it can't be done. I have the BB Curve 8520 v5.0.0.592 n the France SFR network. Any help is MUCH appreciated. thank you!!

How to reload the screen when changing languages in JavaFX 2?

I'm beginner with javaFX and i need to change language of the screen. but i have no idea how to reload the screen when the language was changed. The application have a button where have the language available. I want just refresh screen when the user change language.
Here is the start method to show the stage.

Your option 2 (reload the FXML for the scene using the new resource bundle as a parameter), is the way this would normally be done and what I would recommend.
Failing that, you could use option 1 of individually resetting the label text of labeled items (I don't really recommend this).
Why don't you want to use option 2?
Perhaps it is because there is some internal state of the UI which differs from the initial state when the the UI is first loaded (e.g. user has typed text in a text field and you want to preserve that). If that's the case you will need to either go with your option 1 of individually resetting the label text of labeled items, or implement something which preserves the UI state and user data by saving it in memory or to disk, reloading the UI via the FXMLLoader (essentially your option 2), then restoring the UI state and user data to what it was before the language change. Preserving and restoring the modified state seems complicated to me if you have a lot of state, so I wouldn't really advise this approach unless you really needed it.

You select the text you want to be Spanish or French and make it the language you want in the Text Inspector.
It is then part of the Text style. If you want you can make a Paragraph Style which has the language as part of it in the Styles Drawer.

I need to change language quickly as I am working, and often switch languages mid-sentence if I am communicating with other bi-lingual users. It's easy on my iPhone - just tap the 'world' icon - but I can't work it out on the the MacBook Air. I'm using Maverick. I don't want to switch off the auto-correct as it's useful when it's working for the appropriate language. There must be an easy way. Any suggestiongs?

I assume you are talking about spellcheck, right? Unfortunately the only way to easily change the dictionary is via the menu Edit > Spelling and Grammar > Show Spelling and Grammar.
Whether someone has developed an applescript or automator action which can do this via a keyboard shortcut I don't know.

If you are talking about the menus and dialogues, go to system prefs/language & text/language and move Czech to the top of the list and then logout/login.
If you are talking about the keyboard, let us know.
